Told her from the beginning just a clean up.completely messed up my eyebrows. Different shapes and lengths. Horrible customer service.
Don't bother and save your eyebrows!

Service here is great, and the prices are affordable. The staff is also friendly, and very efficient. I've been to a few places in Toronto and Scarborough for waxing, and this is my favourite of them all.

Even though masking is not mandatory, there are customers who would like services to be carried out with masks on. First, even though I booked an appointment with Arshpreet someone else called Swati came forward to do the threading even though Arshpreet was right there.
Everyone was unmasked and I politely asked if they could carry out the services with Swati wearing a mask.
Unfortunately Swati here was extremely rude and aggressive and absolutely refused to wear a mask and said they are very uncomfortable to carry out services wearing masks.
When asked if customer service matters to them and would they wear masks for that reason they absolutely refused again. When I asked if I could come back later and if they could wear a mask then they were extremely rude again.
It's great that they don't want to wear masks as it's not mandatory but it's not so great for customers with a weaker immune system. I walked out as I don't want to risk it. They are vehement anti-maskers here.

Girls know what they're doing. Very skilled and have a good hand. If you're looking for threading around mid town, this is it. Would recommend!

Any Prayosha location, including the amazing site at Yonge & Lawrence, will give you the best threading in the city for the lowest prices I've seen. Never go anywhere else for my brows!

Definitely one of the best places in the city for eyebrow threading. The service is great, they know what they are doing (and can even fix your wonky eyebrows if they were messed up somewhere else) and the price is really fair given the location.

Today I had one of the most upsetting brow waxing service ever. I usually rate this place 11/10 cause the ladies here are honestly exceptional with waxing or threading brows. But the brow waxing I received today was one of the worst experience ever. I came for my appointment on time; had a full leg wax and eye brow waxing service booked back to back, but had to wait 15 mins cause of short staff. The leg waxing was the usual; very quick but usually I get powdered and oiled so I don’t feel any stickiness on my legs but this time I felt the stickiness from the wax residue on my legs in certain patches. After my leg wax, I had my eye brow wax. Usually after a brow wax the brow specialist will ask for a threading after to clean up any areas that were missed and knowingly I will say yes. But with my brow specialist she started off threading the missed areas but going closer and closer to the actual brows. Eventually she over threaded one side of my brow, and both looked uneven. I am literally in tears writing this as I didn’t want to make a scene when I left for how upset I was with the overall result as I had to let her know it was uneven, which is rare for me to say this ever to these ladies as they are always 100% with waxing brows and following up with thread, this resulted to more threading on the other side of my brow where it was over threaded for no reason as I only wanted a cleanup brow wax and some trimming where it looks like one of my brows is now shorter than the other. I understand it gets busy but I would prefer a good job then something rushed or done so poorly. I am so very upset cause this never ever happens here before. The areas where she threaded extra hurts very badly and is red after hours as I have never gotten waxed or threaded this much before. I even told the lady who waxed and threaded my brows that this is a very first for me to receive the comment that it “looks good”. As a customer, I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I’m so very upset.

Worst service ever. Hyper rude staff. Looked like the customer is begging to give service and they are doing charity to the customer by giving service

I got my services done by Jaspreet. She was so fast in her work and friendly. Definetly made me comfortable and the best part was that her waxing service was so pain free unlike others I have visited in the past.

I was told I would wait for a few minutes. However, I was not seen for 40 minutes. The woman who did my threading was careless. Overall, an extremely negative experience.

Although I have been coming to this place for last two years and everything had been great all this while, first time I had a terrible experience! May be the management or ownership has changed, no idea! But the man sitting at the reception was continuously forcing the girl to rush for my services in their language (which I very well understand!) and this resulted in a cut to my eyebrows. The threading was also not that great this time. If they were busy may be they could have said no or if they allowed me to get in, they could have given me good time for a better service! Probably time to change the salon for threading. Very unprofessional!

This is the only place I would do eyebrow threading. It is clean, reasonable price, and painless. Most of other places didn’t shape my eyebrow right, some are too thin.
Highly recommended to check this place out.

Jess is the best waxer I have ever come across - she makes the experience pleasant and as painless as possible.

Recently been going to Vritika for threading hair removal/wax! She is really good and rest of the staff are very friendly and the place is quite clean + inexpensive. Love the loyalty aspect as well for a free service after 7 visits!

I had first moved to the Yonge/Eglinton area about 4 years ago and was pained to have to find reliable vendors for my personal needs.

I’ve always been a fan of threading over waxing and when I discovered Prayosha, I was elated to have reliable results at a reasonable price.

The staff are friendly and even pre covid, my sanitation concerns were always met. If your a regular patron, they offer a free threading session every 7th visit. Depending on your hair growth, I usually visit 1x a month sometimes 2x if i have an occasions I want to clean up for.

I even learned of eyebrow tinting during one of my visits & now indulge as needed.

Definitely recommend!

I would only go here for my waxing. I love Kritika the most and she is really good and polite. The price is good compared to other places downtown.would recommend this place to any one looking for a good wax in the Eglinton area.

The place is clean and the staffs are friendly. I was able to book my appointments over the phone and through their website without any problem. Love the points systems because right before I went for a vacation, I was able to redeem my points. And that was a great feeling.

I just did my eyebrows here.the person who did it seemed unprofessional.she ruined my eyebrows.made them thin and shapes are different from each other.very disappointed and upset about it.

This beauty/waxing salon is really clean and professional. The waxing ladies always do such a good job, they never miss a spot. I’ve been going here for a year now for full leg wax and Brazilian. They always make me feel comfortable.

I came for threading for face yesterday and it was done very quickly- now in morning light I see hair all over my face - why such a patchy job? I am not going here anymore.

I had the worst experience. Be very careful with waxing with these people. I have done waxing earlier too but my first experience with these guys was pathetic. My face is ruined now with scars and burns. Service was hell. Be careful guys.

It is a very good and reasonable and clean well kept saloon for waxing and threading.

I got my legs & arms waxed and I got ingrown hair all over! She didn’t do it in the right directions and she was doing it so quick like she’s running somewhere,
It wasn’t a nice experience, she was rushing to do it quick and get out.

Best place for threading and waxing. The staff is friendly and the place is well maintained. Can’t think of going anywhere else to get my eyebrows done. Keep it up guys!

Would not recommend this place at all! I usually go to Vaughan for their exceptional service, but since I live in the North York area I thought I would try this salon. This place had the same prices as where I usually go but very uncomfortable service, and a half fast job. I got their wax services but still had to go home to worry about doing the rest of the woman’s job. Definitely would not go there again.

I’ve been to a lot of places that does threading and waxing and hands down Prayosha is the best! Their convenient easy to use online booking system makes it so i don’t have to wait, I book for a time that works and I’m in and out in no time! Plus all the ladies there are great at doing eyebrows so I’m never worried about how my eyebrows will turn out! The salon is clean and everyone is super friendly!

I would not recommend this place at all. Staff were very unfriendly and they did a terrible job on my eyebrow wax. I was very clear that I was only looking for a clean up and trim and that I wanted her to keep the shape. The woman rushed through the service, did very minimal and careless trimming, and did not even both to tweeze any of the hairs missed from waxing (I had to go home and fix it myself). She also completely changed the shape of my brows that I have spent months trying to grow in a certain way. I normally am not the type of person to give negative feedback after a service when I am dissatisfied, but I did in this case and was met with complete indifference. It was cheap but definitely not worth it.

Staff was nice but didnt do a good job threading, i said one was visibly thicker and the girl doing my eyebrows disagreed, probably sat in the chair for 5 minutes max. The price was cheap but wouldnt recommend it otherwise.

It was my first time here today and I loved their service! I arrived 10 min before my eyebrow threading appointment and it was done in 5 min. So quick and so nicely done! Will definitely come back when I'm in the area again.
