Had my first waxing appoint with Zeze. Probably the most efficient and professional waxing I have ever had.

JS has been cutting my hair for years, no one else I'd rather go to. He always does great work and is passionate about his craft, while maintaining a relaxed laid back vibe. I am a guy, so I can only speak on that hair cut experience though I'm sure he crushes it on female cuts and colouring too! Go check em out

I did my Keratin Treatment with Sevda last Friday and I’m really happy with the outcome. She’s very nice and detailed. Well recommended. My hair is so smooth and silky, literally bye bye frizz.

JS is the best! I gave him carte blanche and he did an impeccable job. He never disappoints

I went to get a rose ombre and somehow they ended up charging me about $260. Considering that I literally only did the ends of my hair and that the colour started fading into an ashy orange after a WEEK (and I didn't even wash my hair everyday so it cannot be the shampoo), this is not worth your money. You might as well buy hair-dye from shoppers drug mart and do it at home, cause at least you will be saving your money. Not worth it, would not recommend unless you want to just style your hair.

I just had a beyond rude experience with this salon. I wanted to take my 12 and 9 year old daughters for a good salon experience and got greeted by the receptionist with a real bad attitude, she said we were 15 mins late when I was told my appointments were for 230. Then she goes to say we will try and get the wash and cut done but can’t blow dry it, it’s -1 outside and she expects my daughters to go outside with wet hair. It’s so sad that this experience happened today, thank you to the very rude receptionist very making the end of our March break horrible. I hope you have a great day with your really bad attitude.

Natasha is fantastic! She always helps advise me on the haircut I’ve chosen to ensure I’m okay with the high or low maintenance and how it will look with my type of thinner hair. A big thanks to the receptionist for booking an appointment with the salon downstairs so my daughter could get her hair done as well as they were full. Overall great salon!

Natasha did a great job! I've been trying to find a new hairstylist for 4 years without much luck. Natash made me like my hair again! I also really appreciated that most employees were wearing masks.

Recently I went to Precision Hair Styling hoping to find a new stylist in my neighbourhood. I met Natasha and she gave me great advice and service for my fine hair. I love the cut she gave me and will definitely return when it's time for another cut.

Natasha did a marvellous job cutting my hair and also shared some great styling tips. She’s fantastic. I used to hate my hair but Natasha transformed it into something I now love and I look forward to experimenting more with my hair. I truly can’t thank her enough. Lost a star as colorist was really quite impolite, throwing my handbag into a slot without asking and getting visibly annoyed with me when I couldn't find my bag as quickly as he thought I should when I required my cell phone. And wow.when dye got on my white jacket, spraying hairspray on the spot and throwing said jacket on a chair without asking me. Jaw dropped at this point. He then switched doing my hair dye job half way with a super amazing younger hairdresser and then switched me again with the hair cut. Being an amazing colorist which he is - incredible actually - doesn't mean treating clients with a lack of courtesy or respect. Told my partner and we both agreed that being female and older might have played a part. Can't see this happening to a guy. But hey, let's be polite to everyone eh? Great color though - so thank you - and Natasha as always was amazing with her haircut, she is super stylist who clearly is passionate about what she does and polite - even bought a bottle of water when I was super thirsty after a few hours in the chair! Natasha is so great and I recommend her where ever I go. Will still go back, but.let's hit the reset button and start again shall we?

I have been coming to Bob for about 10 years and my hair cuts are always consistently great, he is very personable and always friendly. Highly recommend.

Don’t get your hair done at precision at Billings Bridge. I went requesting a small trim, I was given an Asian hair stylist that didn’t listen and was very rude to me, she used a razor after she asked if I want a razor or scissors, don’t know why she ask she didn’t listen when I told her no razor to cut my hair, she did such a bad cut and gave me slip ends with the razor. I looked terrible I was under the impression they were able to cut hair with scissors. Will never go back very disappointed with what she did.

Ive been going to this salon for years seeing Julianne. She colours, cuts and styles my hair. She’s amazing! I would recommend this salon in a heartbeat.

I had JS as my stylist and he was awesome! He gave me tips for my hair, recommended an awesome mask that I use now, trimmed it from all dead ends and it finally doesn’t feel like hay anymore! Couldn’t have asked for better and will definitely be back!

My 12 year old went for a fade and a trim. The girl did a terrible job. I booked on line and thought I was getting the guy who I know does a good job but ended up with this girl - no fade and way too much off the top, parted and feathered. It's hair and it will grow back and he's a kid who will just wear a ball cap anyway so NBD. Thank goodness it wasn't my hair lol.

I have been going here for over 5 years now and I can only think of positive things to say. Dan is amazing, very friendly and cares about his clients. Very friendly and uplifting environment. All of my friends go here now. Lil Maria is amazing at haircuts. I would totally recommend this place to anyone at any age.

Great service and were able to fit me in earlier when my plans for the day brought me to the mall almost 2 hours early. Very happy with the eyebrow waxing!

Love this gem! Busy salon but quiet enough that you get some peace and pampering. Clean and offers a full line of services. Becky does a fantastic job and always remembers the little details of my life to make me feel special.

New season, time for a new lower leg treatment and pedicure. It was lovely, quiet, and relaxing. Received many positive comments about my pedicure colour! Great start to the season.

Hair stylist did not know how to cut something as simple as bangs, I had to explain what I wanted along with multiple pictures many times and still did not get anything near what I wanted.
I ended up having to make sure they cut my “bangs” they attempted extra long so I could push them to the side cause they were not cut properly, they were cut straight across and if not told to leave them extra long I would have less than an inch of hair just sticking out from my forehead. As well they didn’t know how to do a simple proper middle part.

Would not recommend, highly disappointed as I am now stuck with a bad haircut

I've been getting my hair cut and styled with Natasha for 10 years now. She is so genuine and a truly lovely woman. She always takes the time to give me a good cut which is easy for me to style myself.

I trust her to try new things and products occasionally, and I'm always happy with them. I absolutely adore her. I mean that sincerely. I always leave the salon feeling beautiful. Isn't that what it's all about?

JS did a great job cutting/styling my hair. He listened to what I wanted and adapted the picture I showed him to work for me. He was fun and engaging to chat with during the appointment. I would definitely recommend.

Had my hair done with JS about 3 months ago and I just have to say that it still looks amazing my highlights have never been this good I can’t wait to go back! Definitely the best hair salon

I’ve had little luck finding a hairstylist in Ottawa for over 10 years. JS may be the one that breaks this bad streak. The haircut is exactly what I wanted. Short with a taper.

I am in the country & going into Ottawa I found I had 2 hrs to kill & there was Precision. Although not normal, my hairdresser, Becky had extra time & could fit me in. My hair is cut the way I like it, Becky is great talking to as well. I do love this place! Feel SO much better lol!

I absolutely love Becky! She always does an amazing job with my hair and I trust her completely with it! She's a great hairstylist and great company!

UPDATED for COVID-19: There are few places I feel comfortable visiting during the pandemic, but Dan and the team at Precision Styling have made my appointments at the salon feel extremely safe. There are strict protocols that have been in place since the re-opening of the salon in June. I've had a number of appointments since then and have observed the safety routine being consistently applied. Service is prompt (no waiting around) and the quality of service is as high as ever. I have no hestitation continuing to be a customer at Precision Styling. I recommend this business highly.

I’ve been going to this salon for over 15 years. In that time, I have worked with a few different stylists - highly recommend Dan and Natasha. Always a warm welcome and a smile from all staff, and enjoyable place to be. Very knowledgeable and many different services. I recommend these guys to all my friends and family.

After being laid off from Covid and cutting my hair myself for over a year. I needed a professional haircut in a hurry for a new job. Dan took care of me and gave me an amazing new look that is easy to maintain and is fitting for my new executive role. Booked my follow up appointment on the spot.

So during lockdown I regretfully box dyed my hair black (I know stupid me) and came in for a desperate fix. I was lucky enough to get the talented Maria who was patient, kind and honest in how we can go about lightening it with what worked best for my hair type. She gave me beautiful highlights and stayed way past closing to finish the job & she did a wonderful job! Dan is also very welcoming to everyone and always cracks jokes with his clients. This is a 10/10 high quality salon that I recommend to everyone ️

I’m a regular of JS and he’s amazing. He knows what he is doing and actually listens to your requests. Very detailed in his work and great at giving suggestions based on your hair needs/goals. The front desk/phone people could improve their customer service some, but overall not bad and I’m usually taken for my appointment right on time.
