My car broke down and we needed someone with a flatbed asap and Chris came asap and helped me a lot

Deep was amazing. I was stranded in the cold and rain so I would have understood if he had rushed getting my vehicle onto the truck. Instead he was patient and kind, explaining next steps and going above and beyond to help me. Much appreciated and definetly recommend!

On October 15 2023, I had great towing experience with Chris. He was really friendly, safe and careful with my car and also with driving towing truck. What happened I was going to Niagara Falls with my friends and sudden in Niagara my car’s battery got completely dead for some reasons I didn’t know and I didn’t know anyone in Niagara falls to help me with. The only option was to tow my car back to Kitchener where i live so I called to towing company and explained the whole situation to Chris and he helped really good. We are total 4 people, He also helped us with our transportation back to Kitchener and during our way back to Kitchener we talked many things and overall it was really friendly and fun ride with Chris

I had the fortunate/unfortunate pleasure of using precision towing last night to take my radiator blown car to my home. Brutal said they would be here with in the hour 90 min go by call to check in said their truck broke down and would call me back 30 min passes no word and now not answering like if tou don't have a truck avaliable cool let me know now i have to call some one else and ive waisted 2 hours already thanks for making an already hard day that much harder

His professionalism, his giving of his time (even when off the job), and him freely giving his expertise during our troubling time was uncanny. Great service! I needed a tow and was quoted over the phone and had a driver there within 30 minutes!

Worst towing service I have ever dealt with - drivers super aggressive, not knowledgeable, and I felt my safety was at risk. Avoid at all costs.

I have used this company twice to move equipment the first time they arrived three hours late the second time they arrived an hour late. On the second load my equipment arrived to my shop with damage due to not Securing the load properly what I called the company they told me the owner Bryan would call me back. But instead they screen all my calls and do not return My email I would never recommend this company to anyone I am out 4,500 because of the Inexperience company

My car broke down just outside of Cambridge and through CAA, Precision Towing responded. Our driver Ryan was simply awesome. Super professional, very quick and skilled, safety first (got our vehicle off to the side out of harms way right away) and very pleasant to talk to. We towed all the way to Niagara, and he made such an effort to make sure my wife and I were comfortable and taken care. I hope everyone who calls this company is lucky enough to have this guy as their driver. Can't thank him enough, but hey thanks again!

Ryan arrived earlier than expected and was very polite. He was an expert operator and was able to maneuver his truck like it was a compact car. My car got home safe and I was very happy with the service. Would recommend and will be requesting Ryan as my operator the next time I'm in need.

Polite and courteous on the phone, gave a estimated time and price. Driver was there within 20 minutes. Driver, Kevin, was also very polite, kind and efficient. Would definitely use them again
