This shop is an angel for any travellers! We are from Ottawa ON and we were travelling to Alberta when our car had check engine light flashing. Malcolm is heaven sent. He fixed our car and is extremely accomodating, kind, and professional. We arrived at our destination safely. Thank God for Malcolm and for Preferred Auto! May this businees continue to prosper as they are really the best! We are forever grateful!

I am extremely grateful to the staff at Preferred Auto, specifically Steve and Jillian, for going way above and beyond for me and my parents. My parents are in their late 70s and were stranded between Regina and Toronto when the vehicle they were trying to deliver to me broke down. Steve and Jillian were super helpful and compassionate, and went out of their way to help all of us long-distance. They did a speedy assessment for us, looked after the vehicle until I got there, and gave us options for the repair. When we ended up finding out it was not worth repairing, they ably helped us with options for retrieving our important personal contents and gave us a reasonable offer.
Your efforts are really appreciated and my family and I thank you sincerely.

Great people here. My car had an exhaust leak on the Saturday of the long weekend and they were pretty much the only place open. The technician hooked it up to the scan tool to check it out. They couldn't do the work that day but it was great he could take a look. They got me back on the road quickly during my cross country trip!

Great customer service but when i went there for a tire change. Found multiple scratches on my car door.

Our company has brought many vehicles in here and every time they charge way too much and the problem never gets fixed or the do something wrong putting it back together. Would not take your vehicle here.

You saved the day (and trip)!

We are travelling back home in our camper van to Nova Scotia, from BC, and ran into an unexpected oil leak. Steven and his team were able to squeeze us in on short notice (the same morning we called) to have a look for us. We were expecting to be tied up in Thunder Bay for a couple of days as we waited for an appointment/repair, but not only were they able to help us out last minute, they also diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had us back in the road again in less than 2 hours.

We noticed the rest of the staff with other customers we all fantastic as well.

Seriously thank you for everything, if we could give more than 5 stars we would. Give this team a raise!

I went there to get my brake calipers to be colored with orange paint and the result was beyond my expectation! Awesome job boys! If you have any car service to be done this shop will do a great job and very honest people. Highly recommended!
