This is the third time I have used Preferred Plumbing. This time they were able to come earlier than anticipated to replace a leaky kitchen faucet, as well as do a few minor bathroom repairs. They are very knowledgeable and always provide different options to choose from. They are a pleasure to deal with and I would happily use them again.

This was my first time using Preferred Plumbing (chosen from their excellent reviews!) and it's clear why they have been so well reviewed. Raphie, Mario, and Arminder were incredibly professional, personal, and qualified to bring me the right solution for my plumbing issue. Maggie who coordinated the appointment was also exceptionally kind and helpful. All around great service I highly recommend - while I hope to not run into any more plumbing issues, I know who to call if I do

2023 REVIEW
This is my second review of their recent second visit. It's another water leak, subtle and very hard to detect even after my contractor opened the ceiling. He advised me to get a professional plumber.

I'm honored to have Raphie called me and came on time to solve my problem. Raphie is the CEO and master of the Jedi team. After inspection, he was able to confidently nailed the problem and point to me the source: it was tiny pin hole leak on the supply line that spreads water to the outside wall and downwards to the entire side wall. The first clue was the soaked insulation sitting just below the leaked pipe.

I felt confident with his judgement and choice of solutions. I choose the best but most expensive because I want a piece of mind. I lived in a very old house, a lot of wear and tear. It's cheaper to fix today, then 5-10 years later. Plus, their proposal requires less opening and hacking than I originally thought, to find out the problem.

Raphie and his co-worker Mario worked towards solving the problem quickly within 3 hours, much lesser time than they promise to complete a complex, challenging job. Their skills, experience and confidence is worth their price, hence my second call out to them this time.

2021 REVIEW
Had a drain pipe leak and looking for repairs. As always, there are many choices and didn't know where to start. After reading their many clients reviews, I decided to call and enquire. Their customer service Jake, was very polite, professional, he listens and understand the urgency of my problems. When there was an earlier appointment, he fitted me in the next soonest available appointment. Next the two professionals, Daniel and Dominic, called first before coming and show up on time. They are very polite and I was treated with respect and given the options to make my own decision after they did a thorough investigation. Of course, they explained and showed me the problems and clarify my doubts before I make my choice. The quality of work is very high, they come into my house clean, and left my place even cleaner! It's a professional and premium service at a fair price. Don't look for cheap, there are consequences. Jimmy

I called Preferred Plumbing Solutions last minute for an active leak and they were able to come within a couple of hours of the my initial call. I had the pleasure meet Raphie and he was exceptional to deal with. Him and his partner broke down everything in very simple terms for us which helped us understand what is going on. Very pricy for what you get. Mario the plumber was exceptional. He explained everything in detail. Very professional and courteous and really took care making sure they cleaned up 100%. His helper was great too.

We needed to install a faucet in our washroom and Dominic did an incredible job not only with the installation, but with explaining everything that was being done. Both Dominic and Daniel went over the different parts and provided thorough information. They gave us multiple options in terms of the work that should be completed and put us in a great position to make an informed decision. By far the most professional plumbing company I have dealt with from the moment I gave them a call to the moment the work was completed. Extremely impressed!

I called Raphie and he came by and gave us a quote for the work to be done and he had his tech Dominic (who was amazing) come by a hour later to completed the job. Very professional and friendly and also very neat as they used drop sheets everywhere that needed to be protected. Would highly recommend their services.

Mario and co gave us incredible service when fixing our faucet. They came quickly, identified the problem, and provided us with the best possible solution to save us the most time, and money. My thermostatic shower system was out of order for months. I was disappointed when some other plumbers told me that it couldn’t be fixed and should be changed entirely. I was so lucky to find PPS through Google search!
They are very professional, responsive, reliable, and customer oriented.

This guys are crazy! They are charging customers away too high! They quoted me for simple cartrige change for 12 year old bidet close to $500. I even had two new catridge that I received from Riobel.
What they are doing is out of common sense! I don't recommand this company! I am sure most of the reviews not real!

They were able to fix my shower issues that another plumber couldn't. Very professional. They gave us options which were explained fully. They also fixed other items that they observed at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

It is so hard to find a certified and insured plumbers to come to my condo building and I m glad that I found Preferred Solutions. They are located near where I m in Markham and is able to come within 30 mins. When I call, they asked me some questions and walk me through the process of what to expect.

Gad is the plumber who is assigned to come with an assistant and they are right on time. They did a very detailed inspections with me and asking me questions along the way (do make sure you can give them undivided attention and I m happy that I did because it was very useful as they do the inspection). And after the inspection, they took 15 mins to write up the different options for me. I don't feel pressure at all that I have to choose the most expensive option, and Gad kindly explained each options to me and don't seem to be annoyed with my overloading of questions.

I m very pleased with the entire experience from scheduling to completion. They put towel/drop cloth on the work area/ entrance area and outside of my unit, covered their shoes with booties, and asked me for my all purpose cleaner as they wanted to wipe down the area. I always feel stressful to find someone who is willing to come to condo building to do work.

Found them yesterday on maps and they were here quickly. Their service is hardworking, reliable, efficient and client oriented and they really deliver well. They are also patient in explaining the issues to me and giving me more than 1 options to choose from. Special thanks to Gad and Dom who work non stop from 11-6 yesterday! Would highly recommend them to everyone!
