I have wonderful experience at Preferred Rehab Physiotherapy, everyone is very professional and welcoming and I have loved the atmosphere which is created by Admins, Aatika (Admin) is very welcoming and always smiling and very helpful. Shane worked on my husband's broken leg a couple of years ago and he highly recommended this clinic. I recently injured my shoulder/back and saw Shane, who is an amazing physiotherapist. Everyone in this office is so friendly and kind. The physiotherapists, massage therapists and staff really care about easing your pain and getting you well again. I, too, highly recommend this clinic. They will quickly get you back to good health again.

This is the only physiotherapy office that I feel good after being discharged. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming. The physiotherapist and assistant therapist are hands-on, knowledgeable, and highly qualified.

Best physiotherapy clinic I have ever been to. Their auto reminders of uocoming appointments is great along with the email video of your excercise schedule. Right from the start Julianna at the front desk welcomed me with my name and Irena their newest therapist from Keiv bonded when I told her my new kitty was from her home town and Shayne, I can't say enough. I highly recommend going to this facility as they are very professional, competant, and friendly.

No waiting when you have an appointment. Priyanka is an awesome PT. She made my daughter feel comfortable and is very friendly. She is very knowledgeable and helped my daughter a lot. From the receptionist to the other therapists there, everyone is smiling and makes you feel so welcome!

Shane is very knowledgeable, friendly and will not give up until he is confident you are feeling better. Just a few of the qualities I would look for in a professional in any healthcare field.

Shayne is very knowledgeable and thorough. He takes time to explain all that's being done and why. Most importantly the results are fantastic. I went from someone who felt a lot of pain in both knees with every step to someone who feels the urge to run. Priyanka is amazing! In only six visits she resolved a pelvic floor issue that I had been dealing with for two years - had no idea it was fixable, especially so easily. She has provided a wealth of activities for me to keep working on to continue to manage my endometriosis pain, but was very clear that she did not need to keep seeing me unless something came up on my end. So nice to have someone who wasn't pushing for unnecessary visits! I can't believe how quickly she was able to resolve the main issue, and love that I can keep doing exercises myself to tackle the endometriosis, rather than having to see her unnecessarily.

I was really impressed by Shayne Glass-Smith's knowledge and the depth of his assessment. He put me on a program, and I stared seeing results immediately.

Preferred rehab physiotherapy has a great location with free parking, awesome secretaries that will frequently remind you with your appointments and mostly they have a great therapist Shayne and Jared. Will definitely set this clinic for my family needs and to recommend to friends and everyone I know. Two thumbs up

Working with Shayne is a very relaxing experience. I go to see him with tight muscles and pain and leave feeling so much better. The facility is extremely clean and the staff cheerful and very approachable. Fee parking and direct billing to private insurance companies is icing on the cake!

I booked an appointment to see a chiropractor for hip and lower back pains. I was assigned to Dr Sahar Sheybani, and I am thoroughly grateful. I have never been treated by such a caring, knowledgeable and dedicated chiropractor. The time and effort Dr Sheybani portrays, is exemplary. Dr Sahar uses different techniques and doesn't just give adjustments. I would definitely recommend Dr Sheybani.
