I have experienced really delicious food over here specially service is very good i have visited here a few times every time i try a different food. Best thing i like here is bread pakora and jalebi.

Best parontha ever. I always order food from here. Today I order mix parontha, and it was so good.

We went there and ask to dine in but they just asked and went away. The empty tables were not cleaned and all of them has dirty dishes still there and no one came back-to clean the tables. We had to left without eating.

Such a bad experience it was. Not even worth for 0 star.very poor service I ordered spring roll and samosas and it was stale and undercooked not at all edible. Please if your charge such money please provide quality of food. Not at all recommended.

I went there yesterday, and it is now my favorite Punjabi food restaurant because of the quality and quantity of its portions. The restaurant is highly recommended to students and families who're craving for good-quality food at affordable rates. The staff was super friendly too.

Took karahi panner tray on Saturday 17 Dec 2022 and Paid $25.

Am sorry to say that the panner quality was so so poor. Panner was very hard. Looks like they just throw panner pieces in the gravy and handover to me.

We end up finally ordering the same from Rajdhanni.

I personally don't recommend Prem sweets.

Avoid it.these guys treat you like you will be eating/dining here for free. Worst experience. Not at all professional.

We bought samosa chaat and aloo tikki chaat from this restaurant for the first time today. We came from work and were hungry. When we came home and started eating, we saw that only chickpeas were visible in it. When we ate, the chickpeas were raw and there was no sauce. We called the restaurant and they said we can't do anything. I wasted all my money on it. When I said that you spoiled the taste of our mouth, they hung up the phone. I am also a student of hospitality, I did not learn in my studies what they did to us. I don't think they have any study of this thing and they don’t know how to treat customers. I really request to this restaurant’s owner that please teach to your employees about customer service and some tips to make the customers happy. That’s not perfect way of customer service which I got today. Wrost experience with this restaurant

This is our second bad experience at this location. We didn't add review last time. At that time it was channa bhutra and it was really bad in taste and this time it's samosa. It taste like a frozen food and moreover it is over heat cooked and taste really really bad.

No manner how to atleast greet a customer. We were being told to order first in order to have a seat. I understand its a busy restaurant but having 5 years of experience as restaurant manager is not a good experience. Thankyou

Stopped here for a thali lunch. Though they don't serve non vegetarian meals but the veg thali was awesome with many paneer varieties and totally filling. The serving is fast with dine in option. The staff is very friendly and quick. It's good value for money and provides authentic Indian taste.

In Bread pakore Bessan was fully raw.worst Samosa ever was not fried well fully raw flour. We had to fry them again at home. I heard good about them but It was worst and bad experience, I recommend if you going their please make sure everything is cooked well check before leave.

Don’t ever go there if you want to experience dine in. You will need to be in line to order pick your food than go on table. You can expect table to be dirty too.

Never even think of trying chaat paapri from Prem, it was not even expected what they served. No yogurt, was very dry & no flavour at all.

The taste of the dishes is good. They have a good selection of Indian sweets but if you are headed here craving for rasmalai this is not the spot. They don’t keep it in stock.

Grade 3rd customer service. Worst customer service. What ever i asked for it was nit available. Why are you open even if you don’t have the dishes available in the menu. I would request the food inspector as well to go for random check at this specially this location.

I bought Besan halwa and paneer sabji but paneer was directly dropped in the gravy afterwards so sabji was no that much tasty and l’année looks like properly done but taste like raw.

We ate aalo tikki chat, samosa chat, bread pakora and tea. It was really good. Service was very good. They were a little unsure whether dine in was happening or not and finally let us dine in. Pakora was little heavy on batter and on the oily side. But otherwise food was really good.

Odered mutter panner and naan.cant expect this from restaurant that makes sweets and font know to make gravy pf mutter paneer.i see water, oil, paneer and mutter thats it.dint expect this.

Have only had the pleasure of trying their samosas, but they were delicious and a great price! Look forward to swinging by once again when I am nearby to try out the other items they provide!

Prem sweets (Gillingham location) is our go to place. It’s pure vegetarian restaurant and the food is absolutely amazing with great customer service. We have had them cater countless events both on-site for big groups (where they cook onsite) or for small dinners at home (take out). The food is always fresh and tastes amazing. We have referred a lot of family and friends here.

No doubt their food is delicious. But should be more polite while taking phone calls. I called two times and the girl on other side was sounding so rude.

Very slow service, I called at 1' o afternoon clock for food order to pick up, arrived at store at 1.45pm expecting that the order should be ready but the lady at front counter don't know who get the order.

So much wastage of time If you go over there, no management who is taking the order

The food was excellent. From the out side the restaurant does not look like much however inside it's nice. The servers were also very nice. Where this restaurant shines the brightest is in the taste of the food just EXCELLENT!

Very poor service, order only 16 samosas but took 35 minutes, where they are serving their own community people very fast. We paid to buy food so there shouldn't be any nepotism. You guys shouldn't do that at least in here.

I just picked up Alu paratha this afternoon and there was hair and had to garbage it, sad that they don't wear proper cooking gear. Waste of money.

Really great place to get catering. I have got 5 sabjeez from here and they where so delicious and fulled with paneer and made with love. In this expensive market he loaded the sabjee with paneer, which no other restaurants do. This restaurant is pretty underrated tbh. I advice people to get punjabi catering from here. Trust me you gonna get your money worth for all the food.

This is happening with me second time, they are soooooo slow they took more than 1 hour for just 11 paraunthe when they said it’s just 25 to 30 minutes wait. Moreover both times i got hair in my parauntha. Whoever is the owner watch out your gillingham location kitchen sir…. I’m not gonna visit again

We had ordered takeout. Overall its value for money. I loved Sarson ka saab & makke di roti here.its was delicious. One of the roti was very thick.but okay. Tried chaat from here but frankly did not enjoy it as much as the saag. I have heard mango lassi is good here, haven't tried it yet.

Food is good but OMG their customer service is horrible. Girls working there are very lazy and can never get the order right. They get 5 stars for food but 1 for their customer service….

I ordered samosas from this restaurant and it was the worst samosas i have ever tasted. The paste was tasteless just boiled potatoes and peas.

Very bad customer service. We had come here from Cambridge and they were to open at 10am but very conveniently the lady here opened the doors by 10: 15am. We went inside and sat for a good 5 to 10minutes but no had come out to take our order. Very careless staff and extremely horrible customer service.

Terrible experience. I called ahead today during this snow storm to pick up 30 samosas. I show up at the scheduled time to pick up and they tell me they don't have any. The girl didn't even apologize. Horrible service will not be returning or recommending. Waste of my time.

Tried calling to make an order for samosas but was told they took to long to make so they can't take my order then hung up. Terrible service in my opinion.

Very tasty food and reasonable prices but girls at front cashier dont have well coming manners.they dont know how to talk with customers.

I am surprised with their variety, quantity, and quality of food. It is the best! On top of that unbelievably inexpensive! Great!
