Kudos to Arista Air tech, Jordan! Enbridge/Lakeside installed a new gas meter yesterday and while the boiler kicked back on the hot water heater refused to start. To cut a long story short, Jordan came by for Arista Air to troubleshoot and the end result was a return visit today for the installation of a whole gas valve and burner assembly. He’s a very knowledgeable and personable technician, explained all along what he was doing, gave us hot water again and left the utility room spotless! A five-star ambassador for Arista Air!

Beyond great service. I called and got a very quick response. The technician Mohammad who came to the house was punctual, polite, he explained everything to me, and he cleaned up after the job. I didn't feel pressured to get a new system, but it was the best decision and they acted on it quickly and honestly. I highly recommend AristaAir.

My air conditioner was not working well and leaking water all over the place. I had called 2 other service companies and they both suggested a new air conditioner. The fellow from Aristair came promptly, looked at the problem made some simple adjustments and suggested cleaning out the drain pipe. Bingo the problem was fixed. What impressed me the most was that he really cared to help and solve the issue rather than just sell me. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism, knowledge, honesty and really caring to try to help.

Teach your drivers how to drive before sending on the road. Driving 20km on a 50km road. No turn signals used while turning into inside street. Swerving onto incoming traffic. Horrendous experience driving behind van on huntingwood drive in Scarborough on may 2nd 2022 at 5: 47pm

I have a commerical grade boiler in my house and apparently this is the only shop knows how to deal with it in the area. People are pretty kind as well, and they price on the average level based on my experience

Even if you know the issue (like wiring a smart thermostat), they insist on sending out a tech at $150+ to diagnose the problem to then quote you more money!

Not a good choice if you know what you need.

We have been dealing with Premi Air for over 15 years. Whenever we have a problem they are there in short order. Most recently we noted water leaking from the furnace. They responded and quickly and professionally deduced that there was an issue with the coil. As our system was already 15 years old we decided to replace the entire system. This was during our +30 degree heat stretch. Noted the problem Saturday night.replacement dine by Wednesday at noon. I

I highly reccommend them for all hvac and water heater issues. Great to work with.

One final shout out.what other company do you know taht if you reach out to the owner on social media in distress will respond personally? Well Joe Simon of Premi Air did so. Needless to say I will be a lifelong customer of this company.

Cory came by today to do the annual check up on my furnace. He did a great job and he explained everything to me so clearly! I love using Premi Air to service my furnace and I trust their employees!

Premi-air's heating/cooling tech expert, Corey, was fantastic. He showed me beneficial attributes of my heating and cooling system that I was not aware of before. His friendly and professional demeanour made it a pleasure to work with him. But.even without Corey, I have always been happy with the service that Premi-air provides and highly recommend this company. They installed our new furnace and air conditioning systems.

Will charge your credit card without consent. I voice recorded the conversation with representatives and he didn't say how much diagnostic fee is ($300). He said the credit card info is kept as record and nothing else. Since you're taking people's credit card info over the phone, your business should have voice recording as well. Please go back and hear it yourself. You're obligated to do so under PCI DSS (a strict regulation created to prevent credit card fraud). The fact that you're giving yourself up stating not having voice recording while taking credit card info is beyond me. There is no where mentioning the dollar amount. You'll know I'm right. Some neighbours are upset as well and that's why I voice recorded the phone call. Pls void the transaction otherwise I'm going to submit the voice recording to police for fraudulent.

What an incredible experience with Premi-Air.
I had another company come in to my house today, looked into my furnace and flashed his light and did nothing else. He then told me that the blower was gone and the cost would be in the area of $1000-$2500 and possibly parts won't be available because of COVID-19, he then leaves and tells me his office will start looking into the parts, by 5 pm I didn't hear back and I was concerned as another day of terrible heat was not going to be good. I called Mr. Simon the owner of Premi-Air and he guided me on how to call at the office and which extension and surely someone will come tonight.
The after hours service rep called me and told me that Andrew will call shortly, within 5 minutes Andrew called and came to the house, he was incredible patient and a super star he found the issue which was a simple lose wire.
Thank you Andrew! And the toal cost was not what I thought would be.

Price gouging, asking for $$3700-4000 grand just to replace a cooling coil. OEM could only cost half that.then they called suggested to only pay an additional $5000 for a front mounted air conditioner during Covid 19. So nope, not happy they were preying on desperation and ignorance to pay such inflated fees. I haven’t worked in 5 months. I’m guessing new apprentice techs are told to upsell to make quota to keep their jobs. Not very happy since I was paying monthly maintenance fees every year for 4 years. They only guarantee work for 30 days, hid problems by charging for $500 for service not done. I cancelled my contract. Why pay monthly service fees when they don’t really service. Not happy with their explanation of why they charged so much.

Just had our bi-annual service call done by Cory from Premi-Air. Cory was extremely helpful and shared quite a few tips on how we can best care for our indoor and outdoor units. With employees such as Cory - Premi Air provides top-notch service. Good luck to the entire team!

I have a service contract with Premi. I find I get prompt service. I had an issue with my water heater over the weekend and I got someone to the house the same day I called. My winter and summer maintenance is done with care. Service people arrive promptly and do an excellent job. My summer service was done by Cory and was very pleased with the job.

We have just had an new Waterfurnace delivered and installed. I would like to thank Joseph, Eytan, Mehari and Andrew did a great job, stayed until the end to make sure we were not without heat. It was installed quickly and with no fuss. We are very happy with the work done. There were courteous, tidy and professional. I would also like to add that they provided excellent phone support too.

I have known Joe Simon since the day he opened Premi-Air. In the meantime, I moved from Toronto but now, many years later, have reason to reach out to Premi-Air. I can tell by all the reviews I have read, that NOTHING has changed. Joe Simon still has the passion and professionalism that he began his company with! FIVE STARS AND TWO THUMBS UP.

Very nice guys, but after spending $225 they weren't able to fix anything. Told me that it was the building that needed to supply more cold air. Misdiagnose.paid another company $100 and they were able to get my AC working.

Woke up the morning of my daughters wedding with no heat in the house. Call Premiar and by 7: 30 am the dispatcher had someone on the way. Had a temporary fix by 930 and a fully functioning furnace within a few days. Joe and his team really saved the Wedding Day (and the father of the Brides nerves).

They sent out a junior tech to fix the issue with my boiler who said it was all fixed. I smelled gas the next day and then they sent out their senior tech who advised me that something else inside was also broken who then fixed it properly. I was then told I had to pay for an additional trip & labor costs etc. The job would have been done correctly if they sent out a senior tech the FIRST TIME. Should not have been charged for additional work that the first tech screwed up.
