I have to highly recommend this shop. Mike was honest, courteous and friendly, it's really hard to find a really good body shop, since I had Dominum in the falls and Performance in St. Catharines and was not impressed with their work. This shop did a excellent
repair to my bumper that was rear ended.
The work was professionally done and it looks like no accident occured.
So, if your looking for a professional body shop, you will not be disappointed!

Needed to replace my front bumper. The staff was helpful, personable, and professional. Not the place to go if you're looking to get a cheap fix, but their original quote was reliable, the final product was very well done, and it was finished in a timely manner. I would gladly use them again if the need arose.

I brought my car in to have a huge dent in the door repaired. They were honest, friendly, and respectful; they explained what needed to be done and they gave me a quote for free. When I finally decided to go ahead and get it fixed, I payed the quoted price (nothing more) and my car looks as good as new! The did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone.

I would definitely recommend Premier Collision!
They are HONEST and professional. I went to several collision centers for estimation and just two of them gave me reasonable price and another centers double even triple price for work done. Don't waste your time go straight to them you will get a good deal and also a great work done!

Mike was amazing in helping us navigate through our car accident. We wouldn't have been nearly as satisfied with how the whole process happened without his advice, even though we ended up not requiring his services, he was fantastic right till the very end!

I came from another province and had an accident in Ontario. The mechanics in Premier collision were professional and the work was done well. Micheal was very friendly and informative. In my case it was an out-of-province claim and repair, there were some delays because of that, but Micheal always kept me in the loop and get me the new updates. I've never been treated better when it came to body work repairs, and I'll never go anywhere else. They beat other quotes I had recieved, both for cost and time. Easy to deal with, and kept me up to date as the repairs progressed. They were upfront and realistic about the work required, and gave me pros and cons about after-market parts, and where I could save money safely.

Mike and his team at Premier are great. I had a small fender bender that needed to be fixed up and Mike was understanding and actually made me feel relieved in the experience. The quote was HALF (!) of what other shops in NF gave me (and the quote didn't change after the work was done!) and he explained to me the quote and pricing while going through the parts process with me. And he snuck me in before Christmas. Nice, smart guys and incredible work. 100% would recommend them to anyone.
