Had a tune up done on my Ariens snow blower. My experience with Premier was great, the work done on time and the customer service was fantastic. I would recommend them for service

Always have a good experience here. The sales guys are super nice, very knowledgeable and always ready to help out. I’ve gotten a tractor, push mower and weed whacker from this location and they all were great recommendations from the sales guys. Highly recommend coming here.

WOW! Am I ever a happy camper, or should I say happy cutter!
For the past 3 hours I have been cutting our grass on our John Deere X390. I have had this time to reflect on this most recent service experience with Premiere John Deere. It was only natural to compare this service experience I had with Premiere to the John Deere dealership where I originally I bought our tractor.
Last weekend my tractor wouldn’t start: (
Tuesday morning I called and spoke with Courtney in service - very friendly, very helpful and she arranged for my tractor to be picked up that same day for service. The next day she called me explaining that they found what was preventing my tractor from starting. I was given the cost, and gave her the ok to go ahead and do the repair. She then explained her technician found another issue with our tractor. I gave her the go-ahead to repair that as well. She bent over backwards to get our tractor returned to us promptly (our property is on the market and requires constant upkeep). The second issue they repaired, unbeknownst to them and myself is what has caused me to be such a happy camper/cutter.
Please allow me to explain …
For the past two and a half years my X390 has been scorching our grass. (See attached pictures) I had the John Deere dealership whom we purchased our X390 (NOT Premiere John Deere) pick up our tractor specifically for the scorching of our grass issue our tractor was causing. They were unable to fix it despite going in twice for this issue as well as having one of their service technicians come to our property in hopes of fixing the scorching issue!
This John Deere dealership concluded said nothing else could be done about it. So for the last two and a half years I have cursed at my John Deere tractor every time I have used it. (See attached photo)
Within 5 minutes of today’s mowing session, it became very obvious with whatever the second issue Courtney’s service technician found and repaired for us, solved our scorching issue. No more scorching! Our property’s grass now looks like the golf green I have longed for:)
In closing, as I was cutting our property, I had a big smile on my face thinking of the great customer service Courtney provided to us, how amazing and how passionate their technician was!
I’d also like to add what great service I have received from their parts department that I have received in the past.
Got me thinking not all John Deere dealerships are created equally, choose wisely in who you have service your tractor. Moral of this story, wished I had bought my John Deere from Premiere initially, and had brought our X390 to them sooner for service.

Great service, called ahead to order a Stihl blower, was ready to go when I arrived and had already been checked over, fueled and ran to ensure it was good to go. Thanks guys.
