Premier Equipment Ltd. - John Deere

My nephew from Trinidad wanted to check for a six wheeler gator with a dump box but it is a collector's item. He purchased a four wheeler which he was tacking back home. They had numerous smaller toys in all John Deere in stock which he was surprised to see.

Be careful. Their driver caused damage to my car doing a delivery and the company has argued that it's my fault and refused to pay.

Annual maintenance and service on riding lawn mover done.

Went in and asked a question. Something they don't even sell and found the answer for me. It was nice service.

Service was great. They had everything I needed to tune up my riding lawnmower. The gentleman at the service counter was very helpful.

Disappointing Service, I will NOT return. Took my lawn tractor there because it wouldn't start. Specially asked Moe in service how much to diagnose the problem and quote me a price, he told me 30 minutes labour. I told him to go ahead, spend 30 minutes diagnose the problem and call me. When he called me he tells me that they have spent 1.7 hours on the tractor and then quotes me a price for what is needed to fix the tractor. When I pick up the tractor, I voice my displeasure, they lower the labour from 1.7 hrs to 1 hrs, still 2 times the labour I was quoted for an estimate. They ordered the carb that I needed, quoted me one price and when it arrived, informed me that I owed $10 extra for shipping, just as an additional "slap in the face". I am not asking for anyone to work for free, I am only asking for them to do what I say, say what they will do and do what they say.
