My new Cascadia had a catastrophic Fuel Pump failure (the pump exploded at 52,000 miles). I was towed into Premier Truck Group in Belleville and was expecting being down a month trying to get parts as I have a 2024 Cascadia. I've been to too many Freightliner Dealerships to count over the years and overall I have not had positive experiences. That all changed with Premier Truck Group in Belleville. Every member of this team went way beyond what was expected of them. From Jason Doxsee the Branch Manager making sure I had everything needed to stay comfortable while his team sourced the parts and repaired my truck, to Chris Chapman the Service Manager ensuring I was updated on the repair status and regularly checking one to see if I needed anything. The Service Techs, were all knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they were doing to my truck and why. They all took the time to explain the process and in just over a week, the parts were all obtained through priority shipping from various USA locations in order to reduce my wait time and in no time the repairs were done.

The truck has run perfectly ever since.

If you have to have any work or maintenance done on your truck, these guys are the team you want to do it!

They have made me a lifetime customer for this dealership for sure! I'll go out of my way to bring my truck back here. I've never felt so welcome or valued as a customer as I was at this location.

Don't trust me, just try them out just once for yourself and you'll see that this location is, by far, the best dealership for truck drivers, PERIOD!

The staff in the repair department went above and beyond to resolve the wiring issue in our motorhome - and because of their extensive and thorough documentation of locating the problem, our insurance company approved the repair without photos or a quotation. I will HIGHLY recommend you to anyone looking for superior service.

After dropping my truck for warranty work I feel like I am stuck I been getting promised it’s been 1 and half month my truck is dropped for transmission service 1st pats back order for month for new truck witches acceptable after parts arrived it’s been 10 days 1 person from service said there is still some parts needed we have to wait and other person from same department we are short of staff technicians working on your truck call us to check tomorrow…. 5 days I called same thing call us tomorrow noon and same thing….

The foreman and the desk worker gave me 1 answer. Then the mechanic came in and said something completely different. Also said he was not going to test it and put it back together for the driver to sleep In. Really, leaves an
out of town female driver where?
Also when I first came I the desk guy told me freightliner warranty is not North America wide, when in fact it is. A female driver maybe was not supposed to know that

On a Monday my Freightliner straight truck was pulled off the road by MTO in Gananoque for brake lights. A mobile mechanic stated it was a chassis control module issue and the truck had to go to a dealer. I called Premier Truck in Belleville and was told they were busy but they could do the work Thursday so I had it towed there. The tow driver had spent a few minutes disconnecting the driveshaft and on arrival I asked him to reconnect it but he said no they would do it. Upon checking in I was told they could actually start work the next day but that was not guaranteed. The next day I caught a ride there with another truck but same story.would be next day but no guarantee. This same assurance would be given by phone a number of times over the next 2 weeks. Each time they made it clear they did not want me calling, they would call me when it was done. 2 1/2 weeks later on a Wednesday it was ready.
I can forgive being out one day on a two week time estimate but I believe that to consistently miss a one day estimate by up to two weeks is gross mismanagement or outright lying to the customer or both. The invoice was for over $2000 of which over $300 was charged for the minutes needed to reconnect the driveshaft. No parts were needed for the brake lights, just labor. I have been shocked a number of times over the years with truck repairs but I think this amount, plus the money lost being off the road for 2 1/2 weeks, for a small problem takes the cake and motivates me to give my first time bad review.

I would like to rate this place, better, however, was not able to get in for service not necessarily the dealerships fault systemic of the pandemic
