Account Supervisor is an absolute ignorant person. Account Manager is ok and understanding but the Supervisor.forget it. Hope no one has to deal with this person. Very rude and disrespectful. Someone should remind this person how to deal with customers that pay their pay cheque. Truck service no issue, in fact very good. Account Supervisor needs an attitude check.

We’ve been using Premier Truck Group of Hamilton’s service for many years and will continue doing it, despite the fact that it’s located almost 100 km from our yard, BECAUSE we’re VERY PLEASED and SATISFIED with the service provided by this Company.

No complaints about the service, however the drivers lounge is just a place to be bored.no tv service, no water or vending machines
