** customer service was good although this issue did happen they did reach out and try to rectify the issue which I appreciate but it would have been nice to be consulted at first even though I was on a budget as I would still have preferred to have things installed regardless of budget that would not have my dash lighting up with a fault***

Service was reasonable price and great but due diligence was not done by sales staff. I gave the make and model of my vehicle for tires to be installed but got a fault a day after for TPMS. When I went back the sales staff stated they didn’t install it nor did they ask me if I wanted it installed my initial visit and then stated they wanted 400.00 to install it because they would have to take on and off a tire when they should’ve consulted me on my first visit instead of just assuming i did not want the TPMS sensor. At the very least they should’ve informed me or asked. Sales asked for my make and model of the vehicle so it was assumed everything would be done properly since that information was given and they are a tire shop.

Great service, great people and good products…. I just signed the deal mainly because of the service.

Quick and friendly service. Like how they wrap my tires and put cardboard on the seats. Always been getting my tires from here. Prices are very competitive.

They have nice rims in the showroom. (I can't afford them. Nice to look at =p)

Been looking forward to buying rims and tires from here for a while, went in, there’s one employee, helping what I thought was a customer but seemed more like a friend, so I sat in the waiting area because I don’t know what else to do. Nobody came out to see if I needed help, I just sat and waited a good 20 mins, so I left with money in my pocket. It doesn’t matter what product you sell, you are in the customer service industry, plain and simple. Rule number one, acknowledge the customer, a simple hello works magic. Learn from all your bad reviews about bad customer service!

Service is fine, but it took 8hrs for a tire swap waiting in the lobby. Also no where to park.

Colin and the team answered all of my questions and were very responsive in getting back to me providing me with the information i requested but also advice and options to look at and consider. They were organized and on the ball when I arrived and the tires and rims were installed quickly. The inside of the car was clean, the accessories and all season tires in plastic bags and in the back of the car. Good price, answered my questions while deciding in good time with good pieces of advice, organized and professional. What more can you ask for. I will definately be using Premier Wheels Direct as my go to tire and rim provider going forward.

I have been getting wheels and tires from here for years. Super friendly, reliable and excellent prices.

Been going here for years. These guys are really awesome. They are very professional, they know their business, great value for price, and quick service.if.

Caveat: these guys have a system and when it works, it works well. Problems occur when the customers are new, don't know what to ask/expect, and assumptions are running rampant on both sides. So my advice is: assume nothing. Just ask, just dbl check. I've seen customers purchase wrong sized tires, wrong sized rims.

Went in for a set of winter tires for my Ram and spoke with MP? (sorry if I'm incorrect about the name) but was given great service. Came in for my appointment weeks later and was entertained by a great movie and staff also came by to check if things were ok. Felt comfortable and secure in their service and looking forward to doing more business with them in the future. So far the new rims and tires feel great and look good

Simon, Colin and Pete provided great insight on the industry and really took care of me. They showed me the physical product - This is something that e-commerce can never replace and its good people that you can meet face to face. For stuff like this I'm convinced that shopping local is the best choice.

I was sitting on the fence when deciding what kind of wheels I wanted to run. Until Simon mentioned a size that I never considered.

In the end it looked amazing and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be looking to get summer rims from them once I run my OEMs down.
