Dr. Elbarassi is consumate professional. Asks lots of questions. Never seems to rush. Takes time to answer patient q's. Staff are just the same. Pleasant, engaging and helpful.

This place is not safe, I repeat - NOT SAFE, for vulnerable people coming in with heart issues as it shares the waiting room with a walk in clinic and you’re sitting here, often delayed by half an hour, with a bunch of snotty, maskless people coughing into the air.

For someone coming in with Long Covid induced cardiac problems, this is a slap to the face. Covid disabled you? Cool! Come in for more Covid!

Horrible ventilation. Reception staff for walk in and cardiac clinic all maskless, walk in doctor maskless as well, pharmacist with mask under chin. No HEPA filters anywhere.

This place does not take your health seriously. All about dem OHIP bucks.

This place is also dirty. This is what the front desk looked like first thing in the morning. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Was referred to Dr. Esam Elbarasi by a family member and was very happy with how professional Dr. Elbarasi is. He is very kind and patient, explains things very thoroughly. The whole staff from the front office to the back is very kind and professional. Best customer service!

Disrespectful working hours, no chance for people who are not retired to show up for an appointment. We have to take a day off for half an hour appointment.

I’ve had the pleasure of having two appointments with Dr.al-Mousawy and both times, I was so impressed with his thoughtful responses, his willingness to explain things, and to spend time with me. The clinic is efficient, the staff is personable and they run like clockwork. I am so happy to have him as my doctor.
