WRONG RESULTS!
At 3 months pregnant, I did prenatal testing and was told via email and over the phone that the person I tested was the father.
After our child was born, I did the follow up and the results showed he wasn’t. I called upset and they apologized and gave me a partial refund. Their excuse was, they encourage you to provide all potential fathers. Keep in mind, at 3 months pregnant I called and told them I only had one potential father to test and they assured me it was fine. Imagine all the people out there caring for a child that is not really theirs.

I was very pleased with the service I received from the Prenatal Genetic Laboratory. I did some research and to my surprise found that only two labs (Prenatal Genetics lab, Canada and one more lab in USA) actually do non-invasive prenatal paternity testing! All other companies in the world send their samples to these two laboratories for testing. I chose Prenatal Genetics lab: information required was sent out to my home promptly by FedEx, easy to complete process and VERY cost effective. I would highly recommend their prenatal services. To go to lab!

Just got my follow up test results sent to me and am glad to see they matched the original prenatal results. I am super grateful that I can prove for sure that my boyfriend is the father and we can finally start a new chapter of our life together. Just wanted to thank you guys for all your help!

Gave me false results. Were inaccurate from the beginning and I told them they were. I only did the test to prove to my boyfriend he was the father and boyfriend was the father. I had a dna test done at another dna lab in the United States and they were accurate. Also when she was born she looks exactly like him and is a white baby not black like my boyfriend was afraid she was.

The Prenatal Genetics Lab was professional, courteous and trustworthy from the first contact. Their customer support was second to none and they always answered any questions we had. The process was easy, they sent me a kit that arrived quickly and gave me a referral to the nearest laboratory for blood collection. Test results received on time as promised. Thank you for the clarity we needed so much. I highly recommend this company because of its professionalism and responsiveness in dealing with a very sensitive issue.

Satisfied with the services we received from the laboratory. The testing kit was sent quickly and our results were sent to us within two week of sending them back. Also, a great price for the test which impressed me.

The price and service really mattered when making the prenatal paternity choice. The thing I liked about them is that they give so many bonuses or extra services included in the prenatal paternity price. They have the follow up test for the born child which definitely speaks to me about being confident in their results. I hope not to go back to the same life scenario, but if I do, I will pick them again

Very enjoyable experience, easier to give a good review based on my prenatal and postnatal paternity test results. But from a non-biased view, the people in the lab were professional, friendly and helpful with any questions or requests I had. The instructions were easy to follow and the lab really helped take the stress out of the whole process which I am very grateful for.

DO NOT use this business for prenatal testing. They gave me the wrong father (as confirmed by a real NY state lab) because they do not use accurate science and the man who runs the lab has been sued before. I do not understand why the Canadian government has not shut them down.

The laboratory provided us with everything we needed to safely complete our DNA test. They offered a blood draw location for us and customer service was able to assist the lab technicians with sample collection over the phone. Our results came back exactly as expected and we were able to test all potential fathers. Gender results were also an option which was an added bonus as we were hoping to do a quick gender reveal with close family and friends. Overall I would recommend this company to anyone in dire need to do a prenatal paternity test for peace of mind.

Great costumer experience, fast and reliable results! My sister found out about the pregnancy, being not sure who the father was. We checked A LOT of prenatal paternity testing places and stopped on this one. The lab charges 960$ for the test but we added quite a few number of potential fathers at no extra charge. The price included a gender test and a follow-up test included in the price. Technically, we bought a package not a simple test, and repeated the 2nd test (follow-up) when the child was 3 months old. Both tests were consistent (we submitted 4 fathers) and got the same result both times at no extra cost. It was 1000% worth it!

I did a prenatal gender test to find out the gender of my baby. I was able to do the test as early as 10 weeks of pregnancy. Ordered a paternity test from here. Easy to follow process, quick results, and to top it all, they offer free follow up test once the baby is born. Satisfied with their tests!

This company was very straight forward and easy to work with. I was able to email or call with any questions I had regarding the DNA testing and the test result. You can also submit all possible alleged fathers and forensic samples for them like a toothbrush or hair samples. This made it really easy for me to test all possible alleged fathers and I am glad I did. They do not charge you extra and I have full peace of mind regarding this test. They also give free gender results and a free follow-up test. I am happy with the overall outcome.

I did the NIPT test and it was 100% accurate. I did another dna test through a different company that could be held up in court and it was the same result that prenatal genetic center gave me. I had my doubt but i would recommend this for someone looking for an affordable test!
