I write this review with deep disappointment regarding the experience my daughter encountered at Prep Doctors. As a concerned mother, observing the struggles my daughter faced with the administrative chaos and the lackluster quality of the center was distressing.

Despite the substantial fees charged, the administrative support was incredibly disorganized, causing undue stress and confusion for my daughter. The promised assistance and guidance seemed nonexistent, adding to her academic challenges rather than alleviating them.

As a mother, it pains me to caution others considering Prep Doctors to thoroughly evaluate the quality against the high fees before making any commitments.

I was assisted by Deepti at the front Excellent services and materials provided. I highly recommend the course they offer. Few features about the facility and quality of resources should be recommend to anyone considering this facility, as a part of their preparation.

I had afk and ACS with prepdocs and I scored 93 in afk. All instructors Dr Marwan, Dr Farsan are highly experienced. All other staff members (specially Rafiq) are professional and co-operative. I just passed de AFK on my 1st attempt and I completely recommend Prep Doctors. Studying on my own, without a guidance felt too overwhelming, too many references to go through, and as the saying goes: "Jack of all trades, master of none". In my opinion, if you study on your own, you end up studying too many stuff that aren't the most important ones to pass the exam, hence wasting your time, Prep Doctors give you the guidance necessary to make sure you stay on track and focus on the absolute necessary to succeed. Another advantage of taking the course with Prep Doctors is that they are ALWAYS on top of the reference release from the NDEB, they make sure we are up to date with these new references and new parameters, they do the research and digest the information for you and explain it to you in the easiest way you can understand it. You can really feel the effort and dedication they put into making sure you pass. The material they give us is more than enough to reach your goal. It's not easy, I won't lie, but if you study hard, put in the effort, dedication and discipline required, I assure you you will pass. I just can't recommend them enough!

I have been a part of this institute since 2018. Having done my AFK, ACJ and ACS at Prep Doctors, I have gathered enough experience to write this review. Simply put, Prep Doctors is the best.

For AFK & ACJ, they don't have a fixed stereotypical success formula to guarantee a pass in these exams, because there is no such formula. They keep working on concepts rather than memorizing literature, so that students are prepared to face any questions. They constantly keep updating their study material in order to impart the best education. The entire process is financially, mentally and physically taxing; but in my opinion, ACS takes the cake. Prep Doctors goes above and beyond to make this process easier for their students. They are always there to cater to your needs and even customize their approach to help you. Even during the pandemic, Prep Doctors continued to show their support by conducting online lectures and work checks to ensure that we did not miss out on our practice. They were able to provide quality service even during the time of uncertainty.

Dr. Marwan is an absolute genius, who understands this process very well from both; the student's and the evaluator's perspective. The best part of his teaching approach is the way he simplifies all the complicated concepts, by making summaries and flowcharts of each topic, which are extremely helpful before the exam. His pointers in AFK, ACJ & ACS are real jewels worth remembering. Dr. Ibrahim and Dr. Khalid's mentorship for all the 3 exams have been invaluable and of tremendous help to me. The instructors are very knowledgable and try to help simplify the whole equivalency process. The staff are very friendly and professional.

I highly recommend Prepdr for Acs preparation as it’s very professional and provides the best training for clinical skills preparation. My special thanks to Dr Ban, Dr Fersan, Dr Hadad and all other instructors who helped me to prepare for the exam. Instructors have guided me with good techniques and right armamentarium for each project to meet the criteria with less time.proper troubleshooting methods and tips and tricks to succeed in this exam. PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING ANY COURSE WITH THIS INSTITUTION

When I first enrolled in the AFK course, I was looking forward to learn from an institution that has been in the field since 2011, only to gradually realize that this was nothing but a huge mistake.

The 1st surprise was realizing that the newly opened “campuses” such as the one I was enrolled in (Montreal) didn’t have any instructors on-site. It was just a study room where we would come to watch the course being given in Mississauga through a live Zoom session. Nowhere on their website/social media was this mentioned. Referring to these rooms with TV screens as “campuses” is DECEPTIVE MARKETING. In other words, you would drive/take buses to get there just to watch the class online instead of watching the course online from your home like other institutions are doing.

The 2nd disappointment was with the low quality of the lectures with the exception of Endo and Restorative. Slides would be missing from a book and would be posted on the Facebook group later where you would have to download and sort them in folders otherwise it would be very confusing. The instructors would often forget to post the missing slides and we would have to remind them - repeatedly. Some slides were never posted. A lot of courses needed more time and were rushed through just to get it over with, leaving us with a lot of unanswered questions. Many questions were left with the dreaded “I will have to do a research and get back to you later” (we’re still waiting for this “later”).

The mock exams had a LOT of out of the blue questions that no matter how much you study you won’t be able to answer correctly. I understand that SOME questions in the AKF exam would be like this, but what I don’t understand is how can the Mock exams’ class average hover between 52 and 57%? If the goal is to motivate us to study more, then the teaching material should have been of higher quality OR the average score would have been higher. It serves nobody to throw a LOT of irrelevant questions, lowering the class average and destroying everyone mentally 2 weeks before the official exam. The irony becomes complete when one remembers the “passing guarantee” on their website: “Our passing guarantee is activated when a Full Course trainee can prove that they have failed the AFK exam while having passed all four mock exams (passing grade is 75%), attended 90% or more of lectures, as well as, passed 70% of all quizzes. Qualifying trainees will be allowed to take another AFK course within the following cycle or the cycle that follows that. ”

And finally, the cherry on top was when they decided to do the last mock ON SITE when the risk of transmission of the Omicron variant was at its peak. After voicing our concerns of the risk of being infected just a week before the exam, the reply was that they will add a “different, optional, additional” Mock (on the originally scheduled date of the online mock and postponing the online mock a few days ahead) but adding: “Please note all students who have requested the 4th mock to be online, through email, phone, or social media, will be excluded from the optional additional mock exam which would be available for only those who didn’t object to the mock being on site whether by email, social media or phone. ” In other words, they de facto rewarded those who would risk their health with a free additional mock and punished those who voiced their concerns. Talk about a lack of transparency, hubris and a culture of reprisal! To add fuel to the fire, they complemented this absurd decision by creating a “poll” to check who was interested in the on-site mock and started creating FAKE PROFILES to vote “Yes” (Screenshots attached). Coincidentally, many of these faceless profiles had only 1 friend, a member of the operations team. I honestly can’t find words to describe such behavior.

The equivalency process is stressful enough. If you value your physical AND mental health I would STRONGLY recommend against taking this course or any other course with this institution.

This could be my first review ever. I know it is long overdue, but I felt that I owe these guys one. I am writing this review regarding my experience with the ACJ course. I can not stress enough the amount of knowledge and experience these guys have. No Kidding. These guys have been doing it since the beginning of the equivalency process. They have been continuously honing and polishing up their experience and their course content until it reached its finest shape. I do not see any rival to them whatsoever. The amount of research and dedication these guys put into the material is OFF THE CHART. Many thanks to Dr. Marwan and to the amazing Dr. Khalid for their caring and their brilliant performance. Fortunately, I passed this tough nut-to_crack ACJ last September, and couldn’t have made it without these guys. My confidence during the exam was soaring into the sky, and passed with flying colours. I apologize for this late review, as I have been working day and night to save up for the next big exam: the mighty ACS.
ACJ candidates: look no further for your upcoming exams, and my best advice is stick to their materials even if you have laid your hands onto others materials.

Prep doctor is not just dental school, its way beyond that. Its more like my second home and my second family. I passed afk on the 1st attempt with them while it was my second attempt and acj on the 1st attempts with them. Dr. Marwan is doing unbelievable, incredible and amazing job there. Dr.khalid is x-ray master, he will move you to next level. I wouldn’t make it without their effort.

If anyone has any doubts regarding ACJ preparation - Prep Doctors is the answer. I joined Prep Doctors when I wasn't even sure what went wrong the first time, because ACJ is one of such exam where you will always have reasons for choosing your choices. Here are reasons why I will recommend their course.

Firstly, a big credit goes to the research team. I have never imagined the amount of hard-work a coaching institution can do to provide up-to-date information with pin-point precision. It is hard to believe, but they had incredible stats for every question discussed in mocks in terms of frequency and accuracy as in the source from which it could have been taken. Dr. Marwan encourages the candidates to cross-verify the details and answers for their satisfaction and he has an open mind to accept the valid arguments - however I do not remember that he had to change anything upside down, YES their research is that good!

Secondly, I admire the democracy at Prep Doctors. The reason I'm saying this is because we were roughly 150 students in class (before pandemic) and I never observed any disappointment of any student's question being unheard. Be it classroom lectures, online lectures or mock exam discussions Dr. Marwan and Dr. Khalid tried to answer each query raised on the spot if time permit and we always had their e-mail address to ask remaining questions, where they responds to each student individually-with reference attached! (I can only imagine how cumbersome it would have been for them!)

Finally, I am impressed by the acclimatization skills of team Prep Doctors in COVID-19 crisis. They arranged online lectures (which always went on an hour extra then scheduled for q&a session), came up with student benefit and arranged mock exam in divided groups to provide us exam-like experience.

In conclusion, I beg the reader's pardon to have written an essay over a review but I think it will help a novice student to understand- how things work here - better.

And yes of course, I passed the ACJ and so does my friends who used to score well in Mocks. So, I recommend Prep Doctors ACJ course - hands down: -p

I am a foreign trained dentist struggling to get my dental license here in Canada. Earlier i was preparing from some centre in Missisauga. I was recommended by one of my friend who prepared all his exams from prep doctors. Recently i got to know about there policies and their untiring efforts they put in the success of their Candidates.
During this time of Pandemic. When whole world is undergoing stress, financially and otherwise. Prep doctors really worked their ways out to help their students, keeping health of their students and Instructors on the priority, all the precautions they took like temperature check, Covid screening, lab disinfections seems to be outstanding.

Very bad managment. They never care or have health concerns about their student. While the city is a bit by bit shutting down, they opened their doors for in class lectures instead of the online one. I already register because it was online. Never feeling ok with in class lectures. Sent many emails, never got back to me.

Becoming a dentist in Canada was very stressful and tough, but thanks to the Prep Drs team it was possible!

I did my preparation for ACS from other centre in mississauga. But came to know about Prepdoctors centre from one of my friend who is doing his preparation there, according to him there they follow proper instruction set by providence regarding covid-19 (temperature checking, wearing masks, lab disinfection, maintaining social distancing). And most importantly what I like is Prepdoctors also help students during pandemic as they offered course at discounted rate during this pandemic time.

Whereas Our centre where I did my perperation they tried these things just for one week but after that everything as as pre-covid which is very disturbing as I personally feel they are putting every person life into risk.
Moreover the owner of centre is very rude and unethical, didn’t help any of the participant during covid, in fact they charged more during this distressful time.

Money maybe a secondary issue but most disturbing factor is the way the owner talk with dentists who are preparing for ACS at my centre which is very unprofessional way.

Now I am planning to shift to prep doctor for preparation of ACS exam. I would highly recommend Prepdoctors for preparation of licensure exams.

My friends told me when you come to canada come to prep doctors and they didn’t disappoint. Ndeb journey is stressful but i feel more confident after taking the prep doctors condensed course.

I am preparing from some other centre in Missisauga. Got to know about the professionalism and their untiring support to their students throughout the process of Dental licensing for foreign trained dentists from one of my friend preparing from Prep doctors. Above all, the precautions and policies taken up by the institution during these unpredictable and serious times of Pandemic to take care of their students and staff seems to be commendable. Temperature checks. Regular COVID screening. Lab disinfection is all there.
Truly professional, ethical way of teaching their students.

This is a great institution to prepare for dentist examinations but I sense greed as they are disregarding the well being of their students by forcing in-class only sessions throughout a major pandemic that has increasing numbers daily. The city is shutting things down and these guys are opening up their doors and not providing any alternative solution for the well being of the doctors who are participating in this institution. Disclaimer or not, the decision to open up risks all the students and then the potential of exponential exposure of covid is also a concern. No matter the protocols in place on site, public transport, exposure to a large quantity of people in one room, and the similar are not being considered out of, what is considered to be, greed.

I am very happy and lucky to have joined Prepdoctors institute during my Canadian Dental licensing exams, as they guided me properly to achieve success in my exams. I will very highly recommend them, specially during the pandemic period because they have modified their labs and classrooms to take care of the safety of the students and instructors. There is proper safety measures in place, temperature check every time u enter the lab, covid screening and above all u are not allowed to stand and talk to anyone in the institute premises.
I will like to thank the management for taking care of all the students by allowing extra 6 months in lab for preparation and giving all students 50% discount and also supporting is all during pandemic with home units and Darwin heads for practice free of charge.

Simply the best. Professional team that goes above and beyond to help dentists from all over the world to finish their Canadian equivalency process. Starting from the worm welcome at the front desk, the help from the management and of course the amazing group of teachers and demonstrators all of them made us feel comfortable and relaxed.
During the courses they doctors did not focus only on our academic knowledge but also they provided us with the support we need to finish the process. Dr. Marwan and Dr. Ibrahim along with others are amazing and knowledgeable and have a lot of patient to answer almost every question people asked. I liked the atmosphere as you can meet dentist from all over the map unlike other places

It is the best place ever in Canada to requalify dental certification. They have the best instructors and expert team. They are always aware of development in everything about exams. I passed AFK and ACJ from the first attempt with a high mark 84, as well as succeeded in ACS after training in their centers. I advise every one to take courses in Prep Doctors if you need to pass these terrible exams easily. Thank you all Prep Doctor, especially Dr. Marwan, Dr. Fursan, Dr. Ebrahim, and Dr Omar.

I just finished the whole process. Eighteen months at Prep Doctors. I’ve passed all the exams from the 1st attempt with remarkable grades. Dr Ibrahim and Dr Marwan were very informative. Whatever doubts were asked, they came up with a clear concept from the reputed Canadian Journals. More over, they were confident in what they were teaching, which was very encouraging.
Also, information about future job opportunities and medical insurance were very interesting. Colgate company, also came forward to provide information about their upcoming and latest products. All these 3 companies provided lunch, which were an additional surprise to me.
