Ordered two Cheese Clouds- one with mango and the other with Dragon fruit and both were good.

Ordered mango cheese cloud and avocado cheese cloud. The drinks were a mixture of ice and water.

Bad experience with this location. A lot of times when I come I have to wait at least 5 to 15 minutes to be served. I end up leaving. I try and give them a chance because there is only one person working but they dont acknowledge you. Today I came in at 936pm and I was acknowledge but was told it was closed and the sign outside says 11am to 11pm.

Slow and under staffed. There was 1 person working: taking orders and making drinks.

I waited over 30 minutes for 6 drinks. They were out of a lot of toppings too.

The customer service here is horrible. The store was empty of customers, yet the man behind the counter never acknowledged or welcomed us to take our orders. He was too busy making online orders very slowly and made us wait there awkwardly without taking our order for 10-15 minutes before we just left. A shame since this place was an okay place to get drinks, but this experience left me very dissatisfied. Its odd he just ignored us and just continued making drinks without even saying anything.

Not my best presotea experience! Asked for a mango slushy! Got something else- too watery for my taste! Quick polite friendly service otherwise.

The worst Presotea ever that I have experienced so far. Drink quality was not as good as I expected.

This place has the worse customer service lol. I called to see if they had the creme series available and all I get is a "Hi. " Like hello? Can you not pick up the phone and greet people properly with a "hello presotea, how can I help you" like seriously. Then I was followed up with simple no answers as if the 2 girls didn't know anything. Zero stars for me.

Great place for bubbletea many good drinks to get here. My only complaint is i wish you are to tip without giving cash or coins only

Takes a bit of time to get your bubble tea but the wait can be worth it. Many of the fruit drinks are made from real fruits creating an organic and more healthy drink for you to enjoy. I would come here all the time to grab a nice refreshing drink if I could.

Got the Okinawa Brown Sugar Milk Tea (half sweet and “less ice” with tapioca and thought it was delicious! Definitely recommend it:)

This place is conveniently located in a small mall, directly on top of the Yonge-Sheppard subway. It has a mall entrance and street entrance. From my understanding, it's linked to the parking garage below as well. The environment is clean and well lit. There are plenty of chairs and tables, so you can stay and work on your laptop without feeling like you're hogging a table. There is wifi here and a washroom in the mall area. The music was not too loud, so it's a great place to study at or meet up to chat with friends. The service here is fast and friendly. The tapioca texture and the tea was executed well. This might be my favourite stop for bubble tea in the Yonge-Sheppard area so far, because it's not overly busy/crowded.

Staff are not friendly nor attentive at this location, I have gone several times and each time the order has been made wrong (like making a milk tea instead of a fruit slush!), even the corrected orders are not properly made compared to other presotea locations. Sometimes the staff so not even know what is on their menu until you point it out, not even ordering anything complicated but standard items available at any presotea

I ordered an Okinawa milk tea with grass jelly. Upon arriving home and taking the first sip, I'm now convinced what they gave me was actually just a cup of murky water. There is no flavour, and it bears no resemblance to milk tea whatsoever. That was the most disgusting $7.50 I have ever spent.

Pricy place for bubble tea. However, lots of comfortable seating and great place for gatherings.

Ordering mango slushes all the time and love them, however the last time I ordered it on UberEats, the taste was weird. I'm sure that used mangoes were old and spoiled

Their tapiocas are not good. (They are getting sticked each other so I can't drink with straw and also it gives you painful drinking experience.) Please do your tapiocas better.

Love this chain, I can't get enough of it. I wish their rewards program was more transparent and rewarding. You basically get 10% back overall. Their seasonal drinks are pretty good deals

Nice location with good service and quality drinks. Passion fruit tea and strawberry cheese cloud both pretty good. Ideal place to stay and work for a while.

Their tea and fruit teas are absolutely brilliant. I LOVE their pudding milk tea warm (not too hot and not cold) and it will taste so amazing and so rich in flavor. The portion of toppings in their drinks are very good as well, i can’t finish the toppings before finishing the drink, there will always be a lot left over at the bottom. Their Large cup is HUGE! The price is also very good for the quality and sizes. Always my #1 place!

Espresso style tea. Neat idea. Plenty of options for toppings, flavours and levels of sweetness.

Really love the flavours of the green tea based options - a bit steep in price compared to other bubble tea locations. I tried the mango slush - wish it had more fresh fruit than powder but it was okay. Absolutely LOVE the QQ Passion Fruit Green tea. As an FYI the pic in store is accurate and it comes with jelly already (I added mango poppers for +$0.75 but if I had known I wouldn’t have added more). Yummy flavour and the tea is fresh. Regular was $5.99 and additional add ins are $0.75 (in the Emerald building but close to office buildings which is probably why they sell at more of a premium vs spots further down Yonge towards Finch).

Friendly service too and really nice to stay in and sit!
