Not as good as other locations I've been to. They use a lot of ice in the drink, and watered down the flavour.

Wow! Amazing. Could not have gotten better service. Very friendly and warm staff. My drink was TO DIE for.

Taste is OK. But need to reduce ice cubes in the drinks. Don't need half of the cup filled with Ice, need actual drink please for the price.

Presotea is still the best and only BBT place that uses real mangoes for their slushies. Our favourite is the mango coconut slush. Staff are nice and friendly. Online ordering makes it even easier to get my bubble tea fix:)

The slush was good as expected but the girl at the cash was so cold and rude, she made us feel that she hates her job, although we left tips! Bad service!

The team here are awesome. Most of them know me by sight now. Very friendly, great product.

I always order a mobile order here and they always manage to either make it wrong or forget about my order. Super disorganized place. I might as well order from the bubble tea upstairs in the food court.

A similar taste is compared to a real fruit franchise, most of the time you would have to wait in the line to get your order.

Used to like Real fruit but then this one is 10x better. Also very clean and customer service is amazing!
