Presqu'ile Park Place

Total waste of time. We searched for ice cream nearby when driving by 401 and this place shows open till 9pm. We drove to the location only to find out it is closed! AND IT'S NOT EVEN 8pm! Ended up wasting half an hour due to this stupidity! You should stop wasting people's time by providing incorrect timings for your business.

Everyone is very nice and friendly and the food is very good. Plus, gluten tree options are also dairy, free, + lactose free.

Had a strawberry funnel cake and it was delicious. Since it was topped with Kawartha ice cream, it was different than a traditional soft serve and added to the taste.
The paper plate was the flimsiest plate I've ever used, though. It was impossible to properly eat because it's difficult to cut the funnel cake and not have the ice cream and sauce spill everywhere. I definitely recommend better plates!

We tried to make it to this wonderful icecream stop from our 8 hour drive, and got here 10 minutes before closing. Derrick was so wonderful. He happily took orders from 10 of us, and offered his lovely firepit to sit around and keep the bugs at bay. It's clear that Derrick loves what he does. This is a wonderful place to visit and definitely worth the small detour if you are heading east from the GTA.

We visited almost daily for ice cream, scooter rentals and burgers. Perfect for vacationing!

Renting their electronic scooters is the best way to explore the Presquile Provincial Park!

We had toasted s'mores Kawartha ice cream cones.delicious. The girls working were very pleasant will be stopping in again next time we are in the area!

DELICIOUS! Fresh cut fries, awesome burger and banquet burger and Kawartha dairy ice cream for dessert. Clean picnic tables with umbrellas AND dinosaurs! Great meal after a day on the beach!

Awesome area, very serene. Plenty of picnic tables with shade umbrellas. You are surrounded by tall vibrant plants and bird houses. The staff are always friendly, and look like they enjoy their jobs. It is a great little spot to sit and have a bite to eat.

Love Kawartha Dairy ice cream. I had a sundae, chocolate, caramel, and whipped cream with brownie pieces and caramel sauce, sorry no picture! Couldn't wait to eat it.will be going back forsure.

Everyone was so lovely that works there and we loved the lawn area in the back filled with chairs, tables and even dinosaur toys for little ones
