Had my BMW 440i get a full frontal PPF and paint correction. Muhammad was great and very polite, he was patient when it came to explaining the overall process and recommendations as well. By far, they are one of the best in the business for personable customer experience. Not to mention, the turnaround time was amazing, having dropped off the car in the morning and picking it up the very next morning.

Im giving the 4 star rating because there were a few missed spots from the paint correction that are now underneath the PPF.

I am unhappy with the service I received. On pickup, I noticed a hair trapped under the PPF on the front hood. I was told I would get used to it and wanted to charge me to fix it.

Edit in reply to their comment (Nov 19,2022) : I was offered $250 off of the $4100 I had to pay to make me go away and keep the noticeable flaw on the hood forever. I had to go to a competitor and pay $1400 to get the hood completely redone. I should have gone to the competitor from the beginning, as they did an excellent job and provided superb customer service. A word of warning for anyone considering using Prestige Auto Detailing services, I found out after the subpar service that they are not an authorized installer of Xpel. When I reached out directly to Xpel to see if they could help remedy the situation, they informed me that Prestige Auto Detailing was not an authorized dealer, so there was nothing they could do, and they directed me to a different detailer who is authorized.

They cleaned my corolla and it was better than the day I buy it. Very good guys and they go amazing work!

Had my Brains Protected with Xpel and ceramic pro coating. Great workmanship by team prestige. They gave me complimentary coating on the door sills which was a nice gesture. Will be returning and highly recommend them for Ceramic coating, Xpel ppf, tinting and detailing!

Just finished picking up my New BMW i4 M50 from Prestige after Ceramic Pro Gold package and XPEL Ceramic tints. They also gave me lifetime warranty.
It looks better than when I picked it up brand new from BMW dealership. The paint looks amazing and feels very sleek. Their service exceeds their reputation.
I highly recommend them to anyone who would like to protect their car against the harsh road conditions and winter.

I had scratched my hood trying to remove ice and he fixed it and coated it ceramic to the point it didn't even show 99% repaired.

Highly recommend for the service! My car driver side door and rear door recently have some scratches because people hit my car in the parking lot unfortunately. So I contact prestige auto detailing help me to remove all the scratches and they did the job so perfectly and polishing the whole car and finished with the ceramic coating protection! The PAD team has great customer service. I had the tint, full front PPF and ceramic coating done. No issues with the tint and PPF so far! I had an issue with the ceramic coating causing smudging whenever the wipers turn on. The PAD team was able to resolve it for me no problems. Will 100% recommend them to everyone.

9 outta 10, I rated it. Only because a week after the job, my car kinda smelled like it did before I took it there.

I think the odours was in the headliner and it wasn't cleaned very well.

Otherwise it woulda been a 10/10 job.

I'm very pleased with the service received at this place. They went beyond my expectations. K had fully body paint correction along with ceramic pro silver package for my 2020 Cadillac escalade. The car shines better than the day I purchased it. I can't believe the outcome with 35k kms on it. All the scratches are gone. Mirror finish. Also they were do this in less than 2 days.

I will give them 10 starts out of 5 because I have been in limo business for 20+ years and never received such a great service anywhere. I will highly recommend and its best bang for your buck.

The guy charge me$390 for SUV gold package， plus wax, Finally service too bad. I write the true reviews, he pray me all day let me delay the review. I I saw that he was poor, I withdrew the comments. I asked him to refund part of I paid fee, because the maximum value he gave me service just $150. But the poor guy answering me that. I wanna tell you, don’t call me again, I will call the police. Because you are really bad guy! See the receipt， that is the guy give me the receipt.that is the good service company‘s receipt？ I don't think so. Just yesterday to today, people in this store that receive me keep calling me with unknown numbers. I recorded the phone. I want to ask you, if you do well enough, why are there complaints? I spent $68 in other car washes company much better than you! Can we ask any car washing company to evaluate whether I wronged you, or that is you charge me $390 but give me less than$150 service？

An unpleasant smell persists for a long time. My son 4years old, He vomited 3 times because of the bad smell at past weeks. The liar repeatedly cheated me and call me that he would refund the money to me, and said all kinds of words to deceive me to delete the comments. I believe him once, but I won't be fooled by him again. If they are a good company, they won't treat consumers in this way.trust me, this is too bad store. The guy who has serviced for me is a big liar. He just wanna take the good review but not work hard. The bad smell hasn't dissipated yet. This is terrible. It's been two weeks.

This was a very professional business and they did a phenomenal job with the interior detailing of my car. Upon arrival to pick up my car, I could notice the cleanliness of my car just from a quick glance. I proceeded to inspect my car and all of the dirt and gunk was removed from all of the hard places and deep spaces of my car. The car smelled amazing and it was in overall amazing experience. These gentlemen had my car back to me in less than 2 hours which was very impressive. I highly recommend this auto detailing shop for any of your car needs. Great price for a fantastic job! I took my car to get steam cleaning done for the front passenger seat as it had vomit stain. It was a 30 minute service and cost me $100 just to clean part of the front passenger seat and the floor. I was expecting high quality work based on the price. Unfortunately it wasn’t the case as they had completely missed the bottom part of the seat which was untouched. They then rushed to clean that part and I am not even sure it got the deep cleaning I paid for. They didn’t apologize for the poor quality work. When I mentioned this, the owner’s response was “yes but we cleaned it now right”. He had a very poor attitude. They don’t quality assure their work. So make sure you check your car thoroughly after getting the service. This place is overpriced and the staff are rude and unprofessional. Personally I don’t think I received the service quality for the price and won’t be going back.

This was my first time ever getting detailing done for my car. The entire experience of booking an appointment to picking up my car in showroom state was seamless. Abdul and his team completely exceeded my expectations!

I took my 2021 BMW x6 in for paint correction, clay bar, ceramic coating and ppf on the door sills. Such a positive experience! I made 1 call and was able to bring my truck in the next day. My husband and I worked with Mohammad who was honest, knowledgeable and had fantastic customer service skills. Extremely helpful and patient with my hundreds of questions. I didn't realize how annoying swirls are but it's no longer an issue as they are gone! Complete mirror finish. I have young kids that use the door sills to get in and out, which are now fully protected with the ppf treatment. I 100% recommend this service. And I 100% recommend u recommend it too!

My experience at Prestige Auto Detailing was truly gratifying. I went to get a tint job done for my car and they did an amazing job. I did not no much about tinting and the percentage needed to achieve the look I was going for. The services I got from PAD was the Mid-Size SUV Detailing Gold Package, Pet Hair Removal and Engine Bay Cleaning.

I was a bit hesitant if I would be able to get the quality for the amount I'm paying for and also since it's my first time getting my car detailed at PAD.

Abdul and his team did a great job detailing the car. I am really happy with the per hair removal, de-salting of carpets and interior cleaning. I would come back again and refer them.

I trusted Prestige Auto Detailing with my brand new C8 Corvette hardtop convertible. I literally drove straight from the dealer to their shop. The odometer showed 7 km when I dropped it off.

They promised to do a good job and, in fact, they did a great job with a full application of Ceramic Pro everywhere, including door jambs, wheel rims and tail pipes. I also had paint protection film applied to all front facing surfaces: bumper, grill, front hood, and side mirrors. My car was ready on time and it looks great.

Before deciding I asked a number friends about ceramic coating and all expressed high satisfaction with their result. In particular, with the coating no waxing is required and the car is very easy to clean - a basic rinse pretty well does the job. Also, brake dust on rims and exhaust black on tail pipes cleans off easily. I'm looking forward to that.

Prestige Auto Detailing is conveniently located just north of the Richmond Hill GO Station on Newkirk Road. I inspected the shop before deciding on using their service and found it to be spotless. In addition, my new Corvette was kept inside their shop during all the time it was there. Brought it in on Thursday and picked it up on Saturday afternoon.

All in all, the work Prestige Auto Detailing did for me and the dealing I had with the owners has certainly earned my trust. If you are looking for ceramic and/or paint protection film, I highly recommend Prestige Auto Detailing to you.
