Prestige is highly professional and I had very good experience dealing with them. They were at the place on time as scheduled and finished the work on time without leaving any mess behind.

Had my ducts cleaned and basement carpet. First, everything was handled very professionally, from my first contact to the final payment. Service date Dec 28,2023.
I was upsold when the technicians were here, but so very glad I was. We have allergies and asthma, it was suggested that this non-toxic chemical be used in the ventilation system (can't remember the name of it) since it reduces allergens, dust, mold etc. I skeptically agreed to try it.
Since Prestige did the ducts and carpet, we have not had to take our daily allergy pills. We are not sneezing and no runny noses. I cannot believe the improvement.

We had Josh and Dylan, who were extremely professional technicians, come over and do the duct cleaning work in January. We had moved in the last year, but apparently the ducts were never cleaned in this house before.

They showed me the before and after photos and explained what they were going to do and a report of the observations they made. They completed the work in about an hour and answered all my queries.

Although the service is a bit expensive, I think it is worth it based on the thoroughness of their work and professional service.

Prestige cleaned our carpets as well as and area rug. They were always very professional and courteous, honest and straight forward. There pricing was competitive and they did a very good job.
We would definitely recommend this company and will use them again without hesitation.

Utilized the carpet cleaning service from Prestige and we are very happy with the service. They were able to accommodate us on short notice and the servicemen were professional and courteous.

Their prices do not justify the quality and they cross sell services which might not even be needed. Not worth the price.

Dane and his technicians serviced our house and did an amazing job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vents. They were very professional and courteous and would highly recommend the services of Prestige.

Had our duct, furnace and dryer vent cleaned. The two technicians Dane and Fredo were on time. They were in company uniform very polite and very professional. They laid down covers on the floors and elsewhere. Every working areas were left clean after the job was done.

We just bought a house and previous owners have a cat. My kids have allergies and to make sure the will be ok before we move in we need to hire a duct and vent cleaner. Josh from prestige cleaning came in uesterday in whitby single handed and profeasionally clean and disinfect the house’s vent, duct, aircon coil and dryer vent. He replaced and fix the broken in the furnace or AC. He took before and after photos to compare. No doubt duct and vents were really dirty with cat’s fur coz I saw it mysel on vents. How much more inside. He did a tremendous job and more than satisfied customer. Now we are confident we’ll be comfortable on our move in. Thank you

Chose Prestige as they are a NADCA member and you can never be too safe when it comes to these types of services. Todd and Michael came literally the day I called for an appointment and were very friendly. Overall they seem to have done a good job, however, I was not provided with any before or after photos so can't really say for sure. I was also recommended to get my AC coils cleaned which was a $69 charge not mentioned to me in the initial estimate. Other than these 2 factors, both Todd and Michael were very professional and I was happy with their service.

Professional, punctual and thorough are the three words that come to mind with Prestige carpet and duct cleaning. I have had the carpet cleaning done once, and the duct cleaning twice, and every time i have had excellent experience no matter who showed up at the door from them.

I cannot say enough about Prestige Duct Cleaning. Dave and Daryl were so professional and thorough. I couldn’t not believe all the dust and junk that came out of our vents / ducts. I could hear it and they showed me before and after pictures. The air in the house “felt and smelled” cleaner to me. Our air conditioner was cleaned as well as our dryer vent (which could be a fire hazard if left to build up). Thank you Prestige for such a great job.

Awesome service! They came into the house with footwear covers, floor covers and corner protection for the walls, walked us through what they were going to do and were very professional about their work. We are very much pleased with the cleaning service done formour house ducts and vents, aircon coil and humidifier. We are expecting 2 people to clean since the house is a bit big. But Josh came alone and still did an exceptional job. It is more than what we were wxpecting. Previous owner have a cat and looks like the house never underwent such cleaning. If you look at the vent you will see a carpet like texture inside. Yes! Cat’s fur. I couldn’t imagine what more inside. That is the reason why we want the house be cleaned by Prestige before we totally movenin. My kids have astha and allergies. Josh shows before and after photo and we are very pleased. I had my whole house done and the results were amazing! Definatelyu using them again. I have been wasting my time getting the Home Depot carpet cleaning machine and doing it myself. Using Prestige Carpet definitely saved me time, money, and cleaning up and returning Technician was friendly and reviewed all rooms before starting. Provided me with additional services at reasonable costs that were definitely required. No pressure either. The Technician took his time. Removed every stain that was in the carpet even moved a few items for me that I had forgot to move.

Defiantly satisfied and will be 100% recommending their services and using them again!

We were very happy with the service we received from Prestige Duct cleaning. The two men who cleaned our ducts were Dane and Devi think. Both were professional and courteous. Thank you, we are very happy with what was done and plan to get this done again in the further.

We used Prestige for duct, carpet and upholstery cleaning. All 3 of the team members who worked at our house were friendly, professional and efficient. Our carpets and furniture came out better than expected! Dave really did a nice job getting out some of the stains that our pets had caused. Dane and Brian explained what they were doing for the duct cleaning and showed before and after photos. We will use Prestige again in the future if we need these services again!

Very professional service. Once they arrived they protected my floor, protected corners where the vacuum tube was touching, covered their shoes and kept their mask on. Arrived on time and I was very pleased with the outcome. I will definitely recommend this company and will use them again on my next cleaning.

I wish I had known about this company years ago. A 20 year old carpet with plenty of traffic - including two dogs (one that has “accidents”) - and the carpets were a mess.
We have never had a “truck mounted” service before, and I can honestly say that our carpets look brand new.
All of the stains are gone - including ones from years ago. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable - highly recommend!

Perfectly fine - did not enjoy the 'up-selling' of other costly services once they began cleaning the ducts. I was not prepared and felt slightly pressured. Not sure how necessary any of the other services that were suggested to me were.

The whole process was very professional. Michael and Tom were extremely patient, professional, courteous and thorough! They took care to use drop sheets, wrap their hoses at junction points to avoid scratching the hardwood, corner guards to avoid baseboard dings at the corners and also took their time with the vents so as to not scrape up the vent covers. They also did not try to upsell unnecessary services that I originally thought I may need; for our home and situation they explained which services in addition to the core duct cleaning made sense and which didn't. Overall very pleased with the work they both did.

The company is very professional, explaining the scope of job, safety protocol. They will follow up and remind promptly less you forget. Their technicians: Ty and David, arrived on time They were both professional, friendly, wore masks and shoe covers, explained what to do in advance before nything else. Before proceeding the job, they placed protective cloth on the floor to protect it from scratches and dirt from the cleaning equipments.

They used Heavy duty vaccuum equipment. I believed it has properly cleaned my vents because they let feel myself how strong was the pressure of the vacuum.

They even offered me to disinfect/deodorize my vents for a reasonable price; of which I gladly accepted. I really like it, it made my house even smells cleaner and smooth.

They even patched up the duct taped hole I had in my dryer vent! That was very much appreciated!

Although cleaning ductwork is a little more expensive than I expected I did appreciate the thoroughness and professionalism I experienced with this company. I would certainly recommend this company. Very polite and experienced workers.

These guys did a thorough job! I had the ducts cleaned in the morning and carpets in the afternoon. They were here for hours cleaning all the vents and our dryer vent had a huge clog which they also removed.

The carpet cleaning was great too. The stairs took much longer to dry than the floors but they look and smell fresh now. I appreciate that the cleaner asked me for any key areas to focus on (pet messes, etc).

One thing I noticed is that the carpet cleaner dude helped the duct cleaning guys pack up their stuff because there was a bit of an overlap, which he didn't need to do and spoke volumes about their business ethics.

The guys who came in to clean our stairs carpet, sofas, duct and Vents were friendly, on time and very professional. I am only giving 4 stars because I still see the stains on my sofa which is why I wanted to clean them in first place. However, I am told that the stains will never be fully gone. It’s just not as prominent anymore. I would be very happy if the stains would be gone completely which I thought would. But overall the customer service and their technicians are efficient. I would hire them again in the future.
