This company is the best! When we called and set up a limo driver for our winery vacation in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Derek and Shelly were the best to work with! We had Craig drive us around NOTL to several wineries in a stretch limo. It was wonderful! We had such a great time. Craig was flexible during the day when our plans changed on the fly. This made our vacation trip so much fun and such a special event! Thank you for making our Canadian holiday so incredible. We will definitely be using Prestige again in the future!

We hired Prestige Limos for our wedding day. We ordered the 19-21 Limo Bus for during the day, and the Acura for a late night pickup after the wedding. Everyone was amazing to deal with! The owner Derek (who also officiated our wedding) is incredible. Shelly was very helpful in answering all of my questions and getting us booked. Mike was our driver and he was such a pleasure to spend the day with! He was super kind and helpful. The limo bus is very spacious, had cold drinks and sparkling wine waiting for us, and was such a fun way to get to the wedding and to and from the photo locations after. Mike was wonderful and made sure to stay nearby so that our wedding party could stay in the limo during the summer heat while my husband and I were taking our couples photos. At the end of the night, Mike was helpful in loading and unloading our belongings, offering us water, and making sure we had a great experience. Both vehicles were spotless. I would highly recommend Prestige Limos for any of your travel needs!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience from Niagara Falls to Toronto and back. Derek went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant trip and made us feel welcome and comfortable the entire time from pickup to drop off. I have a walking disability that I need the use of a walking aid to get around and your limousine vehicles are very accessible for me and I was able to get in and out of which was perfect. I will definitely use Prestige Limousine again and will always recommend them to anyone looking for Limousine Service while visiting Niagara Falls and area.
