Thanks to the team at Preston for all they do for puppies and dogs rescued by Pound Dog Rescue! They are angels and just an amazing, thorough vet team. Highly recommend!

Preston Animal Clinic has been absolutely wonderful since 1998. They were great in dealing with our adopted hedgehog and iguana; and then with all of our previous and now current adopted cats.

The best care for our bearded dragons. We typically deal with Dr. Stephanie. She is a wealth of knowledge. Keep up the great work!

We love the staff here at Preston Animal Clinic. My giant breed dog is extremely timid and gets really anxious at the vet. They are gentle, patient, and SO knowledgeable.

I have been using this vet clinic for the last 10 years. I have brought 4 of my own pets here and referred many friends. We commute here even though we no longer live in Cambridge. The entire staff are kind, friendly, fair and professional. We are grateful to have found them.

Today my little Indian Ringneck, Sunny, had his first checkup and it was a great first visit. My other ringneck, Luna, also comes in for wellness examinations and both my parrots love the Harrison's pellets! The staff are amazing to the customers both human and not. Our dog has some anxiety and within a few visits she's already calmed so much when we visit due to the care they provide her. Will always recommend this clinic!

Really like this clinic overall. I have been to several exotic vetrinarians in the area and Preston Animal Clinic and Dr. Gerritsen has been the best I have worked with. They care about your animals and have a lot of patience for overly anxious and worried pet parents. They also have shown me a lot of empathy. Exotic vetrinary medicine is very pricey, and their fees are about the same as other clinics I have been to.

Amazing and very friendly staff. They were very informative with our cat's diagnosis.

For the most part, PAC has been very helpful and attentive. I recently (about a month and a half ago) brought my cat in for appeared to be an upper respiratory infection. While there, we discussed that it could be allergies. Her nose was very congested, she was sneezing, she had eye discharge. The veterinarian said it was a cold and to allow it to run its course (it had already run 2 weeks prior to the appointment). The only medication I was provided was to help clear the nose congestion. After 2.5 weeks, I called the vet again asking for advice because the eye discharge and sneezing hadn’t stopped. I was told “because it’s almost been a month, you’ll have to come for a whole new appointment”. That’s +$200. And only half a month! Why didn’t the vet properly assess the first time? The receptionist said she will talk to the veterinarian and get back to me… she never did. I’m very disappointed.

I took my piggie in today and unfortunately she had to be euthanized. The vets and staff that attended to her were so amazing. Very professional, very empathic, very patient with me (as I was in tears the whole time). They went above and beyond to help me and my child get through this heartbreaking situation. I will forever cherish how good you all were with Cinnamon.

The staff was great at getting me an appointment to help my cat that was having major health problems we are very grateful for the help they provide to my cat in time of need.

These ladies are top notch! They are knowledgeable, fun, caring, compassionate, honest and passionate about what they do. I have been a client for over 6 yrs now. Finding a good veterinarian is like finding a good hairdresser. They are hard to find! I am super happy I walked through the door the very first day here. I was made to feel like family but more importantly my pets were made to feel loved and like family also! That spoke volumes to me! I never question their ability or knowledge. They see how much my pets mean to me. I love the atmosphere and feeling I get the second I walk through the door. My dog Charlie has anxiety and I was nervous to bring him for fear he would act unruly. The girls sensed that and treated him with kid gloves and settled his nerves which settled my nerves. Taking my boy to the vet now isn’t a problem. They have gained my trust and confidence 100%

I have sugar gliders, and it's rare to find an animal clinic who will treat these little ones, let alone handle them like an expert.
Dr. Isabel handled our girl, Cherry, like a pro! I was beyond impressed with her patience and gentleness towards her, even though Miss Cherry is a biter.
Cherry didn't stress at all with Dr. Isabel, nor with the younger staff who came in after her exam to give her a needle.
I would highly recommend this clinic.
