I have always had great service. I am very satisfied with the work and results. I just had a bridge for a top front tooth put in and it looks better than the original tooth.

I like this dental centre. They listen and help with my teeth. For example, I am forewarned of upcoming procedures like my crown that will need to be done. I can now save for this. I enjoy going to this dentist and have been with her since University. The dental hygienist is more thorough then other places.

Everyone is nice there. They try always to do each visit more enjoyable. I love to take my son to this place where everyone is really professional and kind. I strongly recommend this place if you are looking best dentists.

I've had a few dentists in my life and a whole lot of anxiety when it comes to dental visits!

Dr. Bayne is by far one of the most patient and understanding dentists I've had to date. I started having some pain while waiting to get a root canaled tooth crowned. She took me in the same day I called in regards to that pain and helped with the issue. If you are on the fence about calling this place, I have no regrets and am glad I did.

Switched to here recently when my dentist retired. Everyone has been nice and they even showed me pictures of my teeth that my previous dentist didn't do.

Humiliating and degrading treatment of a veteran

I booked an appointment over the phone for an exam, I explained that I did not wish to have x-rays as they were not wanted and was an unnecessary procedure at this time. I booked the time off work, went to my appointment and when I was seated in the exam room, the nurse told me what was going to happen and when she said there would be x-rays, I explained that I had told them I did not want them. She then brought in the "dentist" and again I was asked to explain why I did not want x-rays, because I guess I did not have a personal choice. After being polite and nice about it, explaining I only needed this exam in order to have a cleaning, and then I said "my body my choice", this seemed to offend her as I guess only women can say that; a man should have no choice which unnecessary procedures are performed on their body. She said that if I didn't want x-rays, they would not want me as a client, and asked me to leave in a very rude and degrading way, like she was so upset that they would not be able to charge a maximum yearly amount to the insurance company, since we know modern dentistry is just like a fast food chain, get as much money as you can from the client, based on what the insurance covers, no matter what procedure might be unnecessary and potentially harmful.

I have never been treated so poorly, so rudely, by I guess what passes as a "professional". This is no way to treat veterans, no way to treat someone based on their religious beliefs, no way to treat someone who stands by their personal choices.

Dr. Bayne, Jennifer, and the rest of the team were kind and helpful. My options were explained to me without pressure, and my appointments were easy to get.
