Preston Living - 90 Eastdale Avenue

I really enjoy living at 90 Eastdale Avenue. The place is well taken care of, and the management here is nice and friendly. Although there is some construction happening, it should be finished by next year. They also replaced the windows, which is a nice improvement. Also, I am a big fan of the huge balcony and the view. Plus, there's a beautiful park Taylor Creek Park nearby that's really lovely. Overall, for me it is a nice place to live.

I applied for parking last year but didn’t get a single spot. They did pest control in my unit 2 times, I think they use only water for spray, no reaction on bugs and roaches. I don’t want any explanation but is there any exact date when would I get a parking spot?

They don’t give parking and their management doesn’t know anything …. Just they cannt do anything and they don’t know any date too

We got our first apartment at 90 Eastdale. Whitney was our resident experience coordinator. She was great, super nice and very accommodating. She was excellent and very professional. We applied and without any hassle we got accepted. It was seamless and very quick.

The process of moving into 90 Eastdale was easy due to the excellent communication of the staff. They were helpful and welcoming even when we just came to view a unit. Applying and move in day was a breeze!

We live in this building for a long time almost 8 years but since the building is getting old there are a lot of roaches now in the unit even though there are people coming to your unit for the pest control but it doesnt work at all. Plus they did not provide parking for the visitors or the residents before they start the constructions. We were asking to get a spot in the basement but did not provide us at all. Also, avoid this apartment since a lot of the residents here complain that THEIR PACKAGES ARE BEING STOLEN! So whats with the security downstairs who just sit all the time in the lobby? What do they do? There are no security cameras in the hallways for each floor only at the outside of the building and the elevator. Its not really safe anymore. Find a better apartment

Please don’t book into this building. They are having construction from last 1 year, hearing drilling and hammering sound all day. There isn’t any kind of security here, 0 CCTV in the whole building, packages are not safe, people use to steal it from outside of your apartment. Even there is no parking for the residents, tried to book parking a year ago but didn’t get a single spot. Moreover there is no parking for our visitors as well. I have seen a lot of parking spots available but idk why they are not assigning it to the residents. Ridiculous, never recommend to anyone

Although each building has challenges, addressing those challenges defines a great customer experience. Management staff at 90 Eastdale avenue, especially Whitney made things a lot easier for a variety of concerns I had over the recent few months. She was always promptly to respond to and in detail resolved concerns even by escalating to higher ups when needed. Thanks much Whitney!

The building is very clean, organised. We see an excellent administrative performance by Mrs. Ximena David. Happy to be living at 90 Eastdale Ave.

Whitney was extremely helpful and kind. She made us feel quite comfortable and answered all our queries as we visited the building. Excellent customer service indeed. Thank you.

I have to say I'm very much Grateful for be living in my new Home! Espically the with the kindhearted, sweet woman Whitney. Who very helpful and patient with me, espically when your doing multiple things at once.
She had helped me confirm that this was the home for me. And truly it is. Great space and Great view. And I espically love my welcoming plant, which now is a new edition to my others plants!
So far I'm liking my space, the reason I give it 5 stars.

My daughters and I just moved in this weekend and we are very pleased on how accommodating and approachable the staffs are especially Vilma. Right from the day I sent an inquiry e-mail, she's been assisting me on how the process was and what documents to provide up to booking the elevator for moving.

The unit is very neat and quiet. The only thing that is "not-so-good" for me is the laundry room. I think it needs some renovations / repairs for tenants to feel comfortable. But over-all, my little family is very happy we made this decision to move to 90 Eastdale!

We have recently shifted to eastdale Avenue. So far our experience is great. Nice place to stay. Vilma has helped us a lot in getting the apartment and understanding the process. All of our queries were addressed by her very quickly. Looking for great stay here.

I moved in November and was impressed by the lady who helped me get the apartment. Vilma helped me chose the best apt for myself and my boys. The apartment has security guards and a super intendant who is there to help you out whenever need be. I haf no garbage chutes in my old place and it was so difficult being disabled and a Mother of 2 boys. The neighbours are sweet and generous. I am so glad I moved here.

I moved to 90 Eastdale a week ago and have been loving every second of it. Vilma is always there to help and make everyone's lives a little bit easier. In my case, particularly, she made sure that my moving process was as smooth as possible, helping me with all the paperwork I needed to present.

The neighbours are very welcoming and when living here you can feel they have built a beautiful community in the building. It's a nice area, close to a TTC station (Main Street) and to many businesses and shops. Overall all the areas in the building are clean and one can tell that the administration is taking good care of the place. I'm glad I can call this place home!

Recently we rented a unit in this apartment. We loved the place. It is surrounded by parks. One of the serene places to live by. I would like to thank Vilma, one of the best staff of Preston Living. She is kind and helpful. She took care of all the agreement process in a smooth manner.she cleared all my doubts. I would recommend renting a condo at 90 East Dale Avenue

Its our first Month here and we have been so well taken care of. Vilma is just AMAZING always available to take care of any and every concern and issue we may need clarification on.
The super Louis is great.made our moving day so easy.the units are spacious and well maintained. We'd recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to live

We have lived with Preston living from the time they took over the building and many years before.we thought it would be nice to say how we have liked living under them as the owners.

As any living space there is always work to be done! Work orders have always been been looked after and completed on time, every work order comes with different situations but, any time we have had a problem we have always had a great experience and they have made adjustments to upgrade our living space throughout the years.our management team for the property has always been great and shows support and respect and has taken preventive action when need be.safety has always been followed with cover-19.

Awhile back we had a family member become ill.we were going to move but the help from the property manager and her team made it safe for us to stay.magnificent example of what a dedicated group of people can to do make a good place to live and work.

Vilma the renting agent is very accommodating and nice. The place is very clean and well maintained. The hallways are clean and they have a cleaner that works 7 days a week. Friendly staff and very helpful with your concerns.

90 eastdale is a good place to stay and Vimla from preston living helped us on every stage of the process.

Professional, friendly service and clean building. The staff at 90 Eastdale have been friendly and accommodating from my first visit. In particular, Vilma and Louis have been very helpful while I went through the application and moving process. I received a welcome packet when I picked up my keys that included fire safety, maintenance procedures and a blank form, and property policies. In my unit, there was a gift package of sort that had essentials (two rolls of wrapped toilet paper and a large wrapped roll of paper towels). This was thoughtful as moves can be so stressful, someone may forget.

I've received proper notice, from phone call and paperwork, prior to landlord entry so they could replace the countertop in my kitchen. I have lived here for a few weeks and can confirm that the common areas are always clean (this is usually where buildings fail with me). The elevators are always working (another fail at other, newer buildings I have lived in). They are following COVID protocols. There are signs posted for mask requirements in common areas. Each time I've had to go into the property management office, I fill out a screening form.

I feel they take resident safety, professional service, and building cleanliness seriously.
