Preston Living - 2 Secord Avenue

Too much cockroaches in the apartment. Every 5,6 moth they scheduled if you request pest control but nothing work here.they’re too much cockroaches. And still rent is too high.

I came to Canada in May 2022 and I had to look for a pet friendly apartment. I am thankful to Liljana from 2 Secord Avenue, East York for helping us with a fantastic apartment, totally aligning to our needs. The house was newly painted and has a beautiful balcony view. I would like to highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a hassle free rental. Liljana is extremely helpful and always responds immediately to any request. There is easy access to grocery stores, trails, daily needs shops, parks, schools and anything else you can think of! I am glad I found this place and it is no less than a blessing! Anyone who visits our house mentions that it is a beautiful place to live in! Please visit the property and I am sure you will find your dream house at 2 Secord Avenue!

LILYANA HYSI helped a lot to get onboard to 2 Secord Ave. She is always helpful and providing prompt response for all my request.

Good place to live in on rent. Very close to bus stop and subway station. Great view from the balcony but I wish there were mesh for the balcony to protect from birds.

My clogged sink was fixed in 2 steps in less than 2 hours since reported.
So grateful.thank you!
She always cares to help as soon as she receives a note from tenants.

The lady who works in 2 second apartment rental office is unfrendly, show unwelcome face and very hard to communicate

I have been living here since 2019. Liljana and her team have always resolved complaints within a day or two. Seen no roaches or pests since the day I moved in. And yes, the cleaning of the common areas is done as per schedule.
