I recently completed dental work with Dr. Wong, and I am so happy with the final results! From the initial consultation to the final appointment, Dr. Wong was a pleasure to work with. She meticulously guided me through the process of fixing my bite with Invisalign, ensuring every step was clear and comfortable. Her expertise shone through when it came to the crown work, transforming my smile into something I'm proud to show off!

Very sensitive to pain in my mouth, about 15 yrs ago a work colleague recommended Pretoria and Dr Mike Watkins with whom I experienced my first ever pain-free dentist apmt. When Dr Watkins retired last year I was a bit concerned but Dr Wong and more recently Dr Josephson allayed any concerns. The office is a well oiled operation and dental care beyond reproach. Highly recommend.

Excellent dental office - very skilled, well-informed, and kind staff - from front desk to hygienist to dentist. I actually don’t mind going for my regular cleanings - not something one often says about a dental visit!

I've always had a horrendous, unwelcoming or uncomfortable experience at previous Dental clinics. It's honestly the 1st time I've ever felt so comfortable at a Dental practice. Other practices need to take note. Clearly Pretoria Bridge Dental is doing something right for their patients. Marie at the front desk was so welcoming, Ashley my hygienist was simply great and so competent. Dr Josephson was very informative, articulate, knowledgeable and very thorough.

4.5/5 Very attentive and caring staff. Most of the time is spent with the hygienist and then the dentist comes in at the very end of the appointment and asks to discuss any concerns, to check the overall health of the mouth, and then specifically for cavities. Next steps are discussed if applicable. Receptionists are always on the phone so there is some wait time to be greeted. I don't personally like to overhear other patients having to pay for services, often having to make large payments. I worry that they may not be able to afford it. Especially if they are new to Canada and/or students. They are very friendly and I feel taken care of at the end of the appointment with a future booked appointment. I have had several dental hygienists and had mixed experiences. Mostly good. Just a personality difference. All focus on the job they have to do. Some are more engaging, others quiet. I personally prefer some friendly engagement throughout but also want a thorough job done on teeth cleaning so I understand the focus within the allotted appointment time. I was very happy with the dental hygienist I just had. She was caring, friendly, attentive, gentle as possible, thorough with her work, and provided me with some tips on how to achieve better oral care. I had asked to demonstrate how I floss but that did not happen. Instead, she demonstrated how to floss on my teeth. I found that to be sufficient. I am confident that I will do a good job on my own. I was provided with a new tool to help with cleaning my teeth. My dentist listens and is unusually empathetic which is something that really stood out to me. Something rare to experience in the medical field from doctors. I feel heard and respected. I really appreciate this given some horrible experiences I have had in the past with doctors. My dentist is Dr. Keith Josephson.

I feel I am in very good hands at this clinic and they make me very comfortable during uncomfortable procedures.

I have been going to Pretoria Bridge Dental all my life. From the receptionists, to the hygienists and the dentists everyone is professional, knowledgeable and make your visit as comfortable as possible.

I highly recommend Dr. Wong for any dental related needs. She is extremely kind, thorough, helpful, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. I recently finished Invisalign treatments with Dr. Wong and she improved my smile tremendously in a short amount of time. Would recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing dentist. I never write reviews - but as someone who (unfortunately) is at the dentist many times a year - this is the BEST dental experience I have ever had. From the admins, hygienists, dental assistants and dentists - everyone is phenomenal. I've been with Dr. Serena Wong for ~5 years and by FAR the best dentist I have ever had. My fear of dentists has been redeemed and I never dread going to the dentist. The staff all love what they do and they genuinely get to know you as people. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Excellent clinic. You are well taken care of from the minute you walk in the door to when you leave. The staff is friendly, professional and will do everything to make sure all your needs are met. I highly recommend Ashley Larocque, one of the dental hygienist with wonderful soft touch. She is very thorough and always greets you with a smile. I also recommend Dr. Serena Wong - one of the best dentist I have ever had. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and her quality of care is excellent!

I've been going to Pretoria Bridge Dental since I was a kid and the experience has always been extremely pleasant. I've seen different staff throughout the years but they have always been amazing. Even after moving further away, I would still come back for the wonderful service. Highly recommend.

The best dental clinic that I know of. Dr. Hoeschen gave me 8 veneers and they look fantastic! I am always recieving compliments about them and I no longer try to hide my smile. The procedure was done very professionally and I was comfortable the entire time over multiple appointments. He and Aline are an amazing team that will deliver exceptional care. The whole office is an exceptional team. It really shows that he has a passion for dentistry and has pursued advanced dentistry to the best level possible. I myself am a dentist and he is one of the only dentists I would trust with my teeth!

Dr. Serena Wong exhibits technical strengths across a very broad range of procedures; is focused yet never seems rushed; consistently centred, affable, humble, curious, and caring - you are in good hands.

I have enjoyed every experience I've had at Pretoria Bridge Dental and as someone who used to dread dental visits, that's not something I thought I'd ever say. The front staff are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The hygienists and dentists I've seen are the same! So knowledgeable and patient answering any questions I have. The facilities are very modern, clean and I love that there are screens in the rooms where the dentists can show and explain the photos and x-rays of your teeth.

I have been a patient at Pretoria Bridge Dental all my life (since I was 3-4 years old). I have had the pleasure of seeing multiple hygienists and dentists over that period and I've had an excellent experience each time. All the staff are very friendly and competent. And the office is very well set up (the new renovations are excellent). Also, the central location is convenient as I have moved numerous times around Ottawa (East, West, South). I have been going to Pretoria Bride Dental for over 10 years now and have nothing negative to say about this place! The staff are all so welcoming and friendly, my hygienist Elaine is fantastic! My first and second dentist have since retired which made me sad as they were excellent. My new dentist is lovely.

Helpful: They send reminders of appointments and if my preferred time isn’t available, they work to fit me in and follow up with cancellations. Once, I showed up at the wrong time and they rearranged their lunch breaks to fit me in.

Thorough: Cleaning is great.
Safe: Lots of Covid-19 precautions taken.
Enjoyable: I love to catch-up on the headlines with the news playing on TVs on the ceilings!

I am a new patient at Pretoria Dental and as someone who has a lot of anxiety with dentists they are amazing. They completely eased my anxiety and listened to my concerns and weren't dismissive. I am beyond happy with my dentist and dental hygienist. Everyone that works there is super friendly as well.

The dentist Dr. Jessica Gubernat is very patient and takes time to explain everything in details. Makes you comfortable and assures that you are in good hands. The tooth extraction process though very complicated was done with utmost professionalism and carefully. Barely felt the pain during the process and after the extraction the next day. The hygienist supporting the doctor was very supportive and knowledgeable. Kudos to the whole staff for such friendly and professional environment.

I've been with this clinic for over two years, very satisfied so far: had 3 crowns and several fillings with Drs. Hoeschen (mostly) and Gubernat. Nice and respectful attitude from both doctors and other staff. Charges seem to be according to Dental Association's recommendations. Before the pandemic, at some moments it was difficult to book anything for the following 2-3 (once even 5, I believe) months, so if you decide to go with them it is better to plan things ahead.

This "dental clinic" seems like a high school drama. Unprofessional, rude, untrustworthy, lacks decency, and lack of respect for other people and full of over-the-top unnecessary drama. I almost made the mistake of coming here from a previous dental clinic because of a dentist I wrongly assumed was a person of integrity. Instead of owning up to their mistakes, they look for excuses to justify their contemptuous behaviour to make themselves feel better when they wrong you. They have no honour, no respect.

The best of the best! Great clinic. I was extremely impressed with the Clinic Pre-COVID and I’m even more impressed with how they’ve adapted to COVID procedures. I felt extremely safe during my recent appointment.

Expensive and trying to pass off expenses as very serious sounding dental maladies that would leave you toothless if not undertaken

This is a fantastic dental clinic. I hihly recommend it for everyone looking for a good quality work and long-lasting solutions.
I have been a patient of Dr. Wong for over a year, but I have also been attended to by Dr. Gubernat. All members of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have had some bad luck with my teeth during last year and actually lost few of them and needed a lot of fixing. Dr. Wong prepared a detailed plan for me, prioritizing the most urgent issues. I ended up having 3 implants done. Dr. Wong was very considerate regarding the whole procedure and financial burden. I was always given multiple options to choose from whether it was a simple cavity fix or implants.
During the COVID-19 period I was also offered a convenient video consultation, which really saves you a trip to the clinic and all the hustle regarding hygiene precautions.

I find the hygienists friendly and thorough. The dentists care about their patients and make sure that the patient understands everything that is happening.

There isn't a lot of parking at the office, but a visit to their website outlines many areas where patients can park.

Had gone in for a tooth filling, and ended up getting cut across the face by the drilling machine slipping from the doctors hands and going over my face. It's likely going to leave a permanent mark. This is not the kind of treatment I was expecting

Great practice! The entire team are kind, friendly and professional. I was referred to Pretoria Bridge Dental by a colleague in an emergency situation, as my previous dentist had retired. I ended up having a root canal with an endodontist. Dr. Hoeschen took great care throughout the entire process and has done the same for all of my treatments since!
