I've been seeing Kim for my lashes for YEARS and she has always been perfect and accommodating even when I have picky preferences. I get compliments for my lashes all the time and people always comment how they can never tell that they're not mine! Love this place! Highly recommend!

I’ve been getting my lashes done by kim for almost 3 years now and she’s honestly the best, she makes sure the lashes suit your eyes and is very gentle with your eyes.i have sensitive skin and she takes extra care with anything that goes on my skin!

Kim - the owner of Pretty Girl Lounge completed my natural set of lashes. She made a HUGE mistake, her hand slipped while applying the lashes and the instrument with glue on it hit the black part of my eye (the cornea). When I opened my eyes I was in extreme pain, my eye was excessively watering and blood shot red. Kim consistently said nothing is wrong and didn’t do anything. I rushed to the walk in clinic when the doctor said to go to the Emergeny room ASAP. Her negligence caused cornea adhisions to my left eye. I’ve been on pain killers and antibiotics as well had to get a tetanus shot because this was treated a womb/cut. BE AWARE and NEVER go to Pretty Girl Lounge. The workmanship completed my Kim is detrimental to your vision and safety.

I have always went to pretty girl lounge since discovering them beside Harvey's. Decent price technicians are really nice! And my lashes last with no irritation which is rare for me
