Pretty Nails

Went in for the first time for a refill. The lady doing my nails said she can’t do it because it was “too thick” even though my usual place never has an issue.she made me get a full set to make the bill larger. There were bumps and bubbles in my nails and one broke off after a week when i was lifting my purse.low quality and rude staff.would love to come back here because of the low prices but won’t because of the quality.

I scheduled an appointment for two at 5: 30pm for a pedicure and they were only able to accommodate one out of the two of us. Horrible scheduling. They just lost a customer.

Very bad and horrible experience. She did my manicure on the the pedicure chair while she was standing and damaged my three nails cuticle bleeding. Totally unhygienic and brutal way of manicure and pedicure. Never going back there again.

It was my first time here in years. T the lady who did my nails, was quite aggressive physically and verbally. She kept pulling my hand so hard and complaining about whoever previously did my nails didn't do a good job. Well. I normally get my nails done between 2 and 3 weeks and they never break or lose shalac. It was only 4 days this time when 2 nails broke and the shellac started coming off other nails. Quite disappointed. If your going to constantly criticize someone else's work make sure yours is better. Also don't be so aggressive when pulling another person hands. Getting my nails done should have been a quiet and relaxing time

I visited this salon because it’s close to my house. Normally, I do my nails at Lakeshore/Islington which is close to my work area and I liked it. In this salon at Albion, I had my regular pedicure and shellac for manicure. But after a week, the polish started to peel off and in 10 days, I totally able to peel it with my nails while in Lakeshore, I had shellac for 3 weeks and was still good except my nails are getting longer so I need to repaint them.

I miss the old management. I got my nails done here and some were too thick. I got a mani and padi with acrylic nails and shellac polish. There was no hand massage and I wasn't given the container with warm soapy water to clean my nails and soften my cuticles. The lady who did my nails is very friendly though.

I have visited Pretty Nails on Albion a few times now and there is a reason why, they always get my nails right! This time I got my nails done by Thi and she is very detailed with her work and always gets the designs right! I highly recommend this salon.

Have visited here a lot cos it's close to my home. Each time is same experience, the nail polish isn't a good quality.
I always get a shellac nail polish with acrylic nails but after few days the polish starts to peel off.
Also lack of professionalism with these Asains who talk a lot in their language without paying attention to their job.
I don't say you cant speak your language but be mindful, respectful and professional about it. Speak only when necessary and not chit chat conversation like you in your home.

Never going back again.they hurt my finger and the nail polish barely lasted.this is the first time my nails look so bad and ive always had my nails done but at a different salon.they are cheap for a reason.

I got a shellac manicure on Wednesday Oct 24. Today it has been one week and I already have 2 chipped nails (they chipped on day 5). The quality is not good. I will not be returning.

They made me bleed on multiple fingers my set was all different lengths and shapes. They were nice but that’s about it.

Very clean establishment. They have an abundance of nail polish. I use OPI and my pedi will last a month but my manicure will last just over a week.

Shellac Nail polish always lasts longer here from other places I’ve been to. I’ve been going here for years. My only critique about this place is that the prices are always standard and doesn’t matter what you end up doing, you still end up paying the same amount. I paid the same amount today as two months ago, but this time I didn’t do a full pedicure like last time. Both times I did gel/shellac manicure, and this time I only put nail polish on my toes. I’d like to come back, but this is something for the owner to keep in mind.
