The owner, PANKIT, is probably the friendliest person in the fast food industry that I have met, and I've met many. He took my order, and came back to chat with me. Because he is from India and I am from South Africa, we talked about cricket for the longest time. As for his food, the fries were done to perfection and the burger? Out of this world delicious! An excellent bargain at $12! Best service too. I'll definitely be going back and I'm recommending Prima Pizza to all my family and friends. Well done Pankit!

Pretty good pizza! And competitive ($24.99 for a large three topping, 3 dips and 3 drinks) Star deducted for giving us Coke instead of Pepsi as we ordered but we will order from them again.

New ownership as of March 2023 so ignore the previous bad reviews. I picked up a pizza for takeout. Very good pizza and we will definitely be back.

They're lucky Italians can't claim Cultural Appropriation for bad pizza.
First time purchase. I had to stop in the area so I phoned in an order based on the Google 4.5 rating.
They messed up my meat lovers order. Instead I think I got The Works. Had meat but also raw onions and olives (yuk). They were very apologetic, and in theory I got an upgraded pizza for a lower price, but the sauce was bland, there wasn't much cheese and the dough was like a cracker!

I have tried tandoori paneer pizza it was very tasty and delicious, the staff was very friendly and the price was worthy i will be back soon

Just great pizza.
Ordered The Works pizza, with Mozzarella sticks and the jalapeño poppers.
The ingredients are amazingly fresh, like going to the store yourself and preparing this at home, fresh. Not at all greasy and thr crust is light and crispy with a pleasant mixture of doughy and flaky goodness.
10/10 would recommend!

Very poor quality all around.
Pickup order took almost 45 mins to prepare, after being told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes.
Washroom out of order and entire property looks unclean.
Pizzas we’re all over cooked and rather tasteless. Kids wouldn’t eat them, and they never turn down pizza…
The pepperoni pizza they had on display for single slice orders looked to be weeks old…
Avoid this one

Edit: new ownership has destroyed this place. Inedible food.

Our family has now had multiple menu items and just wow.amazing friendly staff

Started with a quick cheap lunch special about a year ago.and we haven't gone anywhere else since! This is excellent pizza for those that know the difference.
The only complaint would be from my husband, who I usually leave in the car, as I have a great conversation with the staff inside
Keep going guys! See you in a few days!

Disappointed!
Washrooms out of order. Extremely slow service. Ordered 2 pizza and a sandwich for $75. Sandwich was ready in 35 min. After 50 min wait the pizza still wasn’t ready. Decided to leave and finally got one of the pizza and left but got charged for 2 pizza even though the second pizza still wasn’t ready.

Pizza is like paper thin and half cooked worst pizza in the city of Ottawa. Sad that the new ownership didn’t keep the original pizza recipe and quality.

Prima Pizza serves up delicious and satisfying cuisine. Their pizzas are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and have a crispy crust and bold, savory flavors. Highly recommended for a quick bite to eat.

OK to be fair this place has changed hands a few times since the pandemic started. Their pizza used to be quite famous in the area for their $10 large pepperoni pizza pickup only, now their $10 pepperoni is $16 and very different pizza from what we used to have, the toppings are sparse, the cheese not very plentiful the crust is like a skinny crust pizza with no border. I conversed with the owner about the prices of everything increasing and he complained about inflation and ingredients costing more. I don’t mind paying a bit more because of the hard time businesses are having but I don’t expect to get less for my money at least make the pizza the same as it was. My rating will change if the pizza goes back to the way it was, I don’t want to be harsh with this rating but it just was not very good for the price. I can make pizza in my bread maker that’s 10 times better than this so I won’t be ordering from here again.
