Very slow clinic. The receptionist is nice but the doctors are super lazy. Went there for walk in at different occasions …every time the doctor is different but the wait time is always more than an hr irrespective of the number of people ahead of you (I’ve been in Milton for almost 9 years) this one here is the slowest.

One of the worst clinics in Canada. All Front desk receptionists are very rude and cannot communicate what Doctors tell them. If you want to get some rudeness, go here. They close the walk-in hour or two earlier even if they have spots left.

Dr Anca Patroi is an amazing doctor! Literally the best family doctor I ever had! She is really kind and caring. She is professional and treats her patients with respect. I feel listen to after leaving her office. I’m so thankful to her.

Never answer phone and if you get a prescription sent they never send it or it's wrong poor poor service

Very poor service given by the receptionist. I can't comment on the doctor or services provided here; however, when we tried to inquire about the services, the receptionist was not very personable

The Doctors here are fantastic and i highly recommend them, but the receptionists are so frustrating. I needed to discuss some test results with my doctor and they told me i had to go into the clinic. I called two seperate days the week before my appointment because i had a conflict. The receptionist never called me back despite leaving a message both days. The day of my appointment we were getting a snow storm, i called and left a message at 830am asking if my 230pm appointment could be over the phone because of the weather. I called 21 times throughout the morning hoping i would get ahold of someone. By 130 they still had not gotten back to me. And i had to drive in a snow storm to my appointment only to meet with my doctor who informed me that she could have given me my results over the phone. I informed my doctor of the frustrating experience trying to get ahold of reception and even my dr was unimpressed. The medical staff is great! But the admin staff is a nightmare to deal with.

Horrible scheduling issues. Made an appointment and had to wait for almost 2 hours for everyone that was walk-in was seen before me. The Dr was very nice but I would not return or recommend anyone to go there. It’s totally mass confusion beginning with the appointment schedulers and what is offered at the clinic. They need to get major administrative training and reorganization.

I am so frustrated by their phone service. One cannot get to talk with the receptionist unless you leave a message. There is no option to talk to them directly. Leave a message and if you miss their call, you have to leave a message again. It's like a vicious cycle of calling back and forth. Owner should make changes in how they handle the call from patients.

Very poor phone system, the elderly leady in the reception very incompetent to do the job, this is not one time experience with her, she can put you hold for 30 min, she is always busy, she is always stressed out and she can make you stress - worse nightmare (nothing personal, truly she should retire).

Had an appointment booked today with dr. Tawadross for 12.00 noon. I still have to wait in line as their were many walks. So i asked the receptionist why do u make appointment. Her answer was thier is nothing i can do. I think this clinic need better staff who can organise the patients. Especially in this pandemic who want to sit around in the waiting room.

! Came here to pick up my prescription at around 6: 40PM and the young lady with ginger hair WAS SO RUDE? Not sure what her problem was but I really hope someone needs to check her because this is unacceptable. The way she just rolled her eyes after I asked a simple question? Please someone talk to her. I understand why these recent reviews have been so negative because the receptionist are so rude. Only nice one is the young Filipina lady.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Anca Patroi for many many years now. I have no issue with her, she’s great.

However, the reception protocol here isnt so great. I have no issue with them personally but trying to get a hold of anyone over the phone is impossible. Before COVID began, they answered their phones. Since the pandemic began, they’ve implemented a “press one for _, press two for _” queue system that STILL doesn’t let you speak to anyone. Instead you have no choice but to leave a message.

I call for a prescription refill, get a call back during an inconvenient time while I’m in a work meeting. They tell me to call them back, but again, I have to leave ANOTHER message and wait again for them to call me back. It’s really frustrating and annoying that you can’t just speak to someone when you call in!

I have been a patient here for many years, overall a good experience every time I have been to the office in person. Dr. Tawadross has always looked after my best interest and has called me himself to follow up after certain appointments. 5 stars for Dr. T, However, during the pandemic it's been difficult to get a hold of anyone from the office via phone call even after leaving a voicemail, which left me no option to drive there to book an appointment. (for me not a big deal) but maybe a problem for others. Overall the Dr's and staff are nice, but need to respond to phone calls and voicemails.

I had the worst experience ever! Unprofessional Dr. Maha Gerges. She came in late then talked to the receptionist for more than 20 mins in Arabic on unrelated work discussions while myself and my daughter waiting patiently in the room. She asked me to leave the room while she gives my daughter immunization then when she is done she left the room and all I hear, my daughter fell off the bench. She lost consciousness, I can't believe a doctor who doesn't even look at patient's face to see if my daughter is okay. At least check her blood pressure or anything after. Nothing.unbelievable. Dr. Sherif on the other hand is great, I only met him once but you can tell he cares and he knows what he is doing.

WORST clinic ever the wait is so long i have waited 3 hours for the doctor to come and when he came he said i am fine and i can leave now i got really disappointed on them and today i called at 12pm left a voicemail and called again at 1 left another voicemail and the reseptioness called back at 2: 53 and told me the doctor is on the phone with someone and she will call me back in 10 minutes i have waited for 3hours and the store is now closed and the doctor didnt even call me back. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Go to a new clinic just informing i am changing clincs really disappointed and bad costumer service or reseption.

RUDE and INCOMPETENT receptionist. I don't know her name, but she had a strong middle eastern accent. I asked her to set up an appointment for me, but when she didn't know HOW, she asked me to call back on a day she wasn't working (so basically pushing the work to someone else). On another occasion, I missed a call from the doctor so I call the clinic to have the doctor call me back. This same receptionist rudely says, "yes yes she'll call you back". I never received a call back from the doctor. My guess is this receptionist didn't even bother telling the doctor. I recommend anyone to go to a different clinic.

Waiting time is extremely long, the phone calls are sometimes never answered. Extremely busy. In real need of better office management.

Doctors are good but their wait times are extremely long even if there are just couple of patients it’s minimum 1.5 hrs of waiting. They stop registering at anytime regardless of the closing time. They never pick up phone calls and if they answer the call they quickly put you on hold for 20 sometimes 30 minutes just to let you know if the doctor is available or not. If you check their online calendar it’s not updated. It’s a total mess and something should be done to address this. They are very unprofessional and disorganized. This is not acceptable.

Received a phone call back from the clinic. Could not understand a thing the girl said. I called back but was sure if is for the clinic as there is nothing identifying the number that you are calling. It would be much more professional to state that you have reached the Milton Family Care Centre rather than "leave a message" The doctor was great but not much to say for the rest of their practice and their practises.

I call them for my newborn baby and they told me u can come before 2: 15 pm and I was their in 2: 14 and the receptionist told me dr already leave the clinic and. I was their talking this is wrong can’t do like this I am coming from Brampton and the receptionist being so rude u don’t have clinic in Brampton and she is rudely saying that i will call police for abusing and I told her call this is not my fault if your crazy dr leave the clinic at 2: 10 then u have to write in your thing that only for 2 what is the meaning of writing 4pm? I know this is not fault of receptionist but u can’t say where u r coming their is no clinic! This is rude and their is other girl she call them and they told her come after she is their they say we close.

Service here is amazing. Took my kids there and I'm never disappointed. The wait times are to be expected but the doctor was friendly. Good with children. And very patient and clear with instructions.

Waited 40 minutes at the walk in clinic not given any time indication when I asked how long to wait. I went to check in since I was on a time crunch only to be informed the doctor wasn’t even in yet. Would have appreciated a warning that the doctor wasn’t in.

We came here at 7pm where the closing time is 9pm. Receptionist told us to wait if doctor accept your patient. My 6 years had very bad fever and I requested her to see him. She said OK wait. I waited 1-1/2 hour and she got my sons health card and said doctor said NO to see your patient. Even it’s 8: 30 and there is only us sitting. They should be professional but sorry to say they are not.

The Drs are great, but every time I come there's a problem with the staff or the office. The latest: came for a walk-in and there was a sign saying the walk-in was closed. At 16: 00 pm. Five full hours before they're supposed to close at 21: 00. There were 4 people waiting in the waiting room.

Reception and Selwa (sp?) are always super nice and thoughtful.
Dr. Tawadross has been our family GP for years. He listens carefully and seems to care and wants to help. He never makes us or our child feel that we are a number. I am surprised at some of these reviews, as we appreciate the care we have gotten here over the years.

I went to this clinic for the first time this past Saturday - where their hours are until 6pm. I arrived at 4: 30pm and i was denied care for my visibly sick toddler. When i asked if they were really going to deny a baby 1.5 hours before their close time all i got was a " sorry, i do what the doctor tells me" from the receptionist. There were maybe 5 patients in the waiting room. I ended up having to go to Emergency and waste their time and resources for 3 hours for what should have been a 5 minute clinic visit. Never again, someone needs to look into this place because it looks like they operate however they please.

If i could give this clinic negative stars I would. Do not go to this clinic! The receptionists are the rudest people you will ever meet, and completely get away with it. You will have to wait for at least two hours just for the doctors to give you a prescription that has severe side effects, without informing you. If you have kids especially, don't bring them here!

Good location (you are inside the superstore, at least you can see people walking /not bored), not that bad waiting, Weekends walk in would be busy but you can take a number & walk to Tim or do your shopping. Good staff, Kate is quit but very supportive. They answer your calls, follow up your reports and promptly call you (if necessary) Good Dr's, So far I met Dr. Pieris and Dr. Patroi, both are good Dr's, i Liked both of them.

Dr. Tawadross and his team are efficient and fast. I really appreciate how they look after my health concerns

I walked in to the clinic on a Saturday afternoon so it was understandabley busy (1.5hr wait). The receptionist was organized and efficient.

Once I got in to see Dr. Patroi, she actually listened! She was attentive and caring and didn’t rush me. It was my first visit to this clinic but in the future if the need arises, I would most definitely visit Dr. Patroi.

Took my daughter here and was seen by the Egyptian walk in dr. He was horrible. Even I had diagnosed my daughter better than him. She had a throat infection which was diagnosed the day after by our family dr but this walk in dr said throat, ears and chest is perfectly fine and doesn’t need antibiotics. It was like he was afraid to prescribe antibiotics. He wasted a whole day! My poor baby girl had a fever of high 39-40 for 3 days and this guy thought she was fighting sum viral infection n told me to alternate Tylenol and Motrin every 3 hrs!
Do not waste your time coming to this walk in! Dr is awful at diagnosing children!

Receptionist does not respect patient time waiting in line and lets her contacts IN WITHOUT ANY WAIT TIME. Then she lies about it. Here's what happened when I came for a walk-in on August 6,2017. The queue was quite long, I drew number 110 and I was told the wait is about 2 hours. Everyone needs to have the number in hand and there is no association between the number and the patient file. Some patients left in the meantime so the receptionist advances to the next number without calling the name. If you miss your spot, you need to get a new number and get back in queue. The number just before mine comes and there is no response. I knew who had taken it just before me and did not see the person there, so was hopeful I will finally go in after 2.5 hours wait. However, instead of advancing to the next number, the receptionist calls on "Jennifer" a teenager and her mom. I confronted the receptionist asking if they had number 109 because I remember someone else had taken it who was not there and I did not see Jennifer or her mom holding any number or her checking it. They also did not react when 109 was displayed on the screen as they were looking at it, until the name was called out loud. She said Yes twice, they were 109. When my turn comes next, I ask the same receptionist if she knows my name. Receptionist says, Yes, you are 110. (not my name!) I asked her how come she does not know my name but she knew Jennifer's just before. Her answer was because Jennifer did not respond on time, so she called her out by name. My next question was why she did not call out on any of the other patients when they had missed their spot? No answer to that. She was not at all happy that I caught on what she was doing and confronted her. The trick is when someone leaves the queue, there is an opportunity to sneak someone in without anyone noticing. It is extremely unfair as this individual would otherwise be at the end of the queue, and it represents utmost disrespect to everybody else waiting. Having said that, all respect for the doctors. They are knowledgeable, respectful and pleasant.

This place is disgusting the receptionist is so ignorant she shouldn't be allowed to work with people. They say they close at 9 well then u should close at 9 not 815 I brought my baby in there and they refused to see her and then told me to go ask someone else for another clinic that might be opened I asked if she could help she bluntly said nope. This clinic shouldn't even be allowed to be open and they shouldn't be able to work with people. Worst clinic ever. You coukd be dying and they woukdnt see u. No one should ever go there. Oh and the great compliments these people are getting are all friend of the doctors or receptionists all a scam no for a fact

Dr. Anca Patroi is one of the best doctors one can have. I am currently pregnant and my gynaecologist will not be seeing me until 24 weeks but I am truely blessed that I have my family doctor who takes good care of me. She does timely check ups and ensures all my doubts are clarified. She is very nice and believes in building a relationship with her patients. Recently I had some confusion regarding my tests which I communicated to her staff and Dr. Patroi personally called to clarify and helped me with the further course of action. I am so glad that I found a doctor like her.
