This young lady working has by far the worst attitude I’ve ever seen by someone
The way she talks to people in the clinic is absolutely unacceptable

I visited there today, and I had a smooth experience. The receptionist was kind and attentive. The doctor was also very pleasant and friendly.

Worse clinic ever, it shouldn’t be a clinic, they locked their door before 7;30 while they should open till 8: 00pm. After 10 mins knocking at the door, someone opened the door and she said we are closed, and she said that have already the last 3 patients inside to finish at 8: 00. I tried to explain my pain, but she didn’t care … what kind of doctor ‍️she is.

I felt The doctor there is rude, not patient, waste my time, I will never go there.hope health minister of Ontario or Ontario medical association can investigate their behaviours.

Would give a 0 if I could. Called the clinic first but it went straight to voice message. When I called a second time after 10 minutes, a very rude receptionist picked up and hung up as I was still speaking. When I arrived at the clinic, the same receptionist mentioned that I need to wear a mask in a very disrespectful tone (despite the fact that there are no mask mandates at this point) and when I mentioned that I do not have one on me, and if she has one i could use it, she got upset saying they do not have any either. I left and would never go back. Awful place!

What an amazing doctor they have in the clinic. I would give her a 0 star if there's an option.

Yesterday, I saw Dr. Chan after half an hour of waiting and explained my condition (I suffered for a couple of weeks with a painful throat, and blood came out with phlegm, etc.). She spent 10 seconds examining me and told me there was no infection. She recommended Tylenol or Advil for the pain. She kept ignoring my explanation of the symptoms. She refused to prescribe antibiotics to treat infection in the throat and behind the ears.

I went to another Walk-in Clinic on the same day. The Doctor told me there was an infection that was too obvious and prescribed antibiotics, and now my condition has improved.

I recommend seeing her if anyone wishes to worsen their symptoms.

Organized system. Have used a few times with helpful outcomes. Good to know it’s there when can’t reach doctor especially on weekends.

Do not waste your time here, they sent me on a wild goose chase to get my throat infection checked out and they wouldn’t take my as a client even with a negative covid test. Terrible staff and policies never again

I came here yesterday just after 6pm, didn't have to wait too long to be seen. Dr. Liao did a good job assessing my injured foot but mentioned that the clinic is not allowed to order x-rays so if you need that service, no need to come here. I asked if she could fill out a form to indicate I was fine to return to work and she said the clinic policy does not allow them to fill out forms. I understand clinics charging a fee for the time to fill out forms, but I've never come across a clinic that refuses to fill out forms at all. If you need x-rays ordered or forms filled out, save yourself some time and go to a different clinic.

Edit: Dr. Liao had said in her assessment that the appearance of the foot injury didn't warrant x-rays because it was most likely not a fracture. Another doctor ended up looking at my foot today and strongly urged me to get x-rays done in the ER. The result: x-rays showed a fracture; Dr. Liao's diagnosis was actually incorrect. Maybe not such a good job assessing my foot after all.

This clinic should not exist. It’s a walk in clinic where you can’t walk in. You go to the front door, call the number on the door and if you’re lucky eventually someone will pick up and tell you the doctor will call you ‘maybe’ in 30 min for a phone appointment. This is a joke of a clinic. Who knows if they are even doctors. Don’t waste your time!

Worst healthcare experience of my life. If I could rate this a 0 I would. All the negative comments are true and facts. The receptionist did not acknowledge me at all when I got there and on top of that, you can’t even get a hold of them. The doctor was extremely rude and would have a negative comment on every symptom I stated to her and did not make me feel comfortable in anyway. As I was walking out she told the receptionist that “you shouldn’t have let her in. ” By far, the worst walk-in clinic I have been to and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Receptionists and female doctor are extremely unprofessional and prejudice and do not care about their patients. Avoid If you want to feel stressed going to see a doctor. Please go to another walk in clinic and read the reviews below.

Incredible walk in clinic, great customer service, the doctor here was so helpful and so was the receptionist.

If that doctor is doing a malpractice in that poorly run clinic, contact the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario or CPSO website for your complaints. It's better to be exposed the media to stop this corrupt practice!

Doctors not completing prescriptions.receptionist *lana* hung up on me when i was trying to tell her my situation.admins not faxing the write pharmacies, u name it.she thought i was being rude to her.i was commenting about the doctors not doing their jobs because i've had to call and follow up 8 times over the last week to get a COMPLETE prescription.the prescription was 1) sent to the wrong location 2) incomplete (missing info). I've had TWO different consults because both doctors didn't do what they said they would do and it's just a complete waste of my time.

The most disgusting services and attitude ever! They care about everything but except patients, it’s so ridiculous, they don’t know how to deal with the primary and very basic procedures! Poor services by the secretary who doesn’t know how to talk nicely to a patient.

Ehat kind of doctors office only dose phone consults? Yall planning on diagnosing patients via a game charades? Or broken telephone?

Worst Clinic in Toronto! Especially the receptionists was the worst person I’ve ever talked to! She was on her Phone the entire time didn’t even make eye contact with me when I was trying to talk to her.

Went to see a doctor at this clinic due to an injury at work. The doctor refused to see me stating that she didn't want to have anything to do with workers compensation. Outrageous!

Horrible place with zero customer care. Refused to take my 4 year old daughter when we showed up before the last patient take in time that was confirmed by the phone. They cannot stick to their own word.

I usually go here when I don't have time to schedule an appointment with my family doctor. The doctors are not bad, they don't care as much as your family doctor would but you shouldn't expect much from walk-in clinic doctors in general.

There are many bad reviews about the wait time here which is true. I came early once and was second in line before it opened. Somehow I ended up still waiting an hour. I also wasn't seen second even though I was there before the others. I think the receptionist gave priority to some people she knew.

Anyway wait times are bad at all walk-in clinics so I would still come back again if I need to see a doctor after hours.

I presented with a persistent cough and resultant chest pain. My physician said over the phone from a wedding he was attending to ask for tissenex to quiet the cough.
Dr. Rosebblatt said you have a cold, just get some cough syrup OTC with dextromethorphan and expectorant.
So I did as directed and it is now past 7pm and I am coughing up a lung in the parlance. Dr. Rosenblatt said he does not prescribe codeine there. Pardon me but I am 69 without any addiction problems AND this drug does not contain codeine. Thanks for another really uncomfortable night Dr. Rosenblatt. You're young and whipped by the by the medical society.

So unprofessional rude staff and inefficient examination. Do not go to this clinic and waste your time. Had to give one star as there is no lower review rate.

As a patient you don’t like to hear the word “no”. Unfortunately I heard too many of it today because “there’s nothing they can do”. You will not be treated with respect there.

They only accept cash, they dont accept uhip and it was $70. The doctor was not professional at all and unsure about any words that she said. She thinks it is on healing process she thinks its a shingles. She told me not to have any medication. Is this really a clinic? She wasn't even in the room and she was talking to her friends. The chinese women doctor is so unprofessional, rude and stupid.

Extremely slow clinic -Please avoid it at any cost, not worth wasting your time there. Not much help either. They also never answer their phones.

Reading bad feedbacks about this place, I decided anyway to try it cuz my spouse didn't want to go far from our house. We became new patients of one of those doctors haha. Because I had experience in 2-3 another clinics, I could tell now that it's big difference. We refused her service after 6 month. I don't recommend this place. Don't waste your time!

I see so many reviews here about a bad service and rejecting their patients because of they want to close early and today I’ve also experienced it as well.

I’ve arrived at 7: 30pm (their closing time is 8pm). The receptionist said they stopped taking patients, but no one was in the clinic when I got there.
So I said the closing time posted on the internet is 8pm, but she wouldn’t care about it at all and said just come back tomorrow morning.
Seriously?
I was having a breathing issue and very sick at that time
but she would not care about how bad a patient is. Only thing she cared about was closing their clinic earlier than closing time.
Do not ever go there. They don’t care about patients.

I feel compelled to write a terrible review for this clinic. If I could have rated it 0 stars I would have. My son was very ill over the last couple of days and had to postpone an exam. The university requires a form to be filled out by a doctor. It was the weekend so we had to use a walk in clinic. He signed in at this clinic. He showed the receptionist the form. We sat down and waited 1.5 hours. When he was finally called in the doctor took one look at the form and said he doesn’t sign “those things”. My frustration is over a few things. First of all, that’s fine but then TELL YOUR RECEPTION! Our time is valuable too. We would have walked right out. My second issue was with the arrogance and lack of professionalism. We could hear the doctor cursing (f -bomb to be exact) about a previous patient. Seriously? Then he proceeded to be condescending and rude as he spoke to my son. We left but I wish I had given him a piece of my mind before we left. Maybe could have given some other people who were waiting a heads up. We believe his name was Dr. Rosenthal. Shameful.

We arrived at 3: 20. Their closing time is 4 but we were told they stopped taking patients at 2: 30.
I’m definitely not going back. I’m not sure if their policy is even legal.

Wait times are crazy. Only one person working on the weekend and lack of front staff manners/help. They have a sign up saying if you are rude to the he front desk, they can call the police. You wonder what’s been happening at this clinic?

I went in with swollen tonsils, When the doctor came in she basically told me that I was perfectly fine and just to go home and take some Advil. I ended up having to go to the ER the next day to find out that I have a severe case of Mono.

Horrible service. Rushed over there as it was the closest to me that was open. Called and was told they close at 8. Arrived at 736 and was told they were closed as they stopped taking patients. I said your hours posted that you close at 8. She replied that they were technically open but last patient was 7. I said why didn't you tell me when I called fifteen minutes ago. She shrugged. I asked where else can I go and her reply to this was to say, dunno, and got up and left.
I was polite and calm. This is uncalled for. I'm sorry but if your last patient time is 7 then post your close time as 7. Rediculous.

Long wait and the receptionists should notify their patients over the phone.this is a walk in clinic not suppose to wait that long.beside the tone of voice of the receptionists not very friendly.

I went in on a Sunday afternoon around 3PM, I was the last patient they took in for the day and they rejected anyother patients who walked in. Place is small but has enough chair to accomodate you. Office itself is relatively clean. Staff could be more friendly and kind. The first thing I noticed when I went inside the exam rooms was there were no computers. (its old school hand written files). Doctor that I saw was competent and friendly.

Hit or miss with the doctors but mostly miss. I go there because I live right across from it.

I had a severe abnormal sore throat which causes my entire neck to be swollen. My ears were also itchy. The doctor walked-in with an attitude not wanting to work. She literally asked me what do I want from her. Without even mentioning “antibiotics” she insisted saying “I will NOT presecribe you antibiotics. After making her examine my throat she was shocked how it looked but sent me home to drink more water. I had to mention to take painkillers she never did. She said if a week I still feel like this then you can come back. Insensitive, unprofessional, rude and judgemental doctor. I can’t wait till she experience the awful pain I have and just keep drinking water down your extremely inflamed throat.

I went to my family doctor and he immediately prescribe me antibiotics and it’s definitely infected!
