This place is terrible. Front desk worker shouldn’t be asking what your issue is (it’s private!). The woman dr had zero care. I got pills prescribed to me, did a urine test and they never got back to me like they said they would. I had to call 3 days in a row and was ignored or told to call back and ignored again. They prescribed me something else and it didn’t work in the time frame they said to use it. I still have the issue and need to talk to the dr again but Thursday during working hours it was closed with no one in the building. This morning I made the trip again and yep closed again. Like what is going on? Your website also has a message centre where you can send emails and no one responds or sends an email back. Who’s running this? Male Asian dr was the only professional in the clinic.
Sub-par clinic. The doctors couldn't care less about the patients. They prescribed my mom conflicting medication. She already has medical issues and the doctors gave her something that worsened her pre-existing condition. The doctor knew my moms medical history, they just don't care
Just wanted to leave a good review, I was more than pleased with Dr Hirji he was very pleasant and helped my mother yesterday, Janna the receptionist was also very helpful.
Wait time wasn’t too long in the morning but I assume the later you come the busier it will get. The front reception was nice. Doctor I was kind and was helpful.
I had to take my daughter there, and Dr. Hirji was amazing both with my daughter who was sick and with my son who was along for the ride.
My daughter who is 10 does not do well swabs, needles or anything as such, however he was very keen on his interactions with her and even had her “help” him with her results.
I have not seen a doctor interact with his patients like this since Patch Adams! Thank you!
I had the best experience with Dr Hirji, I have been there twice with both my daughters and the last visit with my daughter was the best experience. May God bless Dr Hirji! He’s doing a fantastic job
I arrived 10 mins before opening, as I know wait times can be brutal. When I arrived there were only 2 people in front of me. I was seen within 35 mins of the clinic opening. Dr. Wong was patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and went through every option of treatment with me in detail. I have never had such a great experience at a walk-in clinic before.
Called at 12 pm was told will get call between 3-5 it’s past 5 called back they told me it could be another 1 hour not professional at all will not recommend wasting your time
3: 30 PM on Friday and the clinic supposedly attending 9 to 9 is CLOSED. I've been here before, I can't believe the lack of everything and the worst of all is that you can't find other walk in clinics in the area that are open. All what you see in the news is just a small fraction of the health system in Ontario. Do not get sick.
Receptionist and doctor in this clinic refuse to see patients because they assume they might have covid. My husband was denied service because they said they were afraid for the safety of the staff so they sent him home although he has non of the symptoms listed for covid. This is outrageous. It's a clinic, their job is to treat patients paid by the government.not being afraid for their safety. They use the covid questionnaire as an excuse not to work. That has to stop. Using taxpayers money and then deny the service. It is absolutely outrageous. Don't go there, they are not interested in your health. All they care for is THEIR SAFETY! Don't be a doctor if you want to stay safe!
Conducted a routine driver's examination with Dr. Hirji, from the initial phone call and examination Dr Hirji was professional throughout. Process was straightforward and The Dr offered many helpful tips with health issues.
Clinic was empty but had to use phone outside to give info. Told them my problem and then they needed all my info after 30 minutes was asked my problem again and then told to go to a hospital. They just needed all my private info couldn't care less about me.now that info can be sold and spread al over the world. Clever move on their part.
I arrived at the clinic and found the door locked. There was a sign on the door containing a number to call for me for me to enter. I called it and the receptionist answered explaining to me how things worked during the pandemic and how they mostly do appointments through call and that if the doctor deemed it necessary, they would call for me to come in for the doctor to see me physically. I asked her to book an appointment for me ASAP and she got all my information and informed me I would be hearing from the doctor shortly. The doctor called me within 15 mins, asked me a few questions, told me to come in (which I did as I was waiting in the parking lot outside of the clinic), checked me out and promptly got myself a referral for the dermatologist which I wanted. Dr. Wong was extremely professional throughout the entire process, spoke in a very calm and reassuring voice, and made me feel like I was being taken care of. If he's the doctor on site, then I would highly recommend going here.
ZERO STAR! The previous comments about the Indian doctor were so right. My husband Wasted 90 mins waiting when only 3 patients ahead! The doctor has no experience at all, diagnosed him either allergies or flu. (When the upper part of his eyelid has gone double size and his eyes can barely see). Her attitude is liked she is not sure that’s why it is either this or that. When my husband said he don’t have any allergies history, the doctor replied: o then it must be the flu.
My point is: the wait is horrible, the doctor works slow and inexperience, suggestion provides to patient is even not useful. Time wasted is one thing, but giving out horrible useless advice is a shame.
Very disappointed in the service at this walk in clinic. I'm sick, wanted to come in to find out if my ailment is more serious and they've closed their doors, refusing any new walk-ins, more than an hour an a half before closing. There was only one other person waiting to see the doctor, I don't know why they have to close a whole hour earlier for just one person. It's a walk-in clinic and the hours state they are open til 5; I got there at 3: 10. I'm not pleased with this healthcare service at all. Might as well close your doors if you don't plan on helping anyone.
Been going to this place from time to time, for a very long time. Dr. Hirji is awesome. Knowledgeable and seems like he genuinely cares. Wait times are long but the quality is high, they take their time. Never bothered me though, I just go on my phone like I always do at home anyways.
I am aware that one or two bad apple doctors work here. And that perhaps more doctors would make waiting time better for those who care for it.
It's 10: 30 am and I've been waiting at this walkin clinic for the last 30 minutes waiting for the doctor to come in while their operating hours starts from 10am and now the receptionist says the doctor is coming at 11
Was there earlier this evening and the female at the front desk and Dr. Wong were just exceptional. Never got the impression I was being rushed (despite the office closing on a Friday night) and both were competent, knowledgeable, and actually genuinely caring. Thank you
I went in right at open on a Saturday and was the second to be seen. No lineups or wait time at all. I'm not sure of the doctor's name but he was very friendly and helpful, I will definitely be back.
I took my baby and he needs water to drink, i asked 3 times but the secretary didn't pay attention, so I decided to leave the place and try to find water, bad experience
Drs are nice but too much waiting time. I am going there almost every week for allergy shots and drive me nuts eventhough there's priority for allergy shots. Especially the Male dr.takes forever with one patient.
Such a wonderful and courteous location. Receptionist was friendly and understanding. The waittime was minimal and we were seem promptly by the doctor. Highly recommend thus location. Thanks so much
I really like their hours of operation. Receptionists are always super friendly. Most of the doctors who work there are great. Shout out to Dr. Hirji - he is awesome. The wait times here are crazy though. I think there should be two doctors working during peak hours so appointments aren't so rushed.
DO NOT GO TO THAT PLACE! That place is just a "FRAUD". The note on the door clearly indicates that they only charge for services that is uninsured which only include sick note, however, they will still ask you to pay $25 if the doctor thinks you do not need that prescription SUBJECTIVELY! Terrible place, just wasted an hour waiting there.
Went there on a Sunday and was the second person to enter. They did open the doors 10 minutes before their posted time. The doctor didn't show until 15 minutes after the posted time. I saw for a total of 3 minutes. She was distant aloof and didn't seem to take interest in me. She flat out refused to address my issue because she would have to take my blood pressure and as she said "there's too many people waiting and I wont do that, come back another time. " With that she left the the exam room. The clinic was open for another 5 hours. Very poor service as a blood pressure takes 5 minutes. In 60 years I've never had doctor act the way she did.
Very nice and helpful receptionist. The amazing knowledgeable doctor (dr. Wong) asked my medical history and went through current signs and symptoms. Perfectly Professional patient care.
The working hours posted for this clinic means absolutely nothing for them. They say open until 9: 00pm but close the doors to patients we'll before 8: 00pm.
Today took my wife there. It was a very pleasant experience to be there. Courteous and efficient receptionist, professionally competent lady doctor who patiently heard us.
Don't waste your time coming here they open and close when they please with no regards to their patients. Checked their hours of operations, it said closing at 9. Got a baby sitter & came down in the freezing cold while super sick it was 8: 10 & they had their CLOSED signs at the door with the doors locked already. I saw 1 patient in the room through the window and he told the doctor Im outside but the doctor just ignored I stayed few minutes then walked towards my car i turned around i saw someone going in so i ran back and it was the secretary i said its 45 minutes to closing and you have only 1 patient and i have sinus pain and really sick but she said there is nothing she can do and turned me away! This is the 2nd time last time was in the late spring!
Why is it that when you arrive an hour and a half before closing and there is only 2 patients in waiting room is there a sign that says no more patients are being accepted.they should change their hours if they don’t want to be open till their posted time
The female doctor I saw was unprofessional and rude. She seemed in a big rush to get to lunch and spent 2 minutes with me. She did not clarify or explain anything. It truly seemed like she hated her job and in the end she was annoyed that I came to she her instead of my family doctor. (He was fully booked). The receptionist was friendly. And I have never been to a walk in that closes the whole office at random times for lunch. They should really pick a time and put it on the website it’s annoying and a waste of time to wait one hour before you can go in and then another hour to see the doctor.
