WORST EXPERIENCE at a walk in clinic. TERRIBLE front staff. After 10 tries calling the clinic, I was finally able to get a hold and ask if they were still taking walk ins as I was a few minutes away. They told me to go & that I would be seen. I got there and the receptionist LIED to my face saying that she told me to be there in 5 minutes and that registration had closed. It was for my sick infant, which I carried through the rain to get to the clinic, and yet got no empathy. In addition, this was 1 hour before closing time and there was NOBODY in the waiting room.
Doesn’t pick up their phones expect to wait at least 2 hours even if they just opened. Most times there’s no available doctor so either they close early or not even open so always call to double check but goodluck if they answer cause even if they’re open they don’t pick up
The worst experience I had at a walk in clinic. Made an appt only to wait 40 mins for the doctor. Once the doctor was ready he couldn’t even apologize for the delay and making me wait 40 mins. Dr Shwe is probably the worst doctor I ever encountered. Super disrespectful, inconsiderate and could care less about his patients. I do not recommend this clinic.
The receptionists are very friendly here. I waited just over an hour but what do you expect at a walk in clinic? The doctor was friendly and offered some suggestions for me to follow up on.
Stay a wait from this clinic and the doctor. Doctor late for work in the morning. Other time you are waiting they forget you. Or they forget you in the room.
Perfect walk-in clinic. The front desk staff were very helpful and helped clean a wound I had. The doctor was very knowledgeable and skilled. There was not a big waiting time. They patched me up in very little time and with great care. The clinic is inside the superstore close to the pharmacy.
Came to this clinic and was told to wait an hour as there were other patients ahead of me (under standable) I set an an alarm for an hour and then came back. They said sorry it could take another hour or hour and a half to be seen.
I took my kids to the clinic and I was told there is a pediatrician working there. The staff were nice. The clinic was clean. After a few minutes waiting, the pediatrician saw my kids. She was very through and knowledgeable. For sure, I will go to the clinic next time.
The doctors here truly do not care. After waiting for a hour I got to see a doctor for a total of 3 minutes and only 1 issue as they are busy. I didnt even get to get medication for what I actually came in for. This place is a joke and any doctor that can say they want to help people and dont do it for money would not be here
Fine clinic for simple things like filling prescriptions and getting referrals. However the clinic says it opens at 9 yet every time I’ve been here at 9 the doctor doesn’t actually arrive until closer to 10.
Receptionists were nice & polite and accepted my walk-in even though the sign says they were closing. Dr. Emad Guirguis doesn't really seem knowledgeable, courteous or professional. He was wearing a dress shirt that was unbuttoned 3 down from the top. You can see his chest hair and his gold necklace. It was not a professional sight. Most Dr's wear a lab coat. Anyway, he seemed so irritated with me when I simply told him that I have severe reactions to Penicillin and Amoxicillan. He "tsk'd" and ask "well what kind of reactions" in a snappy manner. Yes, I understand I was your last patient, but why need to be so rude? He didn't help at all, so I went to an emergency hospital instead. I have my own family dr but they were closed on Sunday and this was the only other alternative. This place sucks.
