They do not answer their phone. Its absolutely ridiculous. I have been trying on a daily basis, 5-6 times a day, for the last 2 weeks and not 1 single answer or a call back from my voicemail.

How do you guys call yourself a Walk-In Clinic if you don't even accept Walk-Ins Monday-Friday? What a joke. This should be illegal to not accept patients

5 stars for the family physician Dr. Marina Malak. I would really like to appreciate her intelligence, skills, experience, knowledge and above all hardworking values to support and care her patients. She’s super kind, always smiling face, listens patiently and really advice the best to cure the problems of suffering patients. One of the best things I saw during my last visit was 90% of patients coming in were looking to see her, which actually is appreciative for her being such a special person helping the needy patients tirelessly. Highly highly recommended Family physician!

Unfortunately, this clinic is very unprofessional. I’ve been going to this clinic for almost 10 years and honestly, the doctors are great but front staff has given so much stress, very rude sometimes and this has happened to all of my family members. Note that they are very quick if it’s a matter of receiving payments, i.e. For a doctors note, but that’s all they care about and not the patients concerns and what situation they are in. I’ve been ill for quite some time and haven’t had the chance to switch clinics otherwise I would have done it long time ago.

Dr. NAIDU and Dr. MALAK are great. Patient and they listen. Both are very professional. I have been at the clinic many times and have never experienced anything but courtesy by the front desk.

Very poor experience. Came as a walk in patient and provided a urine sample to be tested since I'm pregnant and having abnormal symptoms. Was assured I'd receive a call within 3 days to discuss results and if I needed to fill a prescription the doctor provided and do an additional ultrasound. No call in 8 days. Called in and receptionist said to come back as a walk in patient as there are no notes on file. What a waste of time, imagine if I was carrying a child and needed urgent care! Would not recommend, go elsewhere.

Believe me, they are unprofessional. They don’t have a a doctor for viral and asking me to go somewhere else.

Don’t go there when your sick they don’t take sick ppl I went there 5 minutes ago and they didn’t want to take my 4 year old because he had a fever I said I did a covid test and he doesn’t have Covid I told her his ear hurts and he has 102 fever and you won’t take him there lazy and don’t know what a walk-in clinic means I would not give 1 star

Hours listed on the website doesn’t match hours once you go in. Also they are never taking any patient. Terrible

Don’t waste your time coming to this clinic. If I had known that you don’t take patients who have coughs I wouldn’t have even bothered to come to this clinic. Patients shouldn’t be turned away just because they have a symptom of Covid. Did I have Covid…. No. Did it end up being pneumonia…yes! I can honestly say that I was super disappointed in this clinic and the fact that they were ok to turn me away without service!

I have to give 5 stars for today’s walk in experience with Dr. Malak. The clinic staffs are also super friendly and nice. Dr. Malak is so sweet and warm. My mom is extremely happy with her. It took us surprisingly less than 30 minutes and we got treatment which immediately reliefs my mom’s pain and discomfort. This is normally our first choice for walk in when our family Dr.is not available.

Won't see you in person if you have a runny nose. Instead you'd rather leave a 5 year crying in agony who at a different clinic was diagnosed with a double ear infection. Good grief. The Dr I managed to see in person at a different clinic said good thing I brought my daughter in when I did because it was already extremely severe!

Dr. Goyal is wonderful.
He is friendly and awesome. He always give my family and me an advice to try to reduce use medicine. I know using medicine is not good to our body. Using medicine is second way.

Awful clinic, send away a 3 years old with pink eye. She could not see the Dr because she had a cough. Wow.

This clinic used to be my go to last minute emergency walk in, but since recently its always just CLOSED on an odd day and time with no proper explanation as to why, not just once but twice that i needed to get checked.

Dr. Malak is a blessing- very patient, good listener and pays attention to minute details. I have nothing but amazing feedback about her. Walk ins might require a long wait depending on how many people are in line but they will inform you on estimated wait time. Overall my experience here has been amazing

Staff really bad specially front ladies. They don’t know how to talk with patients. Really really bad

My son had some issue and we saw dr.malak. First of all, the wait times are huge. And secondly, the doctor is so rude. She wasn't examining my son as he was crying, which is common when a stranger comes to kid

Best clinic. I won’t go anywhere else. I hesitated to write this review because I didn’t want to create line ups but then I realized that it really wasn’t fair to the hard working physicians and staff that make everyone’s experience and excellent one. Thank you for always being so pleasant and knowledgeable each and every time me or a member of my family need care.

I have gone to this clinic a number of times and wait times obviously vary depending on how busy it is.sometimes it is very quick and sometimes there is quite a wait. If it is extremely busy and it is not urgent, I will use common sense and come back at different time. I have found the staff fairly direct but certainly not rude. I have found the doctors more then helpful. I don't want to mention names but some are exceptional. I find some of the racist overtones in these notes offensive - welcome to Mississauga Dorothy - it's not Kansas anymore!

Amazing doctors! Don’t listen to the negatives. The doctors at the clinic are super helpful. Dr goyal and dr malik we always go to both during walk in

IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of someone on the phone to schedule an appointment. I’ve called 8 times and it rings and rings and goes to voicemail. The same thing happened to me last time as well. Don’t know why they even have phones there.

My family has been at this walk in clinic for years. But over the years the administration has gone from bad to worse. Today we had an appointment for 10: 50am, we got to see the doctor at 11: 47am almost an hour. Some of the doctors are great and hence we still come here. But some of them don't understand medicine I guess. Diagnoses are not accurate.

My son and husband see Dr Goyal (who is wonderful!) but I just come for walk in when I need. I have yet to have a bad experience. YES you might have to wait a little bit but the staff can not control how many people need to see a doctor. Please be understanding that the last two years have been brutal to the medical community.
