This place is special. Many times no doctor and slow. Four people in front of me and waited 1hour and 45 min. To me that’s long!

Another day, another walk-in clinic that has non existent receptionists, no one answering phones and of course locked doors despite it being within their posted hours

Worst experience of my entire life. I called to make an appointment and was canceled on three times. The fourth time I decided to call while in my Uber and was told I was being canceled on AGAIN after being told on the second call the only way I could be seen is if I leave my job 2 hours early. So I’m now out wages and transit fare because of this god awful business. DO NOT waste your time and call this number. I’m filing an ethics complaint with health Canada.

TERRIBLE experience. I tried calling 6 times before coming and no one answered. I walked in only to be told that there was no doctor there. I said FYI I tried calling a bunch of times and no one answered, it would have been great to know that before I walked over in a huge amount of pain. The person at the front desk said the phone is broken and no calls are coming in - a total lie, while I was there I heard the phone ring and watched her send it to voicemail.

Then, I handed the front desk person my health card so she can get my information. Finally I walk to another walk in clinic - turns out she didn’t give my card back. Now I have to go back out of my way while I’m pain to retrieve my card.

UPDATE: after calling 10 times in a row they finally answered (I guess the phone does work after all). Apparently they have no idea where my health card is - this is despite me only having walked from that walk in clinic to another walk in clinic 15 min away. I find it very difficult to believe

This place used to be good but now there are no doctors available. Ever. It’s not a walk-in clinic anymore. It’s just a phone number you can call to make an appointment. Don’t bother. Absolutely useless.

Do not go here I travelled 1 hour to get here
Only to find out they don’t have a doctor on site and not open to the public

I got there by 4 pm is always the same, they denied the service, my son shook finshed at 3 ish by the time I got there was 3 50 and already is been posted the sign: we do not take patients for today, even when is not busy. That happens to mean many times. The web site should say we take patients until 3 30 max. So, the last patience will be out by 4 pm.

I have to come to this place once a month on the weekend to get a prescription filled while I am on the roster for a new family doctor (mine retired recently). Every time I go here (3 or 4 times so far) I'm told the wait is about an hour. Every time it takes over 2 1/2 hours. I arrive maybe an hour after opening. I don't know what the problem is here, takes way longer than anywhere else for what appears to be the same patient capacity/number of people ahead of me, and they're always way off when they are guessing how long it will be. So frustrating. Impossible to make plans around.

The doctors are very nice, to be clear. The administration or whatever sucks.

There was a bit of a wait before coming in but that's to be expected, not this places fault. The doctors here are really professional, I was seen by Dr. Campbell and she really knew her stuff. Glad to have this clinic available to me so close to home

Last time I visited the doctor I saw said “well it’s not like you have cancer or anything like that” after I went in for persistent flu symptoms. I never stated or insinuated I thought I had cancer but for some reason she felt this was an appropriate thing to say. Very unprofessional bedside manner. The receptionists are pretty good about letting you know how long the wait is and the location is great.

Reception was quick and efficient and that's about all I have good to say. Doctor saw me and two minutes later left feeling like I had been scolded for wasting his time. BTW prescription given for cough made cough worse. So definitely steer clear of this place.

I don't know why these clinics post hours that they don't abide by.not just this one, which said it was open but upon arrival had a sign on the door saying closed even after I called and the recording said they were open. I feel bad for the few people on a weekend working in hospitals when all the private clinics like this decide (without leaving an answering service message!) to act like the 9to5 business people as opposed to health practitioners. Shame on you. Commmunicate with the public a little more than a paper sign in the window that you threw on before skipping town for your cottage weekend!

Horrible service doctor try to tell me i dont have asthma and refused to give me a medication this place i truly beleave is a money grab because after they told me to go see a speacailest on my breathing i tild them i had asthma my whole life and they insisted on me seeing a specialest dont go to this place not worth it

Came here at 10.15 am just after it opens. Was being examined by the doctor just 5 mins before closing at 3 pm.worst experience EVER

First time patient. Friendly and Speedy receptionist. Waited about 60 seconds to see the doctor. Very professional and personable.

I have been waiting since 7am this morning it says they will open today at 830am right now its 941am still closed. Alot of people waiting. It seems this place is not managed right and if they want their job they would have shown up. If the not on the door is a typo they need to pay better attention to their job detail. I worked all night. I am tired. Now I have to chance another walking clinic.

Absolutely not worth it I waited 5 hours to get a prescription renewal the doctor seen maybe 2/3 people per hour and only one doctor staffed on busy weekends not professional at all loud children running all over the place not recommended GO ELSEWHERE

Outside it posts low wait times and its open until 7pm. Got there at 6: 20 clinic was dark and closed with no patients inside. Sign read that the clinic can close at anytime. What is the point of having scheduled working hours? And I wonder why there is a low wait time? Because they are closed when they should be open and potential clients get turned off and never return.

Used to be a superb clinic, but there is a new doctor, Dr. Malcolm, who is appallingly rude and is downright surly. That wouldn't necessarily be a deal-breaker, but as a doctor, she is uncommunicative and I left the clinic completely in the dark about the condition I came in about. Very troubling. It's no wonder that the clinic seems woefully short of patients.

They have the most unprofessional receptionists! The website says open till 5 but I’ve been there as early as 4 pm and they said it is closed. Happened with me more than two times. Not recommended! Giving 1 star because no option for 0 star.

The doctors are very friendly but the wait to see one is insane. Be prepared to wait 1 to 2 hours just to get checked out.

Got in four minutes after they opened and already had almost ten people ahead of me. Definitely not their fault but would have appreciated the receptionist telling me as soon as I checked in that there was only one doctor and the wait was two hours instead of thirty minutes later.
The receptionist spoke to me with complete contempt, totally unprovoked.
At this point, rude receptionists are just parodies of themselves. I can’t understand how that kind of behaviour is acceptable.
No wifi, no music, radio, TV.just complete silence.
Will not be going back.

The receptionist was extremely professional and very warm (which is rare since their job can be quite stressful). I came right after the clinic opened and the wait wasn't long at all. Doctor was efficient and great.

Very satisfied with speed and efficiency of clinic. Not from this area. Dr.and nursing staff professional, friendly and efficient.

I rang 5mins before I showed up. They said they were opened til 3pm.when I showed up at 2pm the secretary told me they are not taking anymore patients. I said I just rang you 5mins ago.she said if it's an emergency then go to the hospital.i said I wanted the doctor to check his ears and if it was an emergency I wouldn't be here.the doctor gives her a signal with me right there watching him that she should not take any more patients.what an unprofessional and stupidness experience.first and last time attending this clinic.no one wants to work.
