Primacy - Weston Road Medical Clinic

Our appointment is at 5: 30pm and we went there 1 hour early and when it's 5: 30pm Sasha (Front Desk Black lady) very rudely told me that she don't know how long its gonna take time.
She told me that she don't know how many people is head of us.
Once is swiped our Health card than she don't care because they already got money from government.
Plz Sasha when you Are on that Position you have to be polite and you should know what you doing.other wise go to Tim s selling coffee

I haven't been to this location since covid.
I just had a visit, Dr.matinez is amazing. Very Kind

The receptionist is not approachable!
Please be more nice to patients. Mostly patient have problem already that’s why they want to see the doctor and if people who they think will help them will not treat them well it’s more stressful! The line of your work is dealing with people, you should be more hospitable. If your not happy with dealing with people maybe you should change your career. (I’m talking about the walk in clinic receptionist)

Not what it used to be. Went there for 2 reasons, I advised the doctor and he only dealt with one reason and then was rushing me out the room. As per the receptionist only one reason per visit. Ridiculous. I was better off initially booking an appointment with my doctor. They want people to come back more then once so that they get paid more as doctors/clinics gets paid in part by how much patients are seen

The worst clinic I've been to. I agree with the other reviews about the receptionist, but Dr. Martinez is super rude, 0 bedside manners. He is in a rush while there are 0 patients waiting. It was just us 2 people waiting for something so simple.

Just avoid this place. The entire staff is rude.

I have been reading the bad comments about the receptionists. I am shocked by people’s lack of understanding. All the receptionists are hardworking and kind women, and if you treat them with respect, they will treat you like gold. Keep in mind, their jobs are not easy. Please be nice to them; they deserve it.

Left work early, arrived at the clinic one hour before closing to be told clinic was closed, the doctor left early

The admin is so rude from the second you walk in. Even if you are polite she rolls her eyes, kisses her teeth and ignores you. The doctors don't care about walk ins and don't make you feel like ever considering them for family doctor services. I can not believe this admin has a job.

The receptionist is so rude. I wanted to know how many people are ahead of me and she replied “I dont have time to count”. She was so dismissive. Ive been at other walk in clinics where they let me know the approximate time or how many patients are ahead.

The doctors here are wonderful and make you feel truly listened to.
The receptionist on the other hand needs a new career. Terrible attitude, no communication or eye contact, and AirPod in the ear as if can’t be bothered to be present.

Start are incredibly rude. Hours state 10am went in severe pain seeking referral and woman was very ignorant.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lu's for years. Today I left a message on their voicemail to schedule an appointment. Didn't get a call back. I went to the clinic during the posted times for walk-ins. 2pm-6pm. I showed up just before 5pm. The xlinic was locked. After callimg and knockimg on the door, a staff member basixally yelled at me that they were onlu open from 10-5. And walked away. Very rude.

ONE STAR it’s a LOT!
Everything starts from very bad management due to the receptionist. SHE IS THE RUDEST PERSON I’ve ever communicated. And she’s rude with everyone. SHE’s making this whole clinic lose new patients.

The doctors here, are the best, Dr Martinez especially, he’s so knowledgeable and will be there for you but definitely the receptionist NEEDS TO CHANGE HER ATTITUDE OR this clinic it’s not worth the visit for walk in!
