Continue to dissapoint. When I really needed a doctor they failed me. For starters front desk / reception are extremely rude and inconsiderate - EXTREMELY rude. The doctors don't seem to care for your wellbeing. When told it's an emergency, they don't try and find the time. Instead they try and book you in for an appointment one month later. Not even a phone call from a doctor I've been seeing for almost 30 yrs. I would give this place zero stars if possible.

DR Vavougios is the absoloute best doctor! Patient, understanding, kind, informative. However the people at the front desk have horrible customer service. Very rude, hung up the phone. The attitude was just horrible. Will not ever change my doctor but im hoping they will change or educate their front staff on the importance of customer service.

The receptionist, April, at this clinic taints all the hard work the doctors and nurses are doing amid this COVID-19 pandemic and absolutely ruins its reputation. She must learn her lesson and be open to accepting the fact that everyone is suffering during this pandemic, not just her. It should be the receptionist's priority to find and suggest solutions for the patient, instead of telling them "no" and repeating the clinic's regulations over and over again like a robot. As a job that faces people in need everyday, a walk-in clinic's receptionist should be able to sympathize with the patient and their family, and be able to have a sincere, human conversation with them. Our family doctor is Dr. Klassen. She's always been very helpful, and we have never thought about leaving her. But ever since being confronted with April's poor behaviour, I am distressed thinking that she may answer the phone the next time I have to make an appointment with my family doctor. Something that may be unimportant to one person may be crucial for another's health. So don't brush it off just because it doesn't directly affect you.

I have been coming here for many years as it is a 1 minute drive from my house. I do find that some of the charges/fees are slightly higher than other clinics in the area but come here because it is most convenient. I personally, have never had any issues with the walk-in doctors and find them to be quite helpful, attentive and accommodating (especially Dr. Klassen and Dr. Chao). My family doctor on the other hand, seems less than helpful.let's just say that I'm in the process of changing my family doctor.

My family doctor is Dr. Tung. Her schedule is terrible as a patient. Originally it was weekly only Tuesdays and Thursdays but has now increased to a whopping 3 days a week, Monday, Tuesday AND Wednesday. The last time I called to book an appointment, I advised the receptionist that I needed to book an annual physical appointment, she replied that the next available appointment would be more than a month and a half away which I agreed to. At that time I also advised her that I need to book another appointment to speak with Dr. Tung, as I was going on my honeymoon for two weeks and wanted to inquire about what shots and meds I would need to take. I was booked in that same week. Shortly after, the receptionist called me back to advise me that Dr. Tung spoke to her and advised her to recommend that I go to a nearby travel clinic as this consultation would not be covered under OHIP. This is a joke right? The travel clinic is not covered under OHIP either. At least with my family doctor they should know which shots I have already taken and which ones I will need. Apprently if appointments are not covered under OHIP they are not worth her time. I understand that everyone has bills to pay but if you cannot spend 5 to 10 minutes with your own patients to go over what medications they need based on their medical records, then you shouldn't have any patients at all.

As mentioned previously, I am already in search of a new family doctor and would ONLY visit this clinic for walk-in purposes in the future.

The clinic rarely accepts patients after 6: 30. This should be posted closing time and not 8PM. Don't waste your time driving here and waiting in line if it's after 6: 30

Worst run clinic I’ve ever been too. Wait times are ridiculous and the doctors just don’t care.

I had a cyst removed at a private clinic and they told me to go to my family doctor or a walk in to have the bandages changed in a couple of days so I made a mistake of walking in here. I asked the doctor to change the bandage and he tells me I should go back to the doctor that did the operation because the bandages they used cost a lot!

Or go to Shoppers Drug Mart and buy a box because I’ll need to change it more then once. So basically, I waited for nothing. They could of told me that when I checked in. I told the lady that I just needed a doctor to change the bandages. Honestly, I should send this clinic a bill for wasting my time.

Useless clinic. Been a patient for over 12 years. Never ever experienced such a disgraceful clinic in all my life. The staff is absolutely rude and ignorant. The doctor is not informative at all. Has booked me multiple appts with other drs without me even seeing her, can never get an appt for at least 2 months, I go to the hospital the majority of the time cuz I can never get in, and i have a serious back problem and hand issues, and starts new policies without informing her patients of doing so about missed appts (3 missed appts result in not being her patient anymore dr. Yim lee) got a letter today stating that since my son missed his appt and we've had more then one missed appt. That we will no longer be patients. First off, your useless, second it's okay for you to not be available as a family doctor and always be 35 to 45 minutes late for any appointment it's not okay for you patients to have accidents. Maybe you should invest in courtesy calls like most doctors do. Or is that to hard for most the staff to comprehend. Personally I am glad I am no longer a patient of a doctor that is useless to my health, as well as my kids.

Horrible experience. Do not even bother going in. Front desk people are EXTREMELY rude. My family doctor is great but the front desk people are just horrible.

With so many clinics around the area save yourself the frustration and go else where. Don't support these greedy Doctors.

Trying to get an appointment with my family doctor is impossible. They book 9+ months in advance and then cancel the week of because "Dr. Yim-Lee will be doing walk in that day", or "on vacation". At one point they denied me as a patient because they 'lost' my files in the office move and then magically found them a year later after calling monthly.

The office itself is dirty, the medical equipment looks like it is from the 80's and the staff have bad attitudes for no reason.

I've been to this clinic twice, first time was an acceptable wait (45 minutes). Second time I saw at least 4 people who came in well after me go before me, I asked what was going on and they said that I still had a few in front of me. This was after I sat there for 2 hours. I also saw the doctor come out and have a 20 minute conversation with a friend in the lobby, and then run out for lunch. I left after this, never going back.

Came to the clinic 2 days in a row (Tuesday and Wednesday). On these days the clinic is open until 8pm. On the first day I came at 7pm, and the next at 7: 30pm. Both times, I was told that they don't accept patients anymore for the night because of high volume (I wish I could add pictures to show zero people in the waiting room). Terrible service. I wish I could rate a zero. Dr. Soltani - very bad service, inhumane patient treatment. People waste their time coming there to be sent away. Disgusting. Same Dr. Both nights. May 21 and 22.

I have been seeing Dr. Soltani for a few months now and working with him has been a pleasure. He is very upfront and always explains what he is doing and thinking. There are no mysteries with him, which I appreciate. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to be involved in their own health.

I have been going here for a very long time. All of the doctors are excellent and do their very best for you. Sometimes the wait time is longer than I'd like but thats understandable as they do their best for each and every patient.

This place is a joke. These are not real doctors. Whenever they dont know what's going on they send you to the emergency room at the hospital. They never want to check you properly.

This has to be the worst run clinic I have ever set foot in. The wait times are horrible. And some of the doctors just don’t care. I had 1 gentleman tell me he wouldn’t give me a gauze pad because he said it was too expensive. I had a small cyst removed at a private clinic and that surgeon told me to go to any drop in clinic in 2 days to change the pad. The doctor tells me i’ll need more then 1 pad so I might as well go buy a box.

Been a patient of Dr Tanaka for 25+ years and he is a wonderful Doctor. Always patient and listens.

The office on the other hand is HORRIBLY run. Every single experience is a nightmare. Staff have accidentally cancelled appointments, do not disclose accurate information regarding his walk in hours and are so very rude.

My history with Dr Tanaka is what has kept me as a patient but I will be looking for a new practice to join because I cannot handle the office staff and the way things are run.

I’ve showed up to appointments with a newborn, and the staff have “accidentally” cancelled the appointment, with no notice. Sat waiting around for the Dr to squeeze me in.

I’ve been told to show up at a certain time, only to find out th Dr isn’t in, or coming in for 2 hours.

It’s ridiculous. Sitting in an office fuming with anger due to reasons the office caused is not something I wish to do any longer.
