Primacy - McLaughlin Village Medical Clinic

During my recent appointment at this clinic, I felt that the doctor was in a hurry and didn't take the time to listen to my concerns. Despite booking an appointment in advance, I had to wait for a long time before being seen. This overall experience has left me dissatisfied, and as a result, I have decided not to visit this clinic again. It is important for healthcare providers to prioritize attentive care and timely appointments to ensure a positive patient experience.

As much as I appreciate my family doctor here and she is the only reason I continue coming here, I always have to wait Atleast for 35-40 min (even to get refill). What’s the point of an appointment? ! Please respect people’s time. Receptionist should keep some buffer time between two appointments so doctor will get enough time for each patient and also parents doesn’t have to wait for an hr. Also the receptionist is very rude, being in Heathcare you should be little empathic and kind to people.

The doctors here are amazing, Dr Virde been my family doctor since the early 90s. The front desk staff and the nurses are always very helpful.
