Worst experience with the clinic and staff I was in the clinic to fill out the immunization record form I paid $35 to fill out the form and they made a mistake with the date of immunization details so without any complaints I paid $35 again to fill out the same record form for the second time. For the second time, they also made a mistake with the test date and I was not able to submit the form and I approached the clinic with 2 forms I filled from this clinic and they asked me to pay again $35 to get it filled and to wait for more than 3 hours. (for both the previous form also I waited this long at third time they told me not to wait long will call you between but we waited for long). Their response about the mistake with the form was this is all my mistake I am the one who should take care of the details like whether I am immune or not (which is all from the blood test results) and to make sure that what ever I am immune doctor didn't filled the column with some dates of vaccination. And even though we took all vaccinations from the golden mile clinic itself the date was written mistake not even date the year was also wrong.

All the dealings with them was worse I would say and not at all systematic with the records and dealing at least while filling out this form they could pay attention to the details they are filling they are not bothered about the time others it was very bad behaviour from them.

So in total for an immunization record form to get filled I paid $105 and my three days.

Wait time is long but Dr. Wong was excellent (5 star). Receptionist help with vaccine shots for me and my daughter was excellent too. Thank you both of you.

So i took my toddler to this walk-in over the weekend, he had a really high fever and was restless for 24 hours prior to taking him. The paediatrician was not available so a general doctor had a look at him. He had checked him and said he had an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. My son reacted horribly to them for the 48hrs that followed, he had stopped eating and was crying uncontrollably in pain all throughout the day and night.

I then booked him a doctors appointment, to find out that he did NOT have an ear infection and did not need the antibiotics to begin with! His fever was due to a virus going around instead! His doctor advised that the medication be thrown out as he was not in need of it.

I am Very upset with the services at this clinic and would not recommend at all.

For everyone complaining about waiting time the reception gives you a very accurate time, it's a mall and you can go walk around, they told us an hour and we came 50 minutes later and in 10 minutes we were in. As for people complaining about pills for me this is the first time where I go in and told the doctor what the issue was (gout) he had a quick look to confirm and prescribed me the right medicine from the start unlike most walk ins where they start you on the lowest dose to see how you feel then you have to come back if it doesn't work. Amazing service and straight to the point

I was few times here, all time doctors were nice, pleasant and I was getting all information, treatment and tests which I was needed.
Waiting time around 2 hrs, but each time I was registering, leaving and coming back in 1 hr 45 mins and it was perfect timing.

Really great walk-in clinic! The wait times are usually 30mins to an hour, which I find goes super fast. (They actually quote the time with accuracy, unlike most walk ins). The hours are great and better than any other clinic in the GTA. The doctors and front desk staff are friendly and contact you promptly for any future treatment plan/results. There was one nurse that was unnecessarily rude but she probably just had a long day. Highly recommend this walk in clinic!

Primacy Golden Mike Walk-In iThis small shopping center may not be as well-known as some of the larger malls, but it's definitely worth a visit.

What I appreciate most about Primacy Golden Mike is the variety of stores that are available. There is something for everyone, from clothing stores to specialty shops to restaurants. It's the perfect place to spend an afternoon browsing and shopping.

Parking is also plentiful and free, which is a rarity in the city. It's so convenient to be able to park right outside the mall and not have to worry about paying for parking or finding a spot.

Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for a great shopping experience. The variety of stores, friendly staff, and relaxed atmosphere make it a wonderful place to spend some time. Don't miss it!

NOTE: My two small children and I waited over an hour and a half in the clinic's waiting room on Saturday morning with about 30+ other sick people because my little one had a bit of pink eye. By some small miracle, we managed to get out without picking up any new infections. Due to an accident, we ended up spilling the last two days of my 3/o's eye drops and needed a small refill. Today is Thursday and there is currently an ice storm outside, school buses are being cancelled, dangerous driving warnings,
winter advisory, etc. Children's hospitals are also currently overflowing and in chaos due to RSV, the flu, and covid. This is what happened when I called the clinic this morning:

Clinic: We offer phone appointments.

Me: Do you have any phone appointments left for today? We were in there five days ago. My 3 y/o was given seven days of antibiotics for a bit of an eye infection, but the cat got a hold of the bottle so we need a new prescription for another two days.

Clinic: You have to come in for that.

Me: In the middle of an ice storm storm advisory? And with the hospitals the way they are, I don't want my 3 y/o picking up something more serious from your waiting room when she just has a minor eye infection and she was just there five days ago.

Clinic: No, you have to come in for that.

So yeah, not going back here.

I am a pt at this clinic, found out my sugar level is 31.9, normal is between 5-7. I am in a serious diabetic issue and they are refusing to see me or have Doctor call me, it is extremely dangerous for me to be walking around, I could seize at any moment. ANS THIS CLINIC DOES CARE!

Never go here, they will and are endangering peoples lives

I would be happy if there was something less than a star or negative rating, The worst experience ever I had because of the unprofessional receptionist who doesn’t know her job. She made me wait for more than 2 hours and at the end she asked me to pay more than $150 (way expensive for me) for a doctor to sign which doesn’t make any sense to me. If I knew these charges before hand I wouldn’t waste my time.

The funny and frustrating part is try calling them when you are in the clinic, they will place you on hold before even you speak anything and they pretend as if they are busy working on the computer despite no one would be around. This the best experience to see the unprofessionalism.

My daughter is only 8 months old, I wanted the doctor to see her, I was there at 12: 00 pm and waited until 4 pm and still no doctor to check her. The staff is very inconsiderate and rude. They would not give you an exact time frame as to when you could see the doctor.it’s really hard to be waiting inside the clinic and risk getting sick, especially with the covid and flu that is going on right now. I would say find another office and avoid coming here. Worst place ever.

Helpful and organized. They have a pediatrician named Dr. Kelly. She's so great. I always suggest people to go to her for the kids. There was another pediatrician named Dr. Amina P. Lalani. She was great too. Highly recommended this clinic if you can show your children to these two doctors.

Review is for the most recent visit I made, accompanying my father, under the care of Dr. Fonberg.

As a disclaimer, I do not have much faith in physicians practicing in walk-in clinics, and have solely relied on the odd visit, often with virtual care and telehealth, for emergency scenarios where EMERG is not an option. This most recent had solidified my thoughts.

My father had presented with a laceration to the skull, due to machinery in nature, with no previous known record of tetanus. The cut itself was not deep, thankfully, and did not require a trip to EMERG; however, a tetanus booster was indicated.

After 2 hours of waiting in the clinic, Dr. Fonberg attended to us, with a rather elitist approach. Simply inquired the reason for visit (chief complaint), but omitted to inquire about the following to assess risk factors: allergies, medical history, and medication list. As I described the scenario, Dr. Fonberg had then asked to see the wound, to which he asked myself, using bare hands, to remove the bandaging. Dr. Fonberg not only did not perform his responsibilities for physical assessment, but had asked a designate to do so in a non-sterile manner. For obvious reasons, I had asked for a pair of disposable gloves and sanitizer, to which Dr. Fonberg had jokingly hinted, "Perhaps we should split the bill. " In my mind: "No. This is absolutely unprofessional. Pick up some gloves and do an assessment. "

After this interaction, Dr. Fonberg simply stated: "I am unable to do stitches in the clinic. " When prompted if we should head to the EMERG in his professional opinion, he could not provide a definitive answer. Furthermore, only when prompted about the tetanus booster did he agree to order it for my father; it is as if a lightbulb went-off with this rather important prompt.

We were then moved to the adjacent room, to which the nurse/secretary had assist with the injection itself and cleaning of the wound. When asked about prophylactic treatment given risk factors, we were then told we would have to wait again for Dr. Fonberg for an assessment. The nurse/secretary, however, was super cordial, provided a few steri-strips, had asked if I am familiar with the application of, and had also provided some reassurance to my initial judgement that stitches were otherwise not required.

Upon exiting, it was only then we had to inquire Dr. Fonberg about a prescription for Fucidin or Mupirocin as a preventatives means given my father's risk factors - emphasizing once again, fundamentals and basics that should have been prompted at the start of the consultation.

This entire visit felt as if I was the physician; as if I took on the role of my parent's health, and had to prompt Dr. Fonberg in each, and every step. I am absolutely mind-blown that he is allowed to practice in this caliber. It is even more so concerning how many patients he had "assessed" in a similar manner.

If I were able to, and with consent from my father, I would have filed a formal complaint with CPSO. This visit has truly left a lasting negative impression.

If I were able to give a negative star review, I would; the only redeeming factor from this visit was that of the discussion with the nurse/secretary.

Have visited the place two days ago with a 5 years old kiddo. Dr. Keogh was very nice and children oriented. The personal was also very patient and understanding. The waiting room was welcoming and clean.

If I could give less than one star, I would. After being with this clinic since it opened, the level of blame, unprofessional approach and horrible customer service I have experienced with this clinic in the past 5 days is astonishing and horrifying! I am the patient, they're the doctor. But they expect you to be the patient and the doctor and to know how to maneuver a diagnosis process. In patient vs virtual is a joke and give incorrect information. As per previous recent reviews, be very cautious with this place. They do not care about the patient and reception customer service is horrendous. They will blame you for anything. Go anywhere else BUT there!

Great place if you need a quick visit, a family doctor knows your history but if your sick and need a quick look this place is great. They also have pediatricians, one is from sick kids, so kids are in good hands here.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The "virtual" clinic is an absolute joke. You go for your issues and these cash grabbers give you such a hard time, waste your time interrogating you about your medical history and then refuse to provide proper service because they "don't feel comfortable. " If you don't feel comfortable helping sick people why are you a doctor? This clinic is a joke and a waste of our tax dollars.

The first time the doctor heard my symptoms and tried to know what was wrong. He requested an ultrasound but a few days later when the clinic got my results they called me to go again to the clinic to discuss my results. I was waiting there for 2 hours just for a doctor that told me everything is ok and then to finish in less than 5 min. That was not professional.

Everytime I call to make an appointment I get someone who answers who says please hold doesn't even give me a chance to speak and then I'm on hold everytime for 10 minutes or more. I wish they would understand with 4 or more staff working the phones it's unacceptable to keep anyone on hold that long. I wish they can be reported for that alone.
Not even a manager will take the phone to discuss this issue. It's appalling.

I am always scared to bring my daughter to this clinic. We like the doctor but the the staff is utterly incompetent. During this last visit, she got a vaccine and the nurse administered the vaccine OUTSIDE the area where she applied the alcohol. How careless can you get. I was so shocked that I did not even flag it. Now my daughter has a blister and redness at the site.: (

I called yesterday and confirmed an appointment. I let them know I wasn’t a patient here before and they still confirmed an appointment. When I called back to reschedule, they changed it no problem. When I called at ~3: 30 today to enter the clinic as per their instructions, they said I don’t have an appointment and the receptionist went as far as to say “maybe you got the number or location wrong. ” Horrible experience and she didn’t even bother to say sorry. Will definitely not go back because the miscommunication is honestly very embarrassing.

She answer, and tell you hold on a line it's more than 20 mins when she get back to me and asking if baby or adult needs help and then she put the phone on hold again. If you are reading this and have the option to go to some other clinic, please do! All the bad reviews below are true. I don’t know if anyone from the management even cares to improve their services here.

We have regular appointments here because our doctor does not work anywhere else, so we have no choice. Every single appointment is so disappointing. The staff are disrespectful and extremely inefficient. We always book our appointments in advance and we always hear “I cannot find your appointment”. We visit this clinic regularly and we always get a “I cannot find you in the system”. The staff do not care about the inconvenience they cause to the patients due to their bad service.

I wish someone in the management of this clinic would do something to improve the services. But considering there have been so many negative reviews and absolutely no improvement, I don’t have any hope.

I have never been more annoyed by any other clinic, went in today for my kid, the sign said to call the clinic and book an appointment, waited in line for 30 mins for someone to answer the phone. As I'm trying to reach them, there are other people doin the same as me and their calls are being answered and they got in. Once I finally reached a receptionist, he told me that they are fully booked for the day now and I can't see a doctor and should take my son elsewhere. I explained to him that I've been waiting outside longer then others and he said it's not his his problem and hung up the phone. It is 4pm right now btw and the clinic closes at 8pm but some how the empty clinic is fully booked. These kind of people do not deserve to be in the medical profession and I refuse to go back or have any other family member come to this clinic where no care is given and the people are super rude, unless you are philapino cause all the receptionist are philapino, that will get you V. I. P service.

Called in to get help for a baby girl who is 1 years old - they would not accommodate and every solution I provided they said no, when asked if there was any solution, they said no. The receptionist should not work where she has to talk to people, especially in the medical field.

I was at the door and was asked to book an appointment. The whole clinic was empty.
And they told me to wait for 50 mins.

Open 7 days a week til 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends so it's very convenient. The Doctors and staff are very pleasant to deal with. Excellent COVID protocol. Walk ins by appointment only. Waiting area is clean with plenty of spacing.

The 3+ reviews already says enough about this clinic. I’ve had 2 experiences where once the doctor has been very rude to me for no reason. I assume it was her last patient and had to remove all her stress on me. Secondly I decided to give this clinic another try and I try booking an appointment. They are so irresponsible and take information wrong even if u specify 2wice. I gave them 2 more calls to correct it and make sure my appointment is on time despite confusions. But they simply won’t reply if ill be seeing a doctor or not. Totally won’t recommend wasting my time again here.

Absolutely ridiculous! My family doctor has not been available for a few weeks and I'm unwell so I came here. The receptionist kept accusing me of having covid. I dealt with one male doctor. Then another male doctor the following day told me the first doctor wrote down i had suicidal thoughts which i never even said! The female doctor today had the nerve to tell me I shouldn't be coming here when I have a family doctor and to contact my family doctor for my results. Are you kidding me? I've missed work and am physically struggling and she's being aggressive. I told her my family doctor hasn't been available and I'm getting worse. This place is a joke. Covid is hard times and these doctors only care about getting paid.

I always come here if I need to go to the walk in clinic - they usually have the shortest wait that I can find in the east end of Toronto/Durham region. The doctors are good and it's pretty quick going in and out, I've been going here for years if I need to go to a walk in clinic last minute. You can also check the wait time online before you make your way over which is SUPER helpful!

I got a message from the office regarding the result of my X-ray on Saturday. I was busy when they called and just listen to their voicemail when I arrived home. After listening to receptionist message I tried calling the clinic but no answer. Left a message instead that I will visit the clinic in the morning. I talked to the Filipina receptionist. She said the doctor who look after my injury will come at 4pm and if I want to just see another doctor. I don’t want to comeback again because I am still suffering from pain so I decided to just see another doctor. The receptionist asked me to take a seat and wait for an hour. I patiently waited but when I noticed that those patients came after me go inside the rooms, I asked the lady why I am still waiting and it’s been more than 2 hours. She look at the computer and said sorry for missing my spot. She acknowledged her fault and that’s fine because I can see her being apologetic. However, my blood boils when the doctor opened the room where I was sitting at. Looking at the result of the X-ray, he uttered, ”there’s nothing! ” then gave me the paper. In confusion I asked what he meant by nothing! To his reply, “nothing.normal, it will heal! ”. I asked if I can work because maybe of the trauma I’d got from falling will limit my mobility. To his answer, “of course you have no injury”. I completely understood that he is not the doctor that I supposed to see but his lack of empathy discouraged me to comeback to this clinic. He behaves that he wanted me to leave the room right away coz he sit and face the computer and never talk to me after. I just decided to leave and thank him for his time but never get a response. I encountered doctors and yes some misbehaves but he is the worst. Will go to other location next time. You have no etiquette at all!

Wait times are long and often times you have to come back because you don't want to be in a packed waiting room for an hour. The staff in general are pleasant and my son LOVES Dr. Kelly Keogh! She is the best! I only come because it is closer to me. Otherwise, I go to after hours clinic which is further but shorter wait times.

Unfriendly front staff. Always longer waiting time and you would get sick from others patients while you wait for doctor. I don't recommend anyone to visit this clinic unless they have no other option to see a doctor on a particular day.

Went in to check if i had a broken nose or not. The receptionist was very nice and professional and the doctor I met was very welcoming and also professional. Wait times is around an hour but if that's not a problem, I definitely reccomend coming here.

We use to bring our clients here all the time. In the past year or so things have changed. The receptionist.one male in particular is very rude, which is a shame because the doctor's are nice. First pressions are important. Hopefully they realize this soon

Most of the time I have positive experiences at this clinic, so the tempered down 2 stars is for those doctors. Id otherwise give a 0. I mainly go because I get recurrent UTIs and theyre usually fantastic with helping me treat them.

The one bad experience I had was bad enough though that I felt it necessary to speak up. During a visit while I was waiting in a room, I received an unexpected call offering me a job. They were rapidly giving me a rundown of the first day. I felt a little helpless to interrupt them to end the call, as I felt I was in a bad position for suddenly cutting them off since I wanted a good impression and really needed the job.

The doctor came in 3 times during this and I was embarassed to be on the phone each time as I know it was rude, esp.in a clinic. I made an apologetic face each time and asked for another minute, and the 2nd and 3rd time she got really mad and rolled her eyes and slammed the door on me. I felt terrible but I understood why she was so angry.

When she came back, I apologized and explained what happened. I really did feel bad and I could feel how angry she was at me. What happened next was my belief that she didnt follow standard procedure.

Every time Ive gone for a UTI (sometimes it can be as bad as once a month), theyve prescribed me meds first and then told me theyd call me if the lab results came back confirming it wasnt a UTI. Every time Ive gone for a UTI, it has never been confirmed as being otherwise. The meds would work, the pain would be gone and my infection was treated.

Given my track record at this clinic with UTIs and lab results repeatedly confirming this, as well as my experience with UTI symptoms and ability to recognize when I have one, she should have given me medication for my UTI. However, she refused to give me any prescriptions and said I had to wait until the lab results came back for me to get anything. Labs usually take 48 hours to come back with results. Which is really long when youre already in pain. She made it quite clear she had nothing more to say to me after this. I thought about pointing out that the other doctors usually gave me medication first, but she stared me down and I told myself "well, its your own fault for being on that call" and I gave up and silently left.

I was in a lot of pain. When I called to inquire around the time labs shouldve been done, I was told no results were back yet. They could hear I was in pain and kindly advised me to come back anyway that night. So I came in, saw another doctor, and asked him about my lab work. He searched the system and said there was no record of my specimen being sent to labs, there was nothing. So he had me give another urine sample, then he prescribed me meds (which is what the first doc should have done in the first place) and told me the standard info about calling me if labs came back saying otherwise.

Im suspicious that the doctor I had initially seen was so angry with me for being on the phone that she neglected to provide appropriate treatment and then neglected to even send anything to lab. While I understand why she was angry, if my suspicions are true, its unethical to punish patients this way as it caused me pain and could have developed into a more serious kidney infection. Again, these are just my suspicions. Everything could have been entirely coincidental.

So my advice to people going here is if you know you need help and it isnt given here, dont just accept it like i did, go somewhere else.

If I could give it a zero I would. Took my child to the Pediatrician there last week who rushed us to emerg by telling us that our child may have a serious infection. When we saw the emerg Dr he said no such thing is possible for children. Not sure if this Pediatrician got his degree from a Kellogs box, but maybe he should try going to a real school for a real degree.

This place is horrible. She said my throat looked fine and didn’t ask me any questions.she came back a few minutes later after swabbing and said I had strep throat. But the penicillin they prescribed hasn’t done anything, and I’ve finished the bottle.zero care for patients here.

Do not go here, you miss one appointment and they are very rude and deny you seeing the doctor again. What's very ironic is that I called in to reschedule again about 3 times and they never answered. Do not go to this clinic, literally anywhere else!

When I called the receptionist said we accept patient till 6pm. I was there at 5: 15 they said after 5 we dont get anyone.

Not only did the walk in doctor COMPLETELY IGNORE MY HEALTH CONCERNS. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes because she wanted to have a nice chat with the receptionist before I could get my school doctors note.which she put the wrong dates on. What a waste of $30

I went on a Sunday. If they stop taking patients at 5: 00, they should post hours are from 9: 00-5: 00, not 9: 00-6: 00pm.

I had few blood tests, yesterday i received a call from clinic, today i come for follow up, at reception she cant even figured out that they called me yesterday.
I was waiting the patient came after me they are going in, when i asked what is going on, you are next.
The management and diagnosis everything is Big 0 (Zero).
Please stay away to be safe and healthy, my all visits were waste of time.

Our go to clinic, especially for peds. Dr. Kelly and Dr. Horsham are the best pediatricians I've ever had my son treated by, and he has very complex medical needs.

The doctor was really kind and friendly, she was amazing and answered all my questions. Best walk-in clinic I’ve been. 100% recommended!
