Was looking for a new bike to upgrade to and searched around for a while until finding Prime Line Auto. Checked out their website and found a bike I liked. When I went to check it out, they had a lot more to select from in their warehouse than what they had online. Spoke to Joe who gave me recommendations of other bikes that are similar to what I was originally looking at. Long story short, walked out soon after with a Suzuki boulevard C90 and very pleased with it.

Picked up my 2012 Ducati Multistrada (certified) from Joe and team at Prime Line Auto group. From the get go - Joe was always quick to reply and answer any questions (most of my initial interaction was on IG). We worked out a price and after that, the transaction was a smooth sailing which is all you can ask for when buying used vehicles. The bike was in great shape and appropriately represented online and when you showed up to look at it. Prime line and Joe are a great people to shop for your next used motorcycle as you can see from the many happy new and sometimes returning customers on their IG page. Very glad with my purchase and the overall experience, you guys will be seeing me again!

Joe Tirone sold me a beautiful Scorched Orange & Black HD Ultra (2019) with low klm's. Joe was patient with me and allowed me to change my mind after making an incorrect decision prior to this purchase. Bike is working out well so far. The 'Free' hwy 407 access does not hurt either.

Bought two bikes from this shop within 8 months. First bike, battery died after 1.5months, had to spend money for a new one. Second bike, Ninja 650 that I bought this Jan, this is where the problems began. Bike already had a bad looking chain - very rusty, told the owner to clean and lube the chain as part of the deal. When the bike arrived, chain was lubed (lube was applied everywhere ended up on the wheel base too) but not cleaned, still was looking very very rusty and in poor shape. They don't service the bikes at all like oil changes so I was going to take it for an oil change. When speaking with the mgr I asked if the chain needed to be changed would they cover the cost. Was told chain is fine and if anyone tells me it needs changing they're lying.kind of odd when they're not mechanics.very dismissive of the issues.

Riding weather arrives, after 30min the bike stops working and wouldn't turn on. Had to pay a guy to take it to the shop and turned out the spark plugs were fried (wasn't the battery as I had to order a new one which I charged at cdn tire too just in case). On top of that, I was told that the chain and front/rear sprockets did in fact need to be changed as they were in poor condition thereby impacting my safety. All in all, paid over $1000 to get the bike fixed with the majority of the cost being the chain + sprockets.

For 3 weeks was calling these guys, emailing and emails went unanswered and during phone chats I was told I will handle it later today, tomorrow, etc etc by the mgr. Mgr kept saying they will talk to the owner but nothing happened.

This is not the way to treat loyal customers and this is how you lose business. They don't service bikes at all, they buy them, then flip them as fast as possible with minimal effort and service on the bikes themselves. They don't even clean the bikes, same dirt and filth I saw on the bikes at the warehouse were on the bikes upon arrival.

If you're going to buy a bike from here, make sure you have some extra money in the bank for the unexpected surprises that will need fixing and don't expect these guys to take any responsibility for the products they sell. They will make excuses, say everything is alright, and not return calls, emails or own up to the problems the bikes they sell come with. I bought my second and last bike from here.

They may try to discredit the post by saying "your name isn't in our system" but they know who bought a ninja 650 in Jan of this year.

I bought a bike from these guys, and let me tell you from the first moment I communicated with them about a bike I was interested in to the time I drove it off the lot, it was nothing short of enjoyable! They responded promptly to any questions I had. When I first visited the lot, I was left on my own to wander through and check out all the bikes. When I had any questions I was able to find them. They where extremely knowledgeable about the bikes. They have some of the fairest prices you will find anywhere. Had the bike for a month now no issues whatsoever! If you're looking for a bike at great value I would strongly suggest you check these guys out! Joe is a great guy and values his customers like no other! Thx Joe for my great experience ant the monster you put underneath me I will be back again in the future when I need another bike!

I discovered Prime Line Auto Group through a friend's referral. From the outside, it didn't seem like they'd have much selection. To my surprise, I realized their inventory is HUGE! The quality of service I received was top notch. I enjoyed every interaction with them. I was able to find my next project bike and work out a deal that was financially viable. Would recommend dealing with Joe. Much better experience than I’ve had buying privately or with other dealerships in the past.

Bought a Harley here. It worked out ok, but they are just middle men between you and the auction. They don't offer anything in the way of service. Bikes aren't detailed or serviced prior to pickup, just enough gas to get to the corner gas station. The bike needed a rear tire for the safety, but when they put the drive belt back on, they installed it so loose it was dangerous. Found this out after driving it an hour and a half home. No response from Joe when I contacted him after. So much for the bumper to bumper warranty?
