The office staff were very nice and my experience with them today was wonderful in terms of the devices used to treat the lower back pain, the exercises that were approved, and the excellent professional way of Mr. Mohamed Fouda in dealing with this matter.

Phany the massage therapist is really good. She knows what she's doing and knows how to hit all the right spots.

Excellent service! Went to see the team to help with knee pain. They took amazing care of me and provided me with the tools help my knee recover.

Visited Mohammed, a few times for my shoulder injury, and every time him and his staff make me feel welcome.
They used multiple modalities to treat my injured shoulder and decrease the inflammation, within few visits my pain is gone.

My experience here was not very good. Ahead of time I received an automated message that Mohammed would be my physiotherapist. Upon arrival two girls at the front desk were talking to one another about how they don’t know where Mohammed is, that he left and weren’t sure if he would be back. Once I was in my room I asked about this and was told he would arrive in 6 minutes. 15 minutes after the appointment time he shows up. I was originally told the appointment would take 46-60 mins. Never was I told what the appointment would entail. After the assessment a girl was doing treatment on me and when the phone rang she stopped treating me to pick up the phone. Afterwards I was told to go to the gym but wasn’t shown where it was. The person showing me the exercises was great but afterwards it was 1.5 hours after the appointment time and I had to leave. Apparently there was more to do but I really didn’t feel the need to stay in a place that wouldn’t explain things to me or treat me professionally. Perhaps it was a bad day for them but I will not be going back.

Mohammed is a great physiotherapist. He gives the best massage that I have ever had in 40 years. He staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Mohammed and his staff. Cheers Bill

Very clean, the physio bed was sanitized, makes you feel comfortable. The staff were pleasant and efficient.

Dr. Mohammed and his team have demonstrated professionalism and carefulness in treating my acute rear shoulder pain. After several sessions the pain has dissolved and I am now living a pain-free life! I recommend anyone who needs pain relief resulting from an injury or chronic pain. Easy access clinic with lots of parking year-round as well as easy to book appointments through their modern website.

When I first arrived, I could barely walk, and after 8 sessions of amazing care from Mohamed and his team, the pain was gone and my leg was even better than before.

I received a surgery to repair the labrum surrounding my left hip right before the initial covid lockdown. I had to do my own physio without any guidance for the March and April. I was able to see some improvements during this time but it can't compare to the improvements I saw after seeing Mohamed at prime physio.

He helped resolve the soreness/tenderness I felt inside my hip when I was doing some movements. He also helped me with my IT band. The skin around the IT band would become very sensitive and lead to a lot of aching. I thought I would have to live with these issues for the rest of my life but he helped me resolve them both (I am 29 years old).

There is a lot more I can say but just know that I recommend everyone I know to Mohamed whenever they need physio.

Dr Fouda is an exceptionally talented and skilled expert. He goes out of his way to help his patients. He treatment has provided relief for my (sometimes severe) pain every time I have visited him. Thank you Dr Fouda and his staff!

I have been receiving physiotherapy here for 6 months so far and really love the service. The clinic manager, Mahmoud, is always making sure every client is well taken care of. Mahmoud listens to any concerns and is always happy to make improvements with a smile. Mohammed, the physio therapist that I have been receiving service from, has been amazing and always makes sure I leave better than when I came in. He is tough but gets results. If you are receiving service from Mohammed for a while the only thing I can say is that he stops asking for more detailed information or pushing for more detail so you may need to just started offering the info without being prompted. In all, amazing service, would highly recommend!

Jumana, Neha and all the other staff are fantastic! They are friendly, knowledgeable and developed a treatment plan that helped me make noticeable gains with my knee/mobility issue. Booking appointments, receiving reminders by text and having the Covid screening emailed prior to an appointment further enhanced the efficiency of the team. This time around I was assigned to Jumana Khambatwala - I'm seriously impressed.
She was able to determine my issue immediately and target treatment so that it gave almost immediate relief. Over that past few weeks, things have only gotten better. She has given me exercises and stretches to continue on my own to maintain the progress we have made together.
She is extremely competent and knowledgeable, along with being friendly and personable. She is an asset to the clinic and will definitely request her again, should I need further physio.
