Primo Paving

Had me and my neighbours driveway done in September 2020 right after it was done we called and said there were lines up and down the driveway and the driveway looked terrible they insured us that that’s normal it will settle it never did.then Spring came and that’s when the grass and the weeds starting to grow up through my freshly poured asphalt Called the sales guy in the office they said they would send someone for repairs in the fall I gave them a chance to fix it all they did was come here heat up the driveway ended up burning my fence burning my retaining wall. And then this year even more grass and weeds growing up through the driveway they said will send somebody in fall again the only way this gets fixed is if the driveway is ripped up and done again which they insured me that will not happen do not use Primo paving unless you like throwing away money

We had our driveway completed in October of 2020, it was done at the end of the day, when it started getting dark outside. A few days later it rained when we noticed many puddles especially around our garage. Called office many times, they always said yes your on the repair list, coming soon, we’ll they did show up to have a look but no repairs were done. One year later we get a call from them, we will be by later this week to complete repairs, did they show up, of course not. Now the garage has complete flooding, it’s solid ice now. Please don’t use them, not worth your time and money.

Driveway uneven I don’t recommend these people very rude and inexperienced people. Told the guy that came to get the money that my driveway is uneven and have trucks tire marks he said it’s fine and it’s gonna get normal after awhile.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their packing machine died while they were doing my driveway and rather than come back they just kept on going. My neighbour had them do his driveway and he saw the machine break on mine. Several depression spots resulted from it not being packed enough and they ignored my calls and emails to address the problem. They also left oil/fuel on the sidewalk. Read their other reviews; mine is not the only bad one.

Not satisfied and not happy for paving my driveway. I told several times that I don’t like to have holes on my driveway. He promised no holes. 2 days later after rain found 6 shallow holes holding water puddles. Called and left message twice but no call back. Called 3rd time He said take pictures. Did not show up for few days. Rained again after 1/2 an hour he showed up to check. I showed him shallow water puddles. He said it is nothing. Argued 10 minutes. He said I have 2 year warranty. Did not fix the holes. Do not recommend.

Very very bad man primo guy.guys please stay away from this Company they liar from the guy that own the company mr primo to the lady work in the Office Bunch of liars

Poor quality of work. Water sitting at bottom of driveway immediately after contractors had left and cracks beginning to form only days after work was complete. Primo did nothing about the matter when it was brought to their attention. Do not recommend this company to anyone!

Poor quality of work. Had.driveway curbs installed and they were set uneven. I brought it to workers attention and they replied nothing is perfect. I brought it up with the foreman Pino and said he will stop by and check.the curb and guess what no show.

These guys did a neighbours driveway on our quiet court. At the time my wife was dealing with a death in the family and was not feeling very well. I suggested that she sit on our front lawn and get some sun. The workers from primo paving were yelling and swearing in her presence. They also talked about hunting and gutting animals. When another neighbour wanted to leave their driveway, they had blocked her and ignored her. She had to honk on the horn multiple times to have them finally remove their truck. Overall, pretty disgusting guys.

Horrible customer service, pushed me off for several months to do my driveway extension than just showed up one morning and did it and left without any notice or telling me they were coming. I came home that afternoon to a driveway that looked horrible. Transitions were all uneven, they cracked the sidewalk in front of my house and told me they would come back and fix it next year if the driveway sunk or cracked. Here we are a year later and the driveway has sunk and cracked all over the place and they are ignoring my calls and not coming back to fix the job that was done. Would definitely not recommend this company.

This company was PRIMO paving on our street (Ireland st, /Lyle Dr) today July 23 2019, In Bowmanville. The wrecking crew they sent to do driveways for the new builds wrecked my street and personal property while working, When confronted about the damage to my Garbage can, Green bin, and Blue box which was run over and split by their machinery by the obviously (neglectful) operator of this type of construction equipment. The answer i got from the foreman/ mgr.on site of the company was regretful and non responsible to say the least. Not taking any responsibility for his workers reckless actions, "Can you prove it? What you gonna do? "Was his answer. After speaking with other neighbors I was told that they were working on a street just north of ours (Lyle Dr), they had hit a car and damaged it the day before. I wonder if the owner of PRIMO paving would appreciate this type of workers doing this kind of unsatisfactory work in front of his/her house and causing damage to His/Her property. This damage was all caught on my neighbors cctv camera and can be proven. Shame on your staff PRIMO Paving.

Great service - Tony came on time, gave a very competitive quote. When time came to get work done - it was done with high quality and without any issues.

I am super happy with the driveway that Primo did for us. I Highly recommend them for their service and craftsmanship. I can't believe the other reviews.they've been in business for over 50 years and have A+ with BBB

Very upset by the way Primo Paving treats people in the community where they are working- I have video and audio footage of one of their fleet vehicles blocking my driveway- when I spoke to the operator of the vehicle it went like this. “ excuse me, is that your vehicle? (Yes) it’s blocking my driveway, could you move it? He proceeded to respond to me telling me to “call the cops” and that” I am not blocking your driveway buddy” I said you are it’s very clear that you are and he proceeded to say if I talked nice to him he would move it- I don’t know how much nicer I could have been to this guy- I hope he’s a high rank/owner and reading this. I will be speaking to the property owner who hired him and advising everyone I know NOT to use primo paving, when you take on a contract it’s not just the property owner you are dealing with- I’m sure if I parked my vehicle in front of his house in Woodbridge he would take the same exception to it. Disgraziata

They did a very bad job on my driveway and after 2 months later my driveway sinkholes a.d they finally came back after 3 years later I'm still waiting for them to fix it, I highly do not recommend this company to anyone and a bunch of phoney especially Mr pino.they should be ashamed of them selves to rip-off on honest people hard work of money.shame on them. Would never recommend this company. Had driveway paved in Nov/17. Been calling ever since as driveway was not graded properly and there are several spots with standing water. Each time you call you get a run around " work order written up" " leaving a message for someone to call back" NOTHING DONE! Was just informed today-June 8 that they should have someone out around the end of October. I an a senior and have already slipped in a puddle and had a bad fall but this company just does not care. Customer service is pretty well non existent!
