Tl;dr: If you're reading this and undecided as to whether you should get your trailer/RV from Primo - just do it. You won't regret your decision.

These guys set the standard for how customers should be treated, and oh man, is that bar high! We have probably been one of the more annoying customers they have had to deal with: we purchased our trailer in 2022, and two hours after driving it off their lot, it was destroyed after a freak storm.

Primo worked with our insurance company and helped us secure the required documentation and proof to help us finalize our claim. In parallel to that, they found us a new - identical - trailer to what we lost and called us to inform of of this surprise. I challenge you to find this tier of service elsewhere.

They offered us two complete walkthroughs given how long it had been between our original trailer purchase (in 2022) and finally being able to use it (summer 2023). They helped answer all our silly questions while we were on the road the first time and consistently offer us tips, tricks, and quick updates to our requests.

In the end, it feels you're dealing with friends who have your best interests at heart, rather than a dealership trying to pull a quick one. They've definitely earned customers for life!

As far as the trailer is concerned, Michel listened to our needs/requests and set us up with a trailer that precisely met our needs. In under a year we have already travelled over 3,000 kms and have been able to explore places we wouldn't have felt comfortable doing with a tent.

Primo rescued us. We were travelling across Ontario with pets when the wire harness failed: no trailer brakes or lights. We were an hour from Ottawa and the other service centers we tried could only help us next week, or next month. The caring people at Primo cared about us and performed a professional repair that day, and in less than an hour. Many thanks to your Service Team.

We took our Jayco trailer into Primo for service because our roof was damaged.   Jamie was very helpful in guiding us with the insurance claim and Eddy did an excellent job installing our new roof.

We decided to take advantage of our situation and have additional work done such as replacing the carpet, repairing part of the floor,   install awnings over the kickouts and replace the existing awning.   We are extremely happy with the service and the quality of work done we received from Jamie and Eddy.   We highly recommend Primo RV.

Pulled in on our way out of town for our first camping trip of the year. Smelled burning. Jamie took the time to come out and trouble shoot the problem. Great service even though we didn't have an appointment! Thanks again.

Sales team was great. Service not so much. When I returned with an issue (shower pan draining on the bathroom floor), the service advisor said "What do you expect, it's just a trailer! " I ended up fixing it myself.

Primo RV is the place to go if you need any work done on your RV. Professional, courteous and know their products. Eddie installed new batteries and a solar charging unit on my Class C RV. Quality work done on time and as promised. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the Ottawa area.
