Almost a month ago I lost my baby girls Twylem of 14 years young to diabetes.
I booked an appointment to come in and have her go to heaven. The staff was phenomenal and so caring about twylem.
They have sent us a card with their names on it for twylem you made us cry

When my dog ingested some mouse poison that the previous owners left out of site, this was the ONLY vet office that took our concerns seriously. They took exceptional care of Archer. Not even animal poison control answered the phone! Thank goodness for Dr. Muni and the entire team!

Absolutely terrible service. Zero compassion and clearly money is the only thing Dr. Momi is worried about. Did not return an emergent text back, did not listen to my concerns or suspicions about my cats health. Ran a bunch of unnecessary tests and was cold and uncaring. I took my cat elsewhere for a 2nd opinion and it turns out I was bang on with what I suspected was wrong and had Dr. Momi bothered to look at her past records, he would have realized it and could have saved my cat from suffering and saved me from 750.00 worth of BS tests. When I tried to calmly talk to him about the situation, he continually talked over me and told me there was no way I was getting any money back and he didn’t care what I thought. I will never return to this vet.

Brought Kato to be neutered, staff is very understanding and everything went smoothly. Thank you!

Dr Momi is the best vet I have ever brought my animals to. He has a huge heart and actually cares. I trust him so much with my fur babies. His staff is great too. I recommend this Dr to anyone who truly cares for there animals.

Great staff. They are busy and hard to get a hold of at times but very helpful and passionate of animals. Our dog pepper was having choking, goose honking coughs which I thought she was choking on a bone. She mentioned other dogs with similar symptoms and that it could be kennel cough which she was at a kennel recently. I appreaciated the advice. They have been great with our dog. I feel so much better now. Highly recommend them.

Amazing place had an emergency they took my dog on the same day even though they had no time available, I will never go elsewhere again, great staff they really care about animals

Terrible service left a message no one called back waited 4 days called again several times only to be put on hold for over 15 minutes. Arrive for appointment waited over 20 minutes for a 7 minute exam on our brand new puppy. I had several questions was promptly cut off by her pushing their own products for sale. $225 later NOT HAPPY! 7 minutes! She barely examined my dog. Don't take you pet here they only care about $$$$

Dr is a man of few words but what he says and does has been so far right for my dog. Nice attentive staff.

Dr Momi was our vet for about 5 years. I always liked him and he isn't a gouger on price. But last year we lost a dog. I went to 4 vets including a fancy internal specialist in Oakville. Spent 4k on tests. But not a damned one of them ever gave me a diagnosis. His first symptom was trouble getting into the car. Rear end I thought arthritis, maybe. It soon became apparent it was something MUCH worse. Not until I insisted on an X-ray, weeks into the situation, did Momi do one. I would have thought it would be the first thing you do for such symptoms. I also asked for anti-inflammatory, which for a short while got my dog to eat for the first time in weeks. The X-ray showed what may have been cancer, though the doctor never concluded it was not, "it might just be arthritis", but I could see on his face, he did not believe that. I felt I was on my own trying to diagnose the situation. In fact, I was. And I lost all confidence in Dr. Momi's diagnostic abilities as well as those of the Thorold Emergency Hospital that kept the little guy for days but did absolutely nothing at tremendous cost, no tests, no X-rays & no blood work. Had to have my beloved "Little Guy" put down. I would have relieved his suffering much sooner had any one of the doctors had been so kind as to offer a proper prognosis! His last 2 months on this earth were HE, it was a long, drawn out and horrible affair.

Wonderful staff. Took good care of my dog when she had knee surgery. I never worry that my dog isnt being taken care of. Thank you for all your hard work!

We are very pleased with our experience at Prince Charles Animal Hospital.

Our rescue kitten, Selina, had suffered from malnourishment, pre-rescue which likely resulted in fragile hip and rear leg bones. She required a femoral head ostectomy which is an involved procedure.

We found the pricing for this procedure quite fair and reasonable given the skill required to perform it.

Selina just had her 6-week checkup and x-ray and is doing very well and is now quite happy and active.

This care literally saved her life.

Everyone there was great and pleasant to deal with and the level of care was excellent.

Doctor and staff are very compassionate, got a bereavement card with my dogs paw prints. Great service!

Clearly not in the business of caring for animals, seriously lacks compassion when it comes to
Dealing with major decisions having to do with your pet.
Brought our 9 year old boxer who is going through some very serious medical complications. Checked their website prior to bringing him here and their Covid regulations stated nothing about only one person allowed in the room. However when we arrived the ladies were very adamant that only one person would be allowed in for this visit today, despite the very serious nature of the appointment. Would not recommend.

I've been going to Prince Charles animal hospital for 10 years.
Doctor Momi is an amazing doctor who has saved the life of one of my German shepherds and one of my daughter's cats.
I trust him and value his opinion.
They have fair pricing And friendly staff.

Called recently put on hold roughly 8 minutes, ok fine, new woman comes on, advise hey my cats in major stress, she pretty much said they are not taking any patients, wonderful as I am a previously client, she didn't bother to ask.

Advised so I was put on hold this long to be coldly told pretty much get lost, she laughs and says haha ya we're very busy, no appogize for wait time or fact I say cats in stress.

Took my cat here previously dr treated him than advised for a 800 operation, I disagreed and was correct, apparently have a free follow up, nothing is free I declined.

Wouldn't recommend this place all about a buck.

Vet is fantastic. However, my appointment was delayed by 35 mins on a 28 degree day, sick dog, 5 other people waiting in parking lot. Not very well organized, boredline dangerous.

The staff were wonderful. We brought in our dear cat Simon for a serious issue and had to have him put down. We were devastated. But they showed so much compassion and understanding. Prior to this, for his regular checkups and shots, they always treated us and Simon so well. Thanks to all the staff.

They take very good care of my pets. They also provide emergency services, which I did have to use once. They were wonderful!

This vet is amazing to animals and gentle my dogs loved him when my dog ran into trouble having her puppies He cleared a room for me put in a heater so it was warm and gave me a vet tech to help me get those babies out. I cannot say enough about Dr. Momi he is amazing and so is his staff and the place is spotless. Top Vet in the Niagara Area ten stars to you Dr. Momi and staff.

Dr Momo is probably the coldest Vet I've ever met. He doesn't seem like a people person and most certainly not an animal person. He rarely even acknowledged our dog before he had to examine him. He was always quick to write up all these medications before even properly examining.

We never got a good feeling from him. We switched our veterinarian and have never been happier. We know our dog is getting the best care

WARNING! Read bill before paying.charges for medication that did not ask for especially at $75.00. Doctor guessing my dog is allergic to fleas with no tests, I had asked for an appointment to return the product unopened and refused quoted "company policy" no returns on opened meds which I did not open. I was rushed out of this place because of covid scare and read bill when I returned home. I recalled the next day and told them there is no return policy on my receipt, and seen nothing posted in office (but glasses were foggy from Rona mask) then told me they would have police escort me out if I showed up to discuss this matter further. I am going to take them to small claims court and try my luck there. Also reading side effects on the meds received and warning about being allergic to penicillin and I am of course allergic and glad I did not open the bottle. READ BILL BEFORE PAYING! Unprofessional

I took my dog here as she was extremely itchy and wouldn’t stop! I told them i didn’t have much $ and i had to save just to bring her in as i don’t earn very much! The vet didn’t explain anything he was doing and i can barely understand a word he says! When i get up to the counter to pay for this visit, he added a ton of medication we never even talked about! He never explained the issue or anything! My dogs still itchy nothing worked and i am 500+ dollars short now! I might as well flushed the $ down the drain! Do not go here unless you want to pay for useless service! Save your $.

Truly grateful for Dr Momi and his staff for their excellent care of my puppy's broken foot, after another vet recommended amputation or that the dog should be euthanized.

The staff are amazing with our cats and dog.they really show that they care. They are gentle and knowledgeable. I can call anytime I have questions or concerns and they are prompt with their call backs.

I’ve been bringing my dogs here for years. I’ve never been disappointed. The level of care is excellent. I always recommend Prince Charles veterinary. To everyone who asks where to take their pets.

We have taken our puppy here since he was 8 weeks old, because my boyfriend's mother has trusted them for years with her dogs. The reception and assistants are always kind, friendly and understanding. Dr Momi has always been great with our dog, and now our puppy has no qualms about visiting the vet! The only issue we have is he gets upset if we're in a room alone, because he wants to visit with all of the staff. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had the greatest experience here. The staff were kind and professional. They were knowledgeable about the services they offer and transparent about fees over the phone. They went above and beyond to contact my old veterinarian to get previous documentation. I want to extend my thanks to the veterinary doctor whom I didn't have a chance to thank because of the high demand totally understandable. I was so pleased overall. Keep up the great work. Prices were affordable and they give you detailed forms to sign and to give consent before any procedures being done.

Great place to bring your pets. They did an amazing surgery on my dogs eye. Always friendly and clean. Highly recommend if your looking for a veterinarian.

This veterinary office has great caring gentle staff with an acceptional Veteranarian. Very caring, gentle, slow going approach for nervous dogs. Very knowledgeable and explains well what is happening with your pet. Very reasonable prices, will consider your financial situation and not push for excessive treatment. Yet does all that he can for your pet. I truly believe it was his diagnosis and treatment that made it possible for my dog to get better. Thank you all so much for your caring attitude and care.

Loved Dr. Momi and the staff at Prince Charles Animal Hospital. Compassion is their #1 priority. Knowledgeable vet and staff. Kindness was demonstrated when I brought in an ill feral cat who couldn't be saved. Treated my own cats for 3 years. Fees are very reasonable. It was a sad day when I decided to leave this clinic due to living out of town. My cats were extremely stressed with the prolonged drive. If I return to the area wouldn't hesitate to be a client once again.

Great staff! Really caring and tentative. They're just really busy so don't expect an appointment soon enough when you have an emergency.

Dr momi is fantastic woth my husky and my little ankle biter. If my dogs especially the husky need to be treated on the floor he will do what he can with them on their level rather than fight to have them on the exam table. The girls there are very helpful also. When id bring my husky in for weighing and whatnot the girls would take her for me so i could climb the stairs since my sport injury. Very curteous and polite staff and vet.

Dr. Momi was a great help with our kitten. He did everything he could, but in the end was very helpful and reassuring when we decided to end her life. Love the staff there as well.

My dog is my child, so where I take her is very important to me. I was told to check out this office by family and co-workers and they said nothing but good things. Dr Momi was surprisingly thorough. He knew before asking any questions about her knee (which has never been noticed by another vet) and he is very relaxed and calm with her. He asked about any concerns, checked her over and was very straight forward. All other staff were extremely knowledgable and friendly! Coming from Alberta, my dog never needed flea/tick medication and now being here she had to start regularly. They gave me a bunch of information to make an informed desicion on what I felt was best for my baby and despite the posters for the all in one, they explained each one and the benefits and risks. On top of that, they went above what I expected and reached out to my vet in Calgary for my dogs prior records! I was very very happy and Leia will definitely be back!

Good staff and they care about the animals. Unlike other vets prince charles is not money hungry.
