Amazing purchased everything I needed here like fuel stabilizer, paint mixer stick, oscilating tool cutting blades, lubricants for the vehicle, tape measure and more.

Incredibly dissapointed.

Flew across the city to make it here on time, only to find the doors locked at 5: 55 with employees inside just staring at me.

Needed just one thing in the first aisle:/

A bit disappointed.the area where they have their chain is a disorganized shambles. Very poorly laid out and kept.
The bright spot was a young Associate (Dalton I think) who was super helpful. Need a bunch of chain cut to different lengths and he did his best with what was there to work with.
Come on Princess Auto do better with the way you lay out the chain product.in any case I am a long time customer!

Princess Auto is Toy R Us for Big Boys, another store I love to shop at! It's the best!

You know I'd give it a five star if it wasn't for the bad taste a cashier left me with.
After generous on her part letting me have a tool at sale price with my mistake a day to late, when finished she condescendingly tells me that I should be sure next time of the dates on the flyer!
I am 60 yrs old and she maybe a little older than I. I appreciate her understanding my mistake. Don't after doing something generous help me feel good about this store then in the same hand end it making me feel I did something so wrong.
For once it wasn't about the customer being right. I just felt during this time there was Christmas spirit, Grinch who stole Christmas had to come out as a topper.

Store has a lot if inventory but seemed disorganized and cluttered. Staff was friendly and quick to help

Some of there products are great and some do not meet quota but they have a great return policy and take back just about anything with reason

Last 3 visits I checked stock on items said 3 or more has none. Manger didn't care.useless place

I purchase a 27 ton log splitter today at Princes auto. Alexis was the ladies that help me to get all the information I needed and prepare all the details, I was surprised how much she knew the machine and she made sure that I got the manual, it was such a pleasant transaction. It was easy to put it all together, and it work very well, there is a 2 years warranty, very please, thank you Princes auto, Ferdinand

Women has closed a door right in front of my face, 10 minutes before closing time! New location was expecting better customer service!

Riley was very friendly and helpful with the lawn hoses and requied parts. The new store seems fairly large and well organized. Some of the prices are pretty good deals.

Very difficult to deal with the staff. Was easier to buy online then over the phone. Went to Walmart and got what I needed in person no problem.

I would like to thank Thomas in the welding supply area for his time today. My nephew is beginning his career as a welder trainee and had many questions regarding equipment he will need, to get started. Thomas took the time to explain the equipment as well as what to expect in his new career. He was so encouraging and spoke from his experience as a welder. My nephew left the store eager and excited about his new career. Thank you Thomas for your assistance and positive reinforcement.

I'll just list some ways Princess Auto is better than Canadian Tire during the current lockdown.

*Accepts Paypal for online orders
*Is open later
*Has never canceled parts of my order - CanTire has twice allowed me to order something from its website and then told me later that, OOPS, actually it's out of stock
*Frequently has massively discounted clearance/surplus items

I'm sure deep down they're just as snakey and motivated by profit as any other corporation, but they at least pretend to care about their customers better than other major retailers in my experience.

Love the friendly employees. Shout-out to Liviu, Felipe, Chris, Teddy, and Chris L who made my experience a memorable one!

The people answering the phone are condescending and rude. I am just trying to give you my hard earned cash, have some respect. I will reconsider purchasing anything at all from princess auto moving forward.

Went to pick up some seafoam via curbside pickup and trying to place the order in itself was a nightmare. All I could hear in the background was loud laughing and the person on the phone had to keep asking me to repeat what I was saying because she couldn't hear me over the other employees. Finally after struggling with order process and giving my debit card info to find out they don't take visa debit. Apparently my money is not good enough. So needless to say I will be shopping elsewhere.

Needed to replace my wiper blades immediately during the Covid-19 lockdown. We called Princess Auto and they were more than willing to get us what we needed within a matter of minutes. I will be coming back here from now on.

If you're only doing curbside pick up it helps if you answer the phone
And only 3 cars in the lot
After calling 4 times with no answer they finally answered and hung up so I'd stop calling

Princess Auto is a great store when you find things on sale. Many times if you're not there on the start date of the sale, you'll be out of luck.

Wake up people. This chain is ripping you off. I went to buy a hand cart to move heavy items in my garage. They charged me a $4 per wheel eco charge so a 2 wheeled cart equals $8 extra plus tax on a $49 purchase. Later that day I was at Home Depot and asked about the eco charge. None. Curious I went to Lowe's, Home Hardware and Canadian Tire. No such thing as eco charge on hand carts. It does not have car tires. At this rate I think ANYTHING with tires at Princess Auto gets this charge. Needless to say I returned it and bought one at Home Depot. I figure people are so blind to eco fees anymore they just pay it. You have been warned. They should be reported to Revenue Canada and forced to return this bogus fee they have been collecting for years.

I normally shop at the Kitchener location, and this was the first time at the Windsor store. Amazing selection, spacious and great service.

Good prices for the most part but often the quality just isn't there. You get what you pay for. Good thing is they will always take a broken or defective item back and refund you. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.
