If you are going for a product marked clearance, don't bother. You will not be able to find it even though the computer says there is stock, and not one of the floor people will be able to help you.waste of time.

This is a review about an idiot person named (REZ) working as assistant team leader not to a whole store I not even want to give him one star but no choice.
I bought a Dewalt jump starter on sale from $249 to $184 when opened its box there was car charger missing, I went back there on December 23/2023 if i can get my car charger.
In first attempt This IDIOT (REZ) was came up on customer service desk inspect the jump starter and said it doesn’t come with charger!
I showed him in the booklet with its picture. Then this idiot told the front desk employee to take it back and refund me!
I said who told you I’m here for refund!
And without my permission who the heck are you to telling this employee to take it back from me!
Rather than solving problem this IDIOT (REZ) was making situation more difficult with wasting my time! I said either give me charger or give me more discount on it but he never understood and was maintaining his position with saying No he can’t!
I request the store manager please re-consider your decision about giving him (Rez) ATL (assistant team leader) position because he have absolutely no professional way to talk to customers and have attitude like he owns the store!

I personally want to thanks to MR. ROY who understands my position as well as my frustration at that time and took over the situation, with a very polite and humble way he discounted on my purchased item!

Worst customer service
I can’t find the product in the store but on their website it was showing so i told one of the sales person they told me to wait i waited 30 minutes then i saw the sales person leaving with their bags

I've been here a few times to buy some things. I really like how large the store is. It's always well stocked and very clean and organized. The employees here clearly put in a lot of effort to keep the store looking so well.

The quality of what they carry is really well from my experiences. Some of the prices seem a little high, just barely lower than canadian tire at times. I prefer princess over anywhere else though. I really wish one was opened closer to the Etobicoke area, I hate driving across town, lol.

Ordered 2 items online for in store pickup. Stopped in store, half the items I looked at had no price on them, why not?
I waited half an hour (yes I timed it) for them to find my order which was now one item as they had now cancelled part of the order due to not being able to find the other item.
So I cancelled the last item. I'll go elsewhere and not waste my time in that store again.

Good surplus items and good value. All sorts of items for home, work, and play. It's a bit disorganized, and not everything is priced or marked.

Amazing customer service. I wish every company has a manager like Roy with excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend anyone to buy their car parts from here.

Staff try to hide when you want to ask questions, return is an hassle as the line is long and attendants is short.

No matter if I'm going into the store to just kill time or to buy something, there's always a deal that catches my eyes and I never leave the store without having to buy something.

I am greatly impressed with Princess Auto after placing an online order for a hitch on Sunday night and receiving it on Tuesday morning. The price was also better than other stores.

Don't shop there if your black or minority. In store security followed me to every aisle. I actually had enough and had to confront him (white man). Didn't see him after that. Otherwise a fun time being profiled.

In light of the positive experience I had, I eagerly anticipate my next visit to Princess Auto. This establishment's commitment to offering a wide variety of quality products, combined with their well-organized layout and dedicated staff, exemplifies their dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

First time going to this location. Quite busy on a weekday evening, however I saw plenty of staff. Had an online order and it the process to pick-up was straight forward. Don't like the parking lot though.have to deal with the Tim's/Wendy's traffic to get into the place. Parking lot towards Dixie was less crowded, however more walking to the store entrance.

Many of my tools i get from this place. Some mistakes on the prices here and there. But today is the worst by far.
I purchased 10 items. 6 of them are difference prices between sales prices and the checkouts.
Even the price scan from help- person matches the price with flyers, the check out still not match, higher still.
I usually dont pay attention about this, expecting the prices would be as advertised.
So much dishonor and disrespect to customers. I end up paying extra for the ""onsale prices"".

Other places, like Walmart, would honor the mistakes by making the item $1.
To Princess Auto Owners, please dont make this as a regularly mistakes (on purposes). Once customers leaving you, its too late

They can care less about helping customers, even though that makes up 90% of their role responsibilities. Be ready to look around, for a very long time, on your own. Even if you do ask for help, they'll tell you to "find it on the shelf. If you don't see it, it's not there". Great. Just avoid this place for your own sake.

Most times I enjoy shopping at princess auto. However I can say that at least 1/8 of the store doesn't have price tags below where the product is and when I asked for a price check From a young lady I got a sarcastic remark that it was the price is on the shelf which it wasn't! I'm 60 years old I. Know how to read I know my eyes work fine.

I spend way too much time here lol at least once a week I go here because they always have some awesome deals on stuff
