This place is not only a scam but they treat you like shlt as well, The person said im not your servant but its your job to keep customers happy and provide good service, This place needs to go bankrupt has to be gone ASAP when they overcharge with the attitude they have.

If you are like me going near this place for visa application, ALWAYS print your documents at your local printer stay away from this peice of shlt scammers

They charge $5 per file which is ridiculously, dosent matter if you are printing 5 pages, if its not in the same file according to them they will charge you $5 PER FILE, lets just say 3 files it would be $15 dollars which is total scam,

i had to pay $22 just for 20 pages simce it was urgent for visa applocation but so dont make the same mistake i made

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, SAVE YOUR MONEY, AND MENTAL HEALTH,

Go to BC24 instead if nearby this place (BC24 is very cheap and very friendly as well instead of this shlt)

The printing service was fast but too expensive if you change send file online for printing. First file cost min 5$, second 2$, third 1$. So charged me 9 for 9 pages.

Expensive, and surprisingly rude customer service.
$5 + taxes for a piece of A4 b/w print.

Absolutely terrible! They charged me $5 to print a single piece of paper - a return label - and THEN they didn't scan in the FedEx package that I attached the label to. I got charged for a product that they just kept behind their desk!

Spoke to someone on the phone and was provided with instructions and quote. Arrived on location and was told that I was misinformed and unable to interpret their price sign. Very rude manager who tried to lecture me. If it wasn't for covid, I'd never use them.

Friendly and professional Fedex service! They know their stuff. I had a tricky situation and another Fedex location wasn't able to help me, but PrintCity resolved it for me.

Lots of misinformation regarding their FedEx service. The older gentleman didn't even input my shipping information into the system which created a whole ordeal with FedEx and shipping. Thanks for making me take the time to fill out the form and then doing absolutely nothing.

They are quick, efficient and always high quality. Great service & very knowledgable staff. Whenever I'm in a pinch or time crunch, they always come through for me.

Great and convenient print shop. Have been going there for 12+ years for personal and work related projects. John and Ashok are very knowledgeable in all types of production and finishing and are always happy to advise and provide alternate solutions. Also really quick for last minute requests. Saved us more than a dozen times!:)

Fast service, good prices, great for commercial buildings with regards to posters and signs. A lot cheaper than the bigger guys.

Although it took them so long to scan three pages, they didn’t know how to check the size of a file, and I think it was surprisingly expensive, they eventually got it done as I wanted. I told them that I needed them to scan them with the best quality, and they first scanned them with the default quality set on their machine, which is normally an average quality. Then, when I asked them for higher quality, they accused me for not telling them what I needed at the beginning. And they were all about money and showed it clearly! But, putting this all aside, interacting with some of those people wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. Won’t go there again!

I contacted them via email. I even got a call. I confirmed I wanted samples. I never got them. I feel that entire time spent going back and forth, came to nothing. I will not be using them. I cannot commit to a printer for my company, when they can't even send samples to someone. Whenever my company opens a new location, we rely on things to be on time. I also specifically stated what type of business cards I wanted.and whoever was on the phone insisted on sending me digital print.which i did not want.

Print City closes at 6pm? This entire CITY dedicated to prints.all closed up. FedEx redirected my package to this business of which I've never heard of before because I wasn't home to receive it.

Again. Print City who? Never heard of it.

Most importantly, <bold> this business is only open till 6PM </bold>. That is NOT an appropriate business partner for FedEx to redirect packages to. It solves exactly NOTHING for people who weren't home to receive their package as they are at work all day.

Send it to a business that is open later, like maybe Staples!?

Anyway. Sorry Print City, for people who have never heard of.pdf files and love destroying trees and fuelling the printer toner black market, I"m sure you are just lovely. But I've never heard of YOU and I'm super not impressed with this particular FedEx partner experience.

Print City was quick to answer my email questions, had no problem finishing my material quickly same day, and the price was quite reasonable. Will happily use again!

Print City recently executed our law firm’s complex court printing order and demonstrated the utmost excellence in attention to detail, timeliness, and all-around customer service. Their fees are very reasonable, they are pros with a passion for what they do, and their work clearly reflects this. Looking forward to using their services again in the near future.

You rub a lamp, out pops a genie named PRINT CITY and it grants your every printing wish with grace, charm and professionalism in a timely manner. They pretty much do everything except wash your car. My go-to hands down and I live nowhere near the place

Very bad service, the worst I've ever had. They tricked me into using one of their computers. After about 1-2 minutes on the computer, I decided simply not to print my documents, and leave and print somewhere else. When I tried to leave for the door, the front desk lady yelled "HEY YOU! GET BACK HERE! ". She demanded that I pay $15 +tax for using the computer for a 1-2 minutes. I refused. They intentionally don't list prices so they can scam you. Very, very sneaky and lying business owners. Do not trust them. Go elsewhere.
