Fantastic.

I've worked with a lot of print shops across the GTA for small pieces and larger prints for events over the years and Print Den stands out.

Print Den understood that we had a need that was urgent and rather than trying to tack on rush charges I think he understood that helping us in our short term need was helping us in our long-term.

Quality of prints were great too.
- 2 x pull up banners
- 4000 event tickets
- 400 event hand outs.

All done incredibly quickly and great quality. Very reliable for rush orders.

Far exceeded the quality of customer service and printing then I've seen with TPH, Vista or Staples to name some bigger names.

Just had a same-day (actually it was 2 hours!) turn-around for some business cards and they turned out great! Very happy with the service.

I got an 8*8' step and repeat banner from Print Den, the price was very reasonable, it was done on time, looked exactly as expected and they were very good at communication which is something I highly appreciate.

The mark of a company's customer service and experience is not measured when everything goes perfectly it's measured by how things go when things aren't perfect and by this measurement Print Den gets 100%. My order was ready exactly when they said it would be and looked great. Produced to specs as asked. Unfortunately when we hung the banner though the grommets didn't hold and the banner was torn within hours. I contacted Nish immediately and they reproduced within a day and there were no issues with the 2nd set of grommets (apparently a new supplier had been used on the 1st banner).

Hats off to Nish and team for coming through without hassle and in a timely fashion with a banner that looked fabulous and was cost effective!

We had Print Den print our rounded corners hang tags and they look amazing. They're allowed us to pick up from their Mississauga location to save on shipping costs. They provided proofs for us to check the artwork which we appreciate. We will definitely find opportunities to use Print Den again. We had a very good experience. Staff there are personable.
